# Haku : Nice car and shots, but too much repetitive shots. Choose the best of the most similar and post them up. Saves bandwith for people with bad internet & it's just less repetitive.

Just my 2 cents, but what do I know? I'm only a real world photographer ;)

your screenshots have come a long way though dude, so good job.

Out of curiosity after reading that comment I looked at your Facebook page (as listed in your signature). And before you go bitchin' and moaning that FB Fucks up the quality, keep calm, it's just bad jpg compression. And to be honest, your pics seem bland. I do notice that you use the rules of third in most pictures but other than that there is nothing exciting going on. The composure is so, so and most car pics are 3/4 fronts or 3/4 rear shots, talk about wasting bandwidth and being repetitive. I'd say, get down on a knee, lay on the floor, use a ladder/case of beer, tilt the camera and play with the camera settings. But hey don't listen to me, I'm no photographer. Altho I do know a good picture when I see one.

I actually do agree with you, as of recent my photos have been repetitive and rather bland. At events I tend to limit myself with the photos I'm taking and I've actually been fairly disappointed with many of the ones I've been taking and posting. You say only valid points and I appreciate that, so I've got to argument to start with you :)) When I'm not rushed for time or trying to see everything that I can, the quality of my work goes up, as well if I can use different kinds of leverage then I will. I do mess with my camera settings, but they tend to stay around the same. Regardless, I'll keep these things in mind for future events and will utilize them.

Bit more offtopic and I'll quit, like I said, I'm no photographer. Went to the first edition of DUMPD took a DSLR and took amongst others these shots.

Last one from me and then I'm done as well.

I get what you mean about trying to have some diversity in the shots as they're bland, but we all have different styles and ways of shooting when it comes to photos. At the end of the day, I'll do my best to add new elements to my photos, try new things and bend my boundaries, however I'll also do what I'm doing now. The people I've done shoots for are always happy with the work. That doesn't mean I can't do better, but when I work for people they're happy and that's what it's been coming down to for me as of recent. Next opportunity I have to shoot someone's car one and one, I'll take a lot more care in my photos and not rush as much if possible.
