Can't change cars through the car lot, can't go to a dealer. any damage will cause the game to crash. The only way to get another car is to buy it out the catalog and build it. Should I reinstall or look into it?

Reinstall it or check the error or take some mods you don't use out
when I have a save that crashes allot I just do another one and put all the cars back in if that doesn't work I just replace the game with a new one
