Bad news, the workshop has caught fire ...

I was in my house sleeping peacefully when at 3 am I received a call from Real Engine, telling me that the workshop was burning, and right there I had several cars, except the ae86 and the Onevia, which were in my house, I went quickly, but the workshop was totally engulfed in flames, and several cars were destroyed by fire, like the S13.4 (Silfourteen), the 1JZ 180SX, the 300zx, and I think the real engine bmw, I do not know if there were more cars, but Those who reported me first were those, The members of my team go to see if any of their cars were in the workshop
Firefighters told me that the fire was intentional, that there was a gasoline can in one of the half-melted windows, a burned cloth, and a glass bottle that was badly damaged, so it was more likely that someone threw a molotov and then fire he/she fanned it with gasoline, I am very angry, At least the insurer paid me the damages of my cars, and the rest of the team that his car has been affected, The insurer will pay for the vehicles that have burned down, with the fire that there was, the most probable is that all are as total loss

Added 11 minutes later:

Now that I remember well, only my cars were destroyed, jdobbel has his own in his house, realengine was in his bmw to the workshop, hidden left the team before yesterday, and I was the only one who kept the cars in the workshop, except the onevia and the hachiroku, because they were my personal project and my car of daily use, so do not worry, I also have the report of the insurer saying the cars that were destroyed in the fire, now the police are investigating the case , but I do not care anymore, I lost the workshop, I lost the tools, and I lost my precious cars (except the 300zx, that anyway I had to go to the junkyard), but the two 180sx lost them, it hurt my soul, but hey, life goes on

The 200sx is in the workshop , but isn't a total loss , because the car is in the outside of the garage , only minor damage , melted rear bumper and rear left taillights ,and burnt paint in the tailgate

New project

Looking for a new project, and doing something different from what I always do, I find something at a very low price, I could not resist, what did I buy? , This...

A 1985 Volkswagen Golf TDI, In good condition of body and interior, but with a worn out suspension and a broken but working engine, for 500 dollars nothing bad, although I can not use it because it is not registered yet, and with the engine broken or I can walk, even though I have a nice one for a swap, I already removed the old engine a long time ago and I was looking for a good engine for this car that with the little that weighs, this little car will fly, A clue to guess which I'm going to put the engine to the car: 20VT , 180HP

This will be a good project for a legal track car for the street, stay tuned!

I will be moving to United Kingdom, Take advantage of a friend who lives there, has a family member who can lend me his workshop, I also wanted to remove the desire to go there, so I already arranged with the shipping company to bring the golf, and the onevia with its parts, and will take advantage of the new place, to start with the project onevia and the golf, and maybe an s13

New car !
It has a 2jz-ge , but isn't working , has damage in the suspencion (I change it anyway) , Isn't have the carpets and rear seat , and has damage in the panels , but is a good car , but needs love , and i need to wait 12 hours to have the car here, because I call the crane to bring it, but it is in Scotland, and I am in west sussex, so, yes, to wait 12 hours, while I look for another project, so I am entertained until the cars arrive from Japan, and until this car that I just bought arrives

Project 180sx: Repair and registration.

After the car arrived at the workshop, we did a check, and the car was very good in the chassis, well engine, although quite damaged in the body, but the damage was in the panels that could be repaired or removed, so that there was no problem.

We went to a scrapyard and bought panels and bumpers, a back seat and the carpet, then the problem in the suspension was due to a bad adjustment and cut spirals, we bought them, also in the scrapyard , and in the workshop we placed all.

[img][/img]

Just missing the engine, which was found the failure of why it did not start, the fuel pump was badly wired, so we fixed that problem and the car was working perfect.

We took it to the Technical Vehicle Inspection, and the car passes! , They gave us the plates and that's how it is now, Its already registered!

So now to see what we will do now, maybe a coat of paint, some coils, wheels and for sale, but we'll see ...

Yesterday I made a change of suspension, brakes and wheels, in addition to a photo session, and yesterday before changing the suspension, with dr zoom I did a test on a track to see how it was, and was very soft, did not brake so good and the tires did not grip the asphalt, now with this improvement it feels much better, then come the bucket seats, a roll cage maybe and a turbo for 2jz, the spiciest 180sx of all england in a short time will be ready ! , Now i upload the photos of the test without improvements , and the photos of the photo session

180SX Project : Interior mods and a little big surprise

I made some changes to the car, I installed a gauge kit, Bucket seats , hydraulic hand brake , a vertex shifter , and a nardi steering wheel, but something does not fit ...

It has a boost gauge when the car is N/A ...

I think you know what happens ...

I installed a twin turbo kit to 2jz-ge, I changed the ecu for an AEM unit, and I did a repro and a modification in the turbo map, as this engine is the 2jz no-vvti can hold more than 1000 hp without problem, so with this kit, and in high boost can hold it without problems, I also change the clutch to avoid problems, this car with the map I did in low/medium boost gives about 460 hp, the kit says it gives up to 800 in high boost , but I do not want to ruin the other components so soon, when I want to go up in mods I'll change the gearbox (it has the 5 speed manual gearbox) and maybe the camshafts, for now with these modifications the car is more than good , then when I want to improve more, I will make more changes in the engine and in the transmission

The 180sx is getting more and more spicy! , Something good is coming!

New/old project: 180SX

Remember the 180sx I bought when I moved to Japan? , who rebuilt it from scratch? Well, then I sold it to Real Engine, the fact is that Real sold it to Nexus, which is the one I bought the 180 I have now, and Nexus put it on sale, and I bought it!

Although it has an SR20DET, working, but hits the valve cover, it may be the camshaft bridge, which will be broken or loose, because there is no chip in the carter according to what nexus told me, so it will be something easy .
Also the car is freshly painted and has a bodykit type x, removing the engine problem, the car is perfect, maybe I put my 2jz to that car, repair the sr20 and put it to the 180 I have, and so I sell it
Very good things are coming

Added 1 hour 5 minutes later:

Practice : Photos and videos

Here are the photos and videos of the practice , Real engine handle the 180, And I handle the silvia

The silvia was quite complicated because it was the first time I handled it, and it got too much grip instead of doing drift, and when it did, It was too long tail and the backing was too long tail, so it was a slalom rather than a drift, realengine also got complicated because it was also the first time he handled that 180, although that car was much more controllable than the silvia

In the silvia video there is too much lag in a part that seems to be paused and in the 180 video there is a bad synchronization of the music and a text xddddddd
Silvia has to make several adjustments to drive well in drift, but for racing on the circuit is great, grips very well, but to slide, that does not help, so i have to adjust it enough , but the 180 is perfect for drift!

I changed the old tdi engine, for a 20v engine 1.8t taken from a golf gti mk4, in good condition, and with a simple repro stage 1, went from having 180 hp, to have 210 hp, Maybe do one of these two things, Or I'll keep it and use it as a daily vehicle, or I'll sell it like this, I'll go with the second one ...

New project: Sileighty

I was working on the yellow 180 I bought, and after reviewing it, the problem was the cylinder head, which was badly damaged, so while I was looking at the classifieds I found an RB26DE engine with a turbo exhaust manifold and a stage 1 turbo that was at a price and with some good modifications, although incomplete, for 1200 V$, and how I would have that leftover engine (SR20DET), I was looking for a car, and I found this ...

A 1993 Nissan 200SX S13, with Silvia front, It would be a Sileighty, but to be a 200sx would be more a SilTwenty, The car was in an acceptable body condition, impeccable interior, but the engine had a problem, the piston rings were fried and two pistons were quite damaged not to say that they were disintegrating, but take advantage that it was at a good price and I got an indispensable part, the cylinder head of the sr20!

My plan is to leave the gray 180 as it is, I will place the RB26DET to the yellow 180, and with the sr20 that has the damaged head cylinder, put this one, and I will place the repaired engine to this 200sx, besides placing a coilovers, a good set of wheels and tires, a coat of paint , and got the car for sale, so I earn a little money as quickly as possible

New car: AE86

As you know, I traveled to Japan last night, for the STC-88 Drift competition, but I needed a car, and I was not going to import one of mine so that the next day I had to import it again, so I bought this ...

A 1985 Toyota Corolla Levin AE86, In good condition with some modifications

It has a 4A-GE Blacktop 20v, with a few simple modifications, AE101 ITB's, New camshafts and exhaust system

Inside is normal, but has a few things like the roll cage legal for the street, the gauges, and also has two swaybar, although the suspension is stock

I buy it for 5500, very good price, when I return to the UK, I'll import it up there, so we can work more thoroughly with that car

Oh, and before I went to Japan I sold the sileighty to Nexus (+2500)

Here some nice drifting pictures

New workshop and a surprise!

When I came to Japan again, I needed a place to work with my cars and do some business, so I found this place in Sendai, at a good price, recently rebuilt (It suffered a fire, can be seen in the Saletl rp), and now it's okay, i take advantage of the offer and I went there! , It's a nice place , i like it !

And with regard to the surprise, here is ...

A 1997 Nissan Silvia S14, SR20DE Engine ...
They will ask where I got the car, and what happened with the Cresta that is not in the workshop ...
The story is like that, my girlfriend's brother (my brother-in-law) was about to have a son (It's already 3), and his only car was the S14, and he needed something comfortable, spacious but powerful, and I exchanged my Cresta (my cresta had the 1jz-gte and manual gearbox, although with high mileage since it was a retired company car , but in perfect condition and the maintenance done in rule), for its impeccable S14 N/A, is in perfect condition, ready to do some evil things , Things that I have already bought and I will be trying to place you! , One is a bodykit, other is a supension mod (wheels , coilovers , S15 brakes , etc) , and another is a very special engine! , And very expensive, Now I will put the price of everything , If u want thar N/A SR20 , Tell me by pm...

I FUCKING LOVE MY S14 !

S14 Project: The car is running!

Finally ! , After working so much in the car these days, and solving problems with the engine and other things, we were able to make it work well! , I'll leave the hype aside and show how the car was!

All the time lost when putting together this car, the exhaustive hours at work, and the nights without sleep, were worth it! , The bodykit is perfect! , The suspension modified with Skunk2 coilovers, and s15 brakes make it great on track and street, and make the car look great! , The wheels look beautiful! , and we need to show you the best part!

It has a 2JZ-GTE NON VVTI engine, with some modifications, which are neither too many nor too few ...
- Admission manifold made of stainless steel
- HKS Blowoff
- Greddy Single turbo kit (T78-33D Turbo, with exhaust manifold, aluminum pipes, etc) at medium boost
- HKS Camshafts
- Repro stage 3
- Exedy Clutch
- Greddy oil cooler
- Greddy Transmission Cooler
- Mishimoto Intercooler
- Greddy Exhaust System (I put it)
The internals and block are stock, but the 2jz non vvti can handle more than 1000hp, and this engine with the modifications made has 450hp, so there will be no problem that the engine bursts ...

The interior has some changes that we made at the last moment, we changed the original seats for some bucket seats, and we changed the steering wheel for a nardi steering wheel, those mods could help us a lot

We did a test to the car in the town, and it is handle SO FUCKING DELICIOUS! , Very predictable, very easy to handle, and has no limits! , without electronics that prevent you from having fun, A very fun car!
It is a very good basis for the next stage! , In the next STC-88 Drift competition maybe take the s14 to compete!
