SweetFX made for Metro Last Light, you can find it here. As all SweetFX or ENB or other tools like these, setting work on other games.
Also, as all tools like these makes system requirements way bigger.

Shortcuts:

Scroll lock: On/Off
Print Screen: makes screenshot. Obviously without effects...
Pause/break key: reloads shaders... I don't think you'll use it

Put everything in SLRR folder. May not work on some PCs, that SweetFX don't work.
