The mod has a major unintended side effect(I think) ; you changed the value of the make field in the Ishima_models.java (and still using the name of (and hence redefining) the class Ishima_models) from MAKE_ISHIMA to MAKE_CUSTOM this results in any and all of the cars relying on the Ishima block to build itself (meaning; which are not adding all the parts of the engine through the stock_parts_list_E array only the block) which are a lot (and this includes the stock unmodded cars as well) to only have a naked block installed and be undriveable.
