Yeah that's from the mopar wheel pack, the texture might be from the updated tire pack mod, both are on gom.

Thats how the car is exported to SL or it's a separate part ,but, really, i think u have start modding. For that waste "lookin for mods time" u can do mods on your own, it's mostly Ctrl+C Ctrl+V

Mark u need some adj suspension or even to edit the main cfg file of the car. As for the meshes i don't know such mod, except in some of Stanok's mods i think
