Well ... it's the day after, i HAD to buy something fast, eventhough i can't drive right now due the burnwounds, i needed a daily FAST! So i found this hoopty. Tucked away behind the gasstation's garage, covered in dirt, rust and god knows what the yellow-ish spots are, 400K km's on the clock, still it's original turbo and a whooping full 200 V$. My girlfriend had to drive it home and man both her and me were scared AF due the rathle in the engine but she runs ( kinda ) good.

Gotta hand it to her, one day she's covermaterial for a magazine, the next day she's patching up the Evo, i got a great girlfriend if you ask me. She grinded up the rust, filled up some holes and primered everything. I just sat there and couldnt do anything else than being surprised and sad at the same time cuz i wanna jump in and work on the bastard so atleast it looks better than the turd it is rightnow tho.

Sucks that the FC burned down. 'Could've been worse. your entire shop could have burned down. That EVO was one hell of a deal as well.

Christmas went by, no alcohol for me since im using meds to help healing the burningwounds and man that shit got me grumpy as fuck! On the plus-side it got me thinking ( weird, i know ) on what i can buy as a new project. I've been looking for full cars the entire time and nothing interesting popped up. All i found was either modified Supra's, Evo's and some mint Eurocars such as BMW's and Mercs. So i thought " aye why not buy an empty shell and build it all by myself?". Lemme know what you guys think of it.

Oh yeah and my girlfriend did some work on the Evo3. Rattlecan-action baby!

PS: i forgot to say Merry Christmas to you guys so here it is ^^

Time to blow some fresh air into my RP, gonna do this fully legit with all the things needed for it.
As i said yesterday, i started looking at empty shells, fully stripped cars and as it happen to be my most favorite Japanese car ever build, i stumbled on this 98 Supra. Completely gutted, the only thing left in it is a seat and a stearingwheel to manover it around and some ebay suspentionkit.

I saw, i drewled, i went and i bought. Nothing fancy on that tho :D.

It's getting better, i can move my hand abit and i can start grabbing light things such as cofee mugs and stuff.
The Supra will be bad ass but i have to keep in mind my back is a limitation if i don't think of comfort so it's gonna be a "baby beast"

Update time:

I placed the seat in the car, not tightned the screw yet but just to have a view on how they look like.

Also earlier today the very first new parts came in, an aftermarked set of gauches ( HKS ), headlights and rear lights by Hella and the set of rims for the RX7 wich i forgot to cancel ( might keep them on the supra although they are 1 size to big, 18's and streetracing tires are probably a no-go ), some sick Forgiato Aggio-B 18 by 10 front and 18 by 12 rear.

Happy New Year to all of you guys!

I started the new year with the hearth of the beast being delivered to the shop. It's missing a couple of parts such as trans, headers and some other small parts but oh boy i'm stoked! It's a stock 2JZ-GTE with ONLY 20 000km (!!!!!!) on the clock. More about the history of the block you can find in the Spoiler " Background". Payed 3000V$ for it.

A buddy of mine who works at DVX Performance came over with some parts i ordered before i even had the engine. Expensive stuff tho but the best of the best ofc. On the sidenote i want to keep the manifold a bit secret till i got the turbokit ( it should be in somewhere between tomorrow morning and friday evening ) so i edited the photo's abit. Keep in mind i go no limit on the engine parts because i want a 1000+ streetmonster.

We started this morning with placing the new parts and getting the stock parts out to replace them by high performance parts. Besides the camshaft, every other part that we toke out comes with a kit wich is allready at DVX Performance. My buddy is on his way over there to pick them up at the nightmagazine.

Added 1 hour 47 minutes later:

Oh boy i feel like a child on Christmasmorning! The turbo piping and intercooler came in. David ( my buddy at DVX Performance ) had some free (!!!) stuff with him for me aswell in exchange of publicity for the shop. A mint 5speed trannie, an oil cooler and a white TDR headcover. Instantly installed everything and now we are putting the engine in the bay. Since i can't do alot with my hand, i told David to take breaks whenever he wanted. When the engine is in, we just gonna place it on it's mounts and put blocks underneed it so it doesnt shift or moves. Tomorrow we'll do the rest of the engine installment.

The hearth is in lady's and gentlemen! Today a couple of parts came in at DVX Perfomance, David played Santa for me. Here's a short list of parts: Trannycooler, driveshaft, new radiator by ARC, HKS Fuelrail and fuelpomp, HKS Highperformance pistons, pistonrods and crankshaft ( yes the engine will come out again ) and a pack of enforced bolts.

Bit by bit, parts start to come in at the shop. Today i went for 2 doors and a stock front bumper from a parts car i found on the interwebs. Nice fella with a mint build he was working on, a 2jz powered 240sx S13 Driftmonster.

Anyway, here's a pic of the door and partly the front bumper. But as you can see i got some aftermarked fenders. Basicaly i went for these simply for cooling of the breaks. Since i aim for 1000+ hp i am gonna need a lot of cooling on the brembo's i ordered :o.

Since i am waiting for bodyparts and my hand is recovered enough to pick up work again, i had my first customer since last year's disaster. Dude need a new gastank installed ( wich he had with him ). While working on his car i noticed he was looking at the Evo3 and i couldnt help asking if he wanted to buy it. After exchanging all the info about the hoopty he suddenly says " Hey why not trade my 240sx for your Evo? ". Now i asked for some thinking time, eventhough it's twinturbo'd, less km's on the clock than the evo, has a full lock diff and rather new seats in it, it looks even worst than the evo when i picked it up ... What you guys think i should do? Trade it or nah?

That's obvious :D. I called the dude to tell him i wasn't going to do it. Anyway, update news on the Evo and on the Supra for today.
I had some rims hanging around in the shop that were planned to go on the GTFO but we all know how that ended so now they were gattering dust and spiders so i desided to do something usefull with them. After putting some cheap tires on it i slammed them on the Evo. They are replica Works, that's all i know about them.

Supra

The parts i ordered from Japan are stuck at the border of Italy and France in Bardonecchia. Now i could wait for them ( wich is with my temper not a good option ) OR i could grab the van, drop it off at my friends at DVX Performance and let them sort the fuel usages on the smallblock of it and head over to Bardonecchia with my girlfriend next to me. I could concider it as a roadtrip :D. I'll see what the misses thinks of the idea.

Oh yeah i might have found fitting rims for the supra, i have to go check them out somewhere this week. The dude who's selling them has no rush on getting them of his hands.

A new day, a new hoopty in the garage. One of my long time customers Jaimy had this Civic for ages, never ran into trouble before. Untill he had a blown tire on the highway. The car did a 1080 spin and went nose first in the wall. Thank god Jaimy came out of it without a scratch, the civic is a differend story. He gave me the wonderfull job of patching the thing up. Since i'm waiting for my parts, i can put the supra on pauze and make a little side project build on the expences of an other :D

Oh yeah for those who wonder " where the doors at " he has a set of new doors allready on it's way, i dont know why he toke the doors that were on it out.

Aight, since the bodyparts of the supra are still stuck in Bardonecchia i managed to convince my girlfriend to take a week off at work to make a little roadtrip to Italy. The TowHoe has returned from DVX Performance, they fixed several things in the engine ( fuel regulation, crankshaft adjustment and all fitting replaced by new ones ) and Dave's Customs, Dave make it road legal for all over Europe ( lights, blinkers, spare wheel etc ) . Oh yeah i forgot to mention the new wheels and tires.

PS: I'm trying to get used to the uploader of Vstance, i got no clue on how to improve the quality of the pictures in here.
