I made some progress on Silvia (made the pics before game corrupted the car save :( )
Did some weightreducing by taking out passenger seat, rear widebody kit (it wasn't making a change anyway) and replacing the hood with its carbon fibre substitute. Also, replaced the Tein Sideway shocks and spring to Vstanced kit (since original suspension was Vstanced suspension :P ). It drifts alot better now.

(and yes, I've broke down the front bumper already, and replaced it XD. )
Thoughts?

Ah, also, I decided to import a car from Japan. I can say that it is sedan. It is crazy. You'll see what I bought

So I made it back to Valo alive on Haku's VERY SLIGHTLY worn wheels and tires, let me know where I should give them back to you from.
I got my car back up on the lift, and tore off the front struts and replaced them with Wisefab parts.

A significant amount of offset adds up to a little extra poke, but it doesn't rub, surprisingly. Lots of clearance for the angle I can get.

Those are fresh and you can either run them by my shop in the next 30 minutes before closing, or come "totally legal" drifting with me and a couple homies tonight and just load them into my er34. Let me know.

Meet up at the South Valo IKEA parking lot about 11 and then we'll all roll out to the least busy location, maybe even just out to Kanagawa.

I bought a little somethin for the S13 today. for the engine i got an E-Force Supercharger, manifold and better carbs, with a new air filter. The new carb is a King Demon 4 barrel, and the air filter is an Edlebrock scoop style one. I hate how tall then engine is, and that I have to run with no hood, but the power is addictive. I'll run with you guys tonight. I got a lead on an old Chrysler muscle car in that area anyways. You guys may see it if I stop to look at it. I may take the CA18 out of the Escort and put it into the S13, and put the 340 into the muscle car. Not gonna give it away what the car is though! xD I'll give you a hint though. The 340 came from the factory in them.

Mind if I come out to your drift sesh tonight? Just to spectate I want to get back into drifting and I wanna see how you guys get down, we can load the car up with tires if needed (;

Change of plans Marcus, I'll be in a different car.

She's back. She's ready to street shark once again.

A few things are different, as they tend to be every time she comes back out. Here's a basic rundown.

The drivetrain is completely new after I destroyed the last one. Also has a 6 Speed dog box transmission.

The engine is a new addition, it's a twin turbocharged LS3, originally out of a 5th generation Camaro, then used as a replacement engine for an FC3S drift car where the twins were added, and now in the engine bay of my S13. It weighs much less than the V10 and is more powerful as well. Now if you've been in this thread for a long time then you'd think "how many engine swaps is that now?"

It's the 4th engine to go in this car since I've owned it. This time though, I let Vstanced garage take care of pretty much everything. I've just had so many other projects that I left it in their hands. I can say I'm incredibly happy with the work done by them. If it blows up I'll be the one fixing it though :))

I also got a BCL wing and new Rotiform SJC steplip wheels. The faces are 17" and the barrels are 18"

Also yeah everyone come out if you can, just don't get any unwanted police attention if you know what I mean ;) We keep it organized though, so no hooning before the hooning actually starts.

Glad to see that she is back up and running @haku and no worries the GTR is surprising quiet in stock trim so no noise complaints about my car lol. The car is also fully registered, and I am only here to chill so no honing from me :D I am on Valolist looking for drift car to hop back into asap! probably look at some tomorrow

I'll be hitting up the group soon in my RX7, but in the meantime, my Japanese import has arrived.

1997 Toyota JZZ30 Soarer, 120k km on the odometer, packs a nice lightly modified 2JZ-GE with a Koyorad radiator and Samco hoses.

Definitely going turbo with this build, and going to really have some fun digging into this car. Already been modified slightly, gutted interior, Sparco bucket seats, this should be a good project.

Got some progress done on the Trueno. Mounted the set of Enekeis I had laying around, put carpet in the trunk, and floor mats are in. I decided to go with the Do-luck body Kit instead of the Kouki. My headlights are on back order so I have to wait for those. A buddy of mine gave me a call yesterday and told me he knows a guy whos got some Trueno parts laying around, hopefully I can grab a hood and some mirrors from him, maybe even a front fender if I'm lucky.

Still undecided as to what engine I want to put in it, If anyone has a spare one laying around that they'd like to sell please let me know. I wanna fire this bad boy up.

I think that's all for now, I'm prepping the bumpers and sideskirts for paint today, I'll eventually get to the door when I get the correct color code for the body. I'll give you guys another update after paint. Hopefully by then i'll have my missing body parts.

I have a 2008 Dodge Viper SRT10 engine for $8000... :)) :)) :))

I got nothing on the cheap smart side, I tend to resell my engines as soon as possible. Good luck though, the car is going to look mint after a complete paintjob.

Early 70's Barracuda? I know there was a 340 model back then. My uncle had a '71 440 'Cuda but he sold it because gas has gotten more expensive and it was his DD. It's a good idea to drop that boat anchor in a car that SHOULD have one. XD

Definitely considered a 4A-GE, If i manage to get my hands on a nice one for a good price i'll scoop it up without a doubt. I'm gonna check out JDM Union as well, might be able to talk to a few of those guys and find some extra parts.

@FamousMan With the best parts you'll more than 200 hp (I know it because I owned a few AE86's before). Although Hachiroku's weight is less than 1 tonne, so you'll have a bunch of power to use :P

Talked to a guy on JDM Union, he actually has a black 4A-GE he's trying to sell for just under $2,000!! I'm going to take a look at it tomorrow, from the sounds of it he's got a bunch of HKS and Toda parts already on it and it's making a little over 200hp. Hopefully it doesn't turn out to be junk when I look at it.

^Hey, you could buy the V8 from my S13. I may have wrecked the s13 a bit hooning xD Making 488 to the wheels, supercharged. $1500

Last night was AMAZING. I got to go door to door with Haku, but I scared myself shitless, going a little to close to the edge. The plus of being that close was hearing the V8 sing off the mountains on the other side. Couple of times I bumped into things, the first major one was me hitting a wall, knocking my front bumper all over, and dislodging my passenger side door. The second my drivers door came open! The third and final, bent part of the front of the car though. That's when I went home

So I missed out last night, I had a tire blowout on the way there and I didn't have a spare. Ended up needing to be towed back, so I just threw it in the towel and worked on my JZZ30 instead. I dropped it off at a local shop to have a cage done for the car, full six point cage, dimpled on the front pillars.

When I got the car back, I wired up a new Haltech ECU to work with the new turbo setup I'm currently building, and test fitted a set of Tilton pedals. Will relocate the fuel lines to the back of the car, and once the nitrous system comes in, will run those lines too.

Car sits temporarily on a set of Cobra R rims, in 18x9.5 spec, on 245/55/25 Kumho Ecsta SP2 tires.

After watching some of you guys in action that night I knew I was ready to get back into drifting. with that I went out and purchased this missile. this e36 was considered totaled due to it being stolen and completely stripped back in 04. since then, the previous owner (whom I bought it from) has been trying to get it back up to spec, but has sadly given up. His work will not be in vain though. hidden in this beauty is an S54 motor out of an e46. its stock for now, but the dif is locked so it slides easy. here is alittle hooning from MPI raceways open track today. I ordered some MR. Sir D1 spec angle kit and Tein suspension for all 4 corners. after that, we shall see about putting the rest of the car together.

So a few days ago I may have forgot to mention that the subframe for the 240SX broke while I was driving.

Thankfully no one was hurt, but I was pretty bummed to find out the car was basically dead. Instead of trying to revive this car, I decided that I would like to move on. So I started parting it out.

So I could put it into this.

This is another 240SX, a hatchback. It's a literal shell, not even a rolling shell.

But now it rolls.

And with the help of the previous owners conversion and wiring in the other 240, it starts up right away.

The interior is the same RHD S13 interior from the other 240SX

and it was at this point I decided I want this car to be safe and track driveable so I can push more power into it if wanted.

So now it has a full rollcage & rear strutbar, as well as Bride racing seats.

and maybe I'm going in a crazier direction with this car. That's just how I like to do things.

Oh and keep in mind this wasn't all done in one day, it's been a few days of hard work on this. I had to postpone the ER34 paint and Supra drop for this, but I think it'll be worth it once it's done. Today I plan to get the ER34 into the paint booth since I'm waiting on parts for the 240SX.

Met the dude from JDM Union at the Vstanced garage today. Check out what I just dropped in the Trueno! Makes 267hp I think he said, going to have to dyno it and check it, might play with the tuning a little bit. He also hooked me up with some side mirrors.

Also managed to finish painting the bumpers and sideskirts last night. Thinking about painting my wheels white or just getting a different set.
My headlights should be in tomorrow, but still no luck on a hood or front fender.

I'll get back to you guys when I'm done ripping this thing around!

So yeah, I've finally brung escort to the paintshop :)) . I think that it looks pretty good, everything seems to be finished. It loves to go sideways, I love it due to fun it gives :) .

Meanwhile my import has arrived.

Toyota Cressida X30. The previous owner lives in the Switzerland, and is named Alan. He wrote in email that the car "provide sideway life". It has got a MC V8 engine mixed with Haulers SuperDuty parts. I like how it looks, definetly keeping it. Alan wrote that the car will shut up the mouth of every punk in my city, because it has got "about 500 horsepowers, always avaible". without super or turbocharger. It is fun to drive, so I couldn't resist:

So, except of new MRsir front suspension (rear has got it already) and new shocks I need to buy the new tires also :))

So a few months ago, I helped a friend build his E36 coupe. We dropped it on a set of VStanced coilovers, and installed a set of 17x10 Fifteen52 Tarmacs on his car. Yesterday, he came to me and asked if I wanted to buy the car, since he wasn't interested in it anymore and wanted something different. I paid $3000 for the car, which seems like a great price.

Car has an M52 in it, N/A, kicking around 240 horsepower. Not a bad little motor but definitely junking it for something a little more Japanese. Went to an auto wrecker and picked up some M3 parts.

Then I bought a nice lip.

Wheels next, then motor work. I have some stuff planned for this car ;)

Plans are changing, Cressida will have a turbocharged rotary under the hood. I'll provide pics of car once I'll assemble the rotary.
Meanwhile bought this little thing

Mazda MX5 Miata, known also as Eunos Roadster, bought it from a north valo car dealer, it is pretty much in good condition. Test drove it, it is agile and fast.
its engine has got 140 hp, definetly will not be keeped here. I need to calm down when building this though, since it will be my daily.

PS. Haku, what are full specs? Like for eg suspension if avaible, parts and things like that. I might be interested to buy it :)

1989 Nissan 240SX coupe. Comes with no interior except stock seats, rear over fenders (that aren't installed at the moment but have been previously) 240SX Zenki complete front end (pig nose) brand new battery, complete Vstanced running gear setup including coils, a snapped rear subframe that needs replacing, no engine as I've reused that, sitting on stock brakes and 17x9 diamond racing steelies. Has all windows, rear bumper, side skirts, & all lights.

Looks like this but has the Diamond steelies on, and has the original 240SX hood and headlights, but no interior except seats.

Like this

How much you wanna give me for it if you're interested? ;) :))

I can also repaint the car for you any colour you like for an additional cost before you come get it.

For that price I'll put it on the 18x10 Enkeis pictured above and I'll put it on the truck for delivery within the next hour, you have a deal.

Also the diamond racings are picture here

they have minimal tire wear as they were temp wheels.

Do it for the ratchets
