Changeing the 180

After thinking a lot I decided to go for a change of my 180.
I Like the style I was going it was looking really nice, but I wanted to drift my 180 but the problem is that my setup made my car extremely low and just by driving it on the road the car keeps scraping I even tried to drift after the turbo setup and the dog and it was heartbreaking listening to it.So what style I am going? Well I am going to keep the 90's style but more like the old cars from D1GP like koguchi's 180.

I've took apart the front cut cause I am gonna change some bits slaped some old spare rims the ssr mesh I am gonna sell them such as the brake kit if you wanna buy them pm me

Brembo 195mm Disc + Brembo 4 piston calipers - 300V$ SOLD

SSR Mesh 15x10 + Toyo tires brand new - 750V$ SOLD!

Another Daily

Hey what's good homies
So I was talking about my Nissan Cedric to Marcus and I was telling him that my Cedric is shit box and blue bla bla
On this Marcus says: " Do you wanna trade it for my skyline"

And well this happened, I trade my Cedric for his Nissan Skyline GTS-T.

In an overhaul the car is pretty good it has got:
-SR20DET Black Top swapped from an S14
-Stock R32 GTR brakes
-326power Chakuriki GT+S Coilovers

Plus that I have changed some visual stuff so it looks better the car had some 17'inch wheels that I have traded for some teardrops from an r32 n/a and I got from the local scrap new headlights and the stock muffler from an R32 GTR for 110$. And to finish off I have bought another car but more info on the next updates.

New Aero

So this is what i've been up to the last few days... Getting mad aero on it
I have contacted jdmsly because he can get mad parts for cheap (I highly recommend you to talk with him if you need parts) but yeah.

I have ordered a few parts from him I got a set of Yokohama AVS Model 5 in 17',an original hot road bumper with a splitter all of this costed me 1220V$ with some more parts but I will talk bout that later.

Finances: V$ 10848+(2 weeks of paycheck)1120+300(old brakes sold to marcus)+750(SSR Mesh sold to skip)-1220=11798

Drift Prep

Hey waddup guys so sorry for the inactivity but I have been in Portugal back in my home town because holidays n’ shit. So straight Off I have sold my R32 to my mate Octavio for 900V$ dailying an SR20 was a pain in the ass so right now I am going to work by train.
Also, my 180SX has been in the shop getting dust, but I got an invitation from a buddy mine to a drift event Setoinakai Circuit this weekend so I had to make some preps on it so I can use it and abuse it. So I started by putting the Interior parts I have bought to Jdmsly a few weeks ago i Have bought him a pair of Bride Zettas II, VERTEX 10 Star steering wheel ,the Bride Interior Meshes and an hydraulic handbrake .

To finish my Setup I was needing a Hood since mine started to rust so D-MAX hood paid 650V$ for it on auctions.yahoo.co.jp guy was from Osaka so I went to pick it up

And to finish I had to do the mod that every S13 guy needs to make yes the Kouki tail lights this one I got from a buddy of mine that has a stock Nissan S13 Kouki and when he bought it the old owner gave him I have paid 200V$ for it so not bad at all.

Bout the color don't worry monday you shall have a small teaser

Drift Day

So for all that didn’t know I went to Ehime, Japan for a drift day in Setonaikai Circuit it’s 324KM from Osaka a 4H trip. It was a pretty smooth the SR hold pretty fine
We leaved at at 20h and at 00H we arrived at Abi’s place and he borrowed his shed so we can do some more prep, I got R34 GTR wheels at the back as drift spares and my buddy Octavio got us some trash tires.
But let’s move for what is interesting part the drift day. We stayed the night in Abi’s crib we left his home at 6in the morning so we could run some street sesh at 8H we arrived to the track.
Oh boy this was good stayed there for the day we run some tandems shred some tires in general the day was amazing sharing this passion with other people it’s amazing

In the afternoon, thanks to Octavio he gave me a Lil slap on the rear bumper so R.I.P it wasn’t enough to wreck my bumper, but once again it broke the bumper holds like in an old update but don’t worry today Monday I am fixing that and some other stuff tomorrow you shall see a small teaser

Well It was the first time I met Abi and us 3 we bond mostly because we share the same passion. And by looking at the drifting teams that were on the circuit we decided to create a drifting team so WESTKYO was born

Finances: V$ 11508+560-150(6 R34 Wheels)-250(petrol and the track entrance)=11668

BLUE!

So Monday me Marcus and Octavio have been painting my 180sx in my boss shop, since I am creating the drifting team he had to change things up a bit we went for of R34 Blue setup
So we took off the body parts and we pulled off the SR20 to paint the engine bay as well so it looks all clean and because I am planning a new engine

I spent 250 V$ total on 1 gal of blue and we just sanded the clear coat and use the red as primer a technic that my dad taught me and most materials in the shop.

About the side skirts I have traded them for a pair of type-x side skirts but since they only arrived today my boss painted them for me and about the rear bumper I got some OEM supports from EBAY for 9V$

Also if any of you want my SR20DET you can buy and see more infos about it check the used car parts thread by (clicking here)

Arbys

As you know in my previous update I was selling my SR20DET that eventually I have sold to my buddy Phonexius for 1100V$ so I went on the hunt for a new engine.
So I wanted to stick loyal to Nissan but at the same time I want an engine that can handle some power it’s cheap to maintain and parts are easy to find
So I went for the most obvious choice an RB26 tbh I wanted an RB25 but I found on auctions.yahoo.co.jp an RB26 with a 350Z Gearbox and the adaptations to put the RB on an S-Chassi .

The engine is in an amazing state it was from an R33 GT-R but the old owner swapped it on his S14 Drift Car the engine in an overhaul is in perfect conditions 126.000km it has a new engine head and it has a gearbox from a Z33 350Z it costed me 1450V$ not bad at all
Also the engine came with no intake and no exhaust manifold so I also got from an auction a Gready Aftermarket Intake with a Blitz intercooler BLITZ Dual Drive Blow Off and a OEM R33 Zenki Turbo with the stock exhaust manifold the kit costed me 750V$ maby monday it's here

So the money from the engine I have sold to Phonexius only arrived wednesday I bought the engine on the same day and arrived from Saitama Thursday so since Friday night until Saturday Afternoon Me,Abi,Marcus,Octavio and Rafael have been helping me do the swap.

Now It only needs a tune on my Ricoh Racing ecu and it’s Gucci to hit the streets
