What's going on guys?

My name is Parker and I live in Nara, which is located in the Kanai Region in Japan. My intent with this thread is to run it sort of like a blog. A heavily automotive themed blog, that is. I don't have much to share right now but I've got some stuff in the pipeline so stay tuned.

10/03/2018 - Hello, money pits!

At MACKAY's recommendation I took the car out for a shakedown before loading it onto the truck...

And holy shit; It's awesome. I didn't do too much apart from sliding around the lot like a kid fresh out of driver's ed, but I can already tell me and this car are going to get along great. Anyways, now I'm off to go get the PS13 and hopefully I'll be back in time for work haha. Peace out.

15/03/2018 - No, I'm not dead!

Yeah uh, sorry for the lapse of posting--I've been busy with, well... I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

I managed to get the SR20 installed, and it runs! Runs beautifully as a matter of fact... I also picked up a set of Longchamps and bolt-on fender flares off my buddy. Next on my to-do list is to get the car all buttoned up--put the front end back-together, fix up an exhaust since I damaged the one that was on the car taking it off the trailer, and maybe some sort of wing... Anyways, this was a relatively short update but I promise some more in-depth stuff will be coming in the future.

13/06/2019 - Once again, I wasn't dead!

Well, it's been a while--and a LOT of things have happened. First things first, my cars! I ran the E46 in a few more grassroots events before I moved apartments and no longer had space for it. As for the PS13, it's still kicking and better than ever! It's still got the same blacktop SR20DET. I'm running a set of 15 inch Advan Onis on my Z32 hubs, the same G-Corp bumper that came with the car when I bought it from Marcus a little over a year ago, some unknown side skirts, and Navan rear valances. I had the car completely resprayed a colour that almost matches the Deep Jewel Green of an A80 Supra. It's not an exact match but it's still pretty tight if I do say so myself. There are a few other cosmetic and mechanical things that I've changed over the past year but in all honesty, I'm too tired to write all about it, and let's be real... Who really wants to peruse a laundry-list of car parts when you can just look at the damn thing? Pretty cute, ain't she?

Oh also, another big change I failed to update you guys on; I'm stateside again! That's right, my time in Nara was amazing and I wouldn't give up that experience for the world. The memories and friends I made over my time there will stay with me forever... But the homies back home in the US of A have been making some big moves lately and I've been persuaded to pop back across the pond and join in. I've been staying in Florida the past three months with my parents (thanks mom and dad if you're reading this, love y'all). I was finally able to pick up the Silvia from the port this past week and I'm beyond stoked. That was the driving force behind me posting this to be fair--having my fucking Silvia back lol. Orlando is pretty cool but I'm debating moving out to the West Coast to meet up with Nick and those guys once I'm able to get my car plated and all that good stuff. Anyways, that's a "little" update for you guys. Peace <3

15/06/2019 - She aint of age but she legal!

Well, that drive was pretty rough--The Silvia survived the trek though, so that negates the shitty experience lol... But it was worth it. For some odd reason my good friend, Benny, decided an appropriate "Homecoming" present for me was this; his left-hand-drive converted Motorex R34 GT-T.

It's pretty wild. It's rear wheel drive and I've been told it makes around 500 wheel. Pretty epic, huh? I guess it's time to bring this crazy bitch back to Florida so I can get properly settled into a shop down there. I'll be hiring a truck in the morning to tote the R34 and then driving the Silvia all the way back. Sorry for the short update again but I've not got much to say aside from that haha. Big changes coming soon in regards to the Silvia and possibly another addition to my fleet aside from the Skyline.

17/06/2019 - Home Again!

Well, I've arrived back in Orlando. The drive back was a little bit rough. About halfway through the trip, the muffler got ripped off the Silvia so that's an L. I think it's a sign to get something a bit less goofy than the upswept whatever the fuck you wanna call it I had before. I'm currently storing both cars at a friends shop until I can get my own workspace sorted out. Buuuuut I may or may not have tossed a random license plate I found onto the Skyline and taken it for a brief jaunt around the block. And let me tell you, it's fast. Anyways, here's some pics of the cars as they sit right now. I'm hoping to make some pretty cool changes to both cars soon. Moreso the Silvia, but still cool changes to both regardless.

The R34 is quick and savage on almost every road condition....in fact some time Soju had faced it once with his Supra on mountain roads! ;)

And to make things more interesting, I was put at the R34's passenger seat as an uhh.....meat ballast and co-driver. If you want to read how the events were unfolded, check it out from Ben's perspective or my own perspective :D

For sure man, I'll PM you my address!

21/06/2019 - New wheels!

Well, I'm switching things up with the Silvia. I picked up a set of CR Kais with tires for $1,500. Not a bad little deal. Went with 17x10s upfront and 18x10s in back at the reccomendation of @jdmsly. I sold the Onis aswell to a local guy for $900. I also removed most of my stickers. Slapped a ZeroTwo peeker on the rear quarter (and a Honda windshield banner for shits and giggles). Will likely get all that sorted out later once some more of my stickers come in the mail. I still need to get the stickers off my cluster cause I'm really not vibin' with that stuff anymore. I also tossed on my spare wingless trunk to see how I like the look. Not gonna lie, I kinda dig it. I might either colour match this trunk and keep the other green one with the wing around orrr just remove the wing from that one. Not sure yet.

I still need to play with the suspension a bit to get the fitment right, but for the time being this is "good enough" haha. Nothing new with the R34 yet cause I'm still waiting on paperwork to get all squared away. Aaaaannyways, that's all, for now, I guess it's like 2am and I gotta be up for work in the morning. Speaking of which, it's payday so that's pretty tight.
