1.1 Changelog
In a short summary, Dummiesman reworked a lot of the jbeam to fix instabilities and mesh spikes, making crashes more beautifull than ever. Goosah reworked the suspension yet again and made it even better than before while adding a rally coilover and tire variation. What I did was to improve some of the old textures including revamped UV maps for the front bumpers. I also modeled a new set of rims, a rollcage and rally tires.
For a full changelog, see below:
Fixed instability that caused the vehicle to explode
Fixed the front subframe from stretching
Fixed the exhaust so it won't stretch when the engine breaks out
Fixed the seats so they don't stretch when the rear is bent back
Fixed materials file causing console spam
Fixed stalks being the wrong way around
Fixed the shifter mounting nodes. They caused a huge stress on exhaust and messed with G forces which caused weird handling.
Fixed a minor error in the stock part config information
Fixed a mesh hole behind the right side door
Fixed parts of the steering column from rotating with the steering wheel
Fixed a slight issue with the glowmap
Fixed the entire light glass glowing when you hit the brakes
Added new Volk CE28n wheels
Added a hood bra
Added new color variants
Added black hood
Added plastic side skirts
Added a rollcage
Added radiator texture
Added textures to custom parts (mugen spoiler, bumper, etc)
Added rally tires
Added rally suspension
Added a stripped part config
Added a "Street Tune" part config
Added some extra detail under the hood
Added JDM rear fascia with foglight
Made rear bumper harder to break off
Made driveshaft harder to break
Made wheels multidae
Made foglights breakable
Made the dash cam less rigid
Suspension carefully tweaked and tuned for your pleasure!
Dampened fender camera
Edited headlights glow intensity and area
Small dash improvements so you can't see through the outer vents
Side skirts aren't duct taped on anymore
Rally config now has plastic side skirts, black hood, hood bra, new paint color, and is now simply called "Rally".
Other minor dash edits
Got eye strain after looking at jbeam for hours
