I need the physics of slrr 231 for 221 or anyone who allows to make a wheli I would like to be able to make wheli in this edition since it does not allow me

Don't even go there. Edit the game's files yourself or get one of the physics mods, otherwise you'll have to buy 2.3.1 and rip stuff from its directory.
