I have tried downloading a few mods today. Many people upload their mods to gamefront.com, for example robban. Downloading files from that page does not work, for reason unknown. This is just a warning to you modders out there. Upload them elsewhere, like mediafire or whatever, so we can try your mods out instead of going nuts over awesome mods without download. Have a nice day! :)
