Been prepping the Silvia up lately for a track day with Henry.
Snapped a few cell phone pictures of some of the progress as well. Snapchat images so bare with me please haha Bought a Cusco strut bar for ¥12,109 and managed to install it with very little problems. Also took the Brayton's off and threw on some M-Tech Battle wheels as drift spares. Kinda digging the look of the battles but I don't see myself leaving them on Fitment is reaaaaaal tight. Also you may or may not notice the rear splash guards! Finally got those in the other day and could not be more pleased with the look. I was also able to throw on some old Q's bumpers that were laying around, didn't wanna destroy my DMAX kit on the track. Even though these are in decent shape, minus the missing turn signals I wont mind thrashing them if it does happen. (btw i'm an idiot and forgot to put my window textures back in so ignore the no stickers plz) |

# Jfernando1 : You should keep using those panels, it looks good, yet OEM. I agree, I do like the OEM look more. Off to Meihan with Henry! Spray painted the junk bumpers and also did a quick (2 day) modified triple beam headlight swap. As well as put the OEM Kouki grill on. |

Haven't really done much in the past month or so. Just been working like crazy and stacking cash. I did get around to painting the engine bay and inside the trunk a hot(boi) pink. Managed to steal this pic from my security cam outside.
I left the M-tech battle wheels on for now just to keep me rolling around, plus I don't really feel up to messing with the car when I get out. Hopefully my next post will be a little more interesting for you guys. Just thought I'd give a little update for those of you who were wondering where I went. Hey guys, another small update. May have gone a little crazy on the pink but I've been digging how it looks so I'm rocking it for a while.
Painted the inside of my trunk as well as the door sills and engine bay, I also picked up a vertex wheel that kinda matches the scheme I'm going with right now. I grabbed a pair of refabriced Bride Zeta seats from a buddy of mine. All in all I probably spent 2,000 yen on the paint, wheel, and seats. So i've kinda been keeping this a secret from everyone.
It's a 1999 Nissan Silvia, I bought as a shell from a friend 3 4 months back for about V$3,500 which is roughly 395,237 yen. Now this wasn't just any old shell though, It came with an engine bay that was custom made, real bride seats with real takata harnesses along with a professionally fabricated cage and takata pads, custom trunk (not even sure who makes/made it), and it also came with the ganador mirrors already on the doors. AND IT CAME WIRE READY! I sat on the car for about a month, sourcing and researching different aero. I came across 326power's aero kit and thought that the slight aggressive look to it would compliment the car quite nicely. I went ahead and ordered side skirts, front and rear fenders, and a rear bumper. I had also purchased a front bumper but it got damaged in shipping so I sent it back. After making the decision on the aero, i had to go with the 326 coilover and brake kit. Luckily we stock these at the ASM shop so I was able to pick them up and install them quite quickly. We also had a set of 4 R33 NISMO wheels that we purchased off a customer earlier in the year. I thought the white would look really nice with the blue, and man was I right! I slapped some fresh tires on them and threw em on! Next we'll move onto the engine. I decided with a blacktop SR20DET, originally from a junkyard S15, I purchased a top mount intercooler and turbo kit from GREDDY and went to town rebuilding the engine while I waited on those parts to arrive. It's recently finished and I haven't had much of a chance to really play around with it yet. But i'm pushing maybe around 420hp (butt dyno of course) Not sure how i keep messing the embeded images uppppp help plz |

bad luck about the front bumper though but atleast your rad intercooler will be more exposed for a while. |

Thanks man! Bumper wasn't too big of a deal since we get 326power stuff into the shop every couple of days. Just sent it back with the mail guy and had a replacement within a couple of weeks.
But a month has passed and sure enough I've been showing the S15 some love. Just picked it back up from the ASM shop. This is what managed to get done. Full exterior paint Wired up and installed headlights Installed rear wing (can't remember exactly what brand it is) Tuned engine Small engine tweaks Replaced fluids Located and eliminated every little rattle/knock/clunk And that's all I can really think of at the moment. Been a busy month for me haha. But there's supposed to be a car meet this Friday and I'm planning on going to that with a few buddies. Just not too sure what car I want to drive there. Any suggestions? 180? S13? S15? I have too many cars... |

I'm still alive guys
Weather here in Japan has been a little less than desirable and my cars have been put inside for most of the season. Yesterday was super warm though, which gave me a chance to fire up the coupe and drive it around town for a bit. I haven't done much with it, as it's been sitting in the garage for the past few months. I did paint the vents on the front bumper pink because I was bored, but that's probably not going to stay on there too long. Oh and I threw the Nismo R32 Grill back on. I'll try to keep you guys updated a little more regularly but no promises. My life is insanely busy right now. |

Soooo I cut a giant hole in my roof...
Custom space roof mod done at the ASM shop. After many beers and rips, Henry and I just started chopping the roof. Once the sun came up, the full on realization of what we had done the night prior had sunk in. All I could do was laugh honestly, plus I did kind of like it and there was no turning back. After spending a couple hundred yen on getting the custom glass, weather striping, and fixing the paint we had jacked up, everything honestly ended up looking really good. A few things that I had done a few weeks before our little late night chop session was, set up dual 326power calipers and put on a fresh set of white 17 inch TE37's. At first we put them on just to see what kind fitment we were working with, and sure enough with a good ol' wheel spacer, they fit quite nicely. I became very fond of the white on white look, so it quickly turned into swapping the rest of my wheels. I also threw on an old AERO replica bumper I had laying around because I somehow managed to crack the shit out of Q's bumper The turn signals are missing but that's not a big issue. On top of that I picked up a DMAX Type 3 hood for about 600 Yen |

You'll probably regret having that roof in summer. It looks really unique as Weedz said so it's alright. TE37's make it look much better too!
