hello everyone..
a few months ago i was doing some photos in the track, and this guy passed by me.
he was around 150km/h, in that moment i didn't notice what car he was driving, 10 seconds passed and i heard i crash.
I grabbed my car and went to see what happened, when i saw the car, i felt sad for it. the rear wasn't damaged, but the front was completely crushed.
the driver was killed instantly. i called the ambulance and the cops. after answering some question i went home.
10 days after the incident i was curious to see the car and i was planning on buying it.
I called every junkyard in Valo and the car was in the last one i called.
When i went to see the car (it was a '70 Duster), i notice that it was using a 318cui, completely stock. I asked myself why a guy would takeoff a 340cui and install a 318..
the owner of the junkyard offered me 100$ bucks for the wreck, and i bought it.
The crash and the engine:

Well, i took the car to my garage and started to strip the parts and remove the blood stains. After i've done it, i re-molded the entire chassis, it took around 20 days. After the chassis i rebuilt the engine. After the car was in a great shape, i went shopping (for the suspension).
I bought a original VS Running gear.
It took 3 days to install it.
Done the suspension, i bought the brakes, the tyres and the wheels.
Brakes - 'Cuda front disk's and rear drum brakes.
Wheels - O.Z Racing R18
Tyres - Toyo proxes R18

The car fixed and with new susp.

After the susp. it was time to start building a 340 for the Duster.
Parts: 340cui block
Stroker 340 crankshaft
Stroker 340 connecting rods
Stroker 340 piston
Edelbrock camshaft and crankshaft pulley
Edelbrock timing gears set for the cam and crank
Edelbrock heads
Edelbrock Exhaust headers
Edelbrock Racing headcover
Holley air intake
Holley Road Demon series Carbs.
Holley Air Filters
Hays flywheel and mopar clutch
TKO 5spd Transmission
Milodon Oil Plan
Edelbrock pump, alternator and fan.
Mallory ignition, Mopar Performance Oil filter
Original small block radiator.
Alternator belts.
Edelbrock Timing Cover.

I built the entire engine in two days and went for a test.

Still trying to figure out how im gonna fit a hood in this. And thats all for now.

(New RP)

months ago i went to see the race in the nascar track..
when the race ended, i was on my way to the car an i spotted a Challenger sitting in a spot.. with no wheels and no front grill
i walked towards the car and noticed that had no plates.. and when i opened the hood i discovered that it was using a shitty LS3
i've talked to the manager of the track and he told me that the challenger was there since the '90s.. but the car cover it was using was stolen recently.
nobody knew the owner of the car..
i took the car to my garage, and by the chassis number i discovered that the owner died when he was in the race.. (his wife called the emergency and left his car there.. no one came back to get it)
knowing that, i started to strip the car and clean the parts.. because the car body was practically new.
i removed the LS3 and the original suspension.

Pic i took when i spotted the car:

when i cleaned the whole car and removed the smell of old.. i started to clean the seats and the whole interior.
done that, i rebuild it.
With the body work done, i re-painted the car in black
Installed new suspension and wheels
Vstanced Susp.
Diamond Racing Steel - R18

After days doing the body and the suspension i bought the engine block (a original 440), hilborn intakes,
edelbrock timing gears, revolver serpentine and mopar performance parts.
Build the entire engine in 6 days and installed it in the challenger.
I finished the wires and stuff.. and after 2 months the car was done..
