# Harrison15 : Factory option (Nismo? Navan?) front lip for R33 GTS S2. This replaces the old, low-quality version of the same one.

In real life:

Not at all Nismo, Series II spec M lip.

Spec M? Is that something different from "Type-M"? I keep hearing contradictory things about "Type-M" R33s, like one person says all GTS25t cars are Type-M's, whereas another says that the Type-M has bigger brakes... confusing.

I figure it's not the Nismo one, though, since that one's different.

Navan, maybe?

Not a lot tbh, just detri the mesh and then use a slice plane(you have it on your right panel, under editable mesh/poly mode). :P

Not all GTS-Ts are Spec M. however spec M is just another name for Type M.
It is possible that all spec M cars ARE Gts-ts though, a package only available to the top of the line variant.
Note that type/spec M in series one and two are different. Series II just had the lip, side skirts and rear pods.
Series one had a totally different front bar, the same side skirts and pods as series II.
One of my buddies has a Spec M r33 and his car has that exact lip.

As far as I can tell from sitting my Non spec M series 1.5 next to my friends spec M 40th anniversary Spec M is literally only cosmetic changes. Think of it as a sports kit.

So pumped for this mod, great work!

Thanks!

Okay, so, does that make this the R33 S1 Type-M bumper?

(Also, I'm going to keep saying "Type M", because "Spec-M" to me sounds like "M-Spec", which is a completely different R34 GT-R thing ;) Also because all of the Japanese media I've found says "Type M".)

You are correct Harrison, the top one is a spec M front bar, and the bottom is just a normal series 1 front bar.

never heard of an adjustable front spoiler?
Could be a thing but not for spec M. :)

Possibly on GTR, I know that GTRs have adjustable spoilers!

May do a build log on my 33 if it gets enough interest.

New grille option, and adjustments to the GTS S1 hood. (The regular S1 grille has been adjusted to match.)

Harrison!
Any chance of a time of release? So keen!

And nice grille, if it's easy make it available to have a red badge too, as some models came with one.

Sedan is BB93's thing, and he has been really busy lately. I'll update you all on that when there's something to update you on.

The R33 is otherwise very close to being done. That's all I can really say at this point.

Imo just satin material w/o diffuse texture would look better than this texture, at least on the brighter part

Tried it with satin materials (that's how BB93 originally got it to me), but this looks better in my opinion - especially from a distance, where it looks a lot more like actual metal.

I'll probably darken the texture it a bit from there, though. Also I'll turn down the specular.

I think the R33 has become the most awaited mod for SLRR... SOOO many parts!
This account is pretty much dead, my wip is dead, gom (also dead) killed starquest and the hdd it was on died.
But BeamNG is getting a Jeep from me now, which is fun.

If I ever finish it, that is!

More RB26 parts: chamfered RB26 lettering on timing cover, and V-Cam valve cover.

R34 version timing cover (wider spaced letters).

WOW AWESOME!!!

Today it just looks cheap and shitty.
You could've at least fixed the UV scale as i see it changes from a surface to another...

I'm planning on adjusting the texture. Also, it'll look okay once it's in game.

Rear seats are removable. I'm planning on revising the interior, and maybe making it so that the carpet comes out too, but I'm not sure at this point.
