Hello guys! I'm Alex, I live in South-east LA (Yes, I know, I'll get murdered soon) but hey! That is really good when I own a car such as this one, cause no one will ever freaking steal it. I had 20 grand laying around for a car...But then I remembered where I live so I thought...I'll be a cheapskate, so I went on Craigslist and tried to find the shiniest turd I could find, aka a worthless car in great condition that could preferably fit a V8...And I founnnnddd!

It is one of the early ones...Which means it has the gas tank issues, but I'll get a fuel cell whenever I can find one...But then again, it has a V8 producing a massive...Probably under 100 horsepower, gets like 20MPG and is complete dogpiss. But, it's in BEAUTIFUL condition, and the most boring color ever, but the car doesn't even have rust! It was garaged all of its life and owned by an old lady, one owner car!

Uhh, Sexy hubcaps.

No rust on the rear fenders!

Interior is really mint.

So what are my plans for this? Well...A sleeper! Yes guys, I am making a sleeper out of this, I am currently attempting to purchase a Foxbody engine and tear it apart with my friend, but till that happens, it will be kept as stock altrough I will do a few modifications till then...Especially a fuel-cell.

If anyone wants to help with the swap and building the Foxbody motor and lives in Cali, gimmie a call!

Forgot to add this, 20,000 - 1000 = 19000V$))

Added 13 minutes later:

Sooo, I've been working for the past couple of days, I've taken out the gas tank, rear end and motor, bought a 302 that is "in need of work" and has oil all over it ( I betcha its blown) and a Ford 9-Inch rear end also a T58 tranny for the 302. Bought a fuel cell aswell to not burn myself to the ground when I eventually and hopefully pop a wheelie.

Still looking for someone in the LA area to give me a hand on this turd.

19,000$ - 600$ (engine) - 400$ (fuel cell) - $1500 rear end with suspension parts = 16,500. ))

THE PINTO IS....well, not finished, but running, I still don't have plates for it, but holy shit it is SKETTCHYYYYYYYYYY, this thing breaks loose even on legal drag tires, it squats harder than your avarage slav and has no brakes. I am going to die.

Here's the pictures and dyno results.

I went drag racing and got smoked by some Stagea...I still wonder how that dude got that thing Cali but god damn, it's faaaast.

We've got the engine rebuilt and worked on it for the past week, it has a stroker kit with low compression pistons, running 20 pounds of boost and drinks fuel more than a sailor drinks booze. It is so amazingly flawed, it's so bad, it's good. This is the type of car that wants to kill you, really, really bad, and it's great, it's better than sex haha!

Next on the list: Brakes, still got drums on the rear, front suspension and MAYBE 4 link rear suspension. Also I badly need a daily.

(Full engine rebuild + rear end + turbos + tires = - $12,000, 2 paychecks - $2000)

Only that had a stroked and bored out RB30 with a 88mm turbo and pushed like 1600 horse, pretty sure yours doesn't do that.

In the meantime, I've been working on a Nova, I'll show my progress soon but there's not much done to it yet, I'm also importing a Fiat 128 but it's gonna take ages to get here from Italy.

(( -2800 for the Nova))

This is the car btw: *LINK*

So here's the Nova! In all of it's glory, it has been almost fully restored, it has a 4 link rear end, all around disks, coilovers on the rear and a live front axel...Because gasser! I am currently looking for an engine for this, but this is gonna KICK ass. Can't wait till I get working on this.

If you want a crate motor, check out Summit. I got the 454 that was supposed to go in my C10 from there, extremely reliable and great customer service.

So, I have been hard at work! The car is now (semi) ready, it has everything but...brakes and...Handling. But it's a gasser, it don't need any of that!

Let's start from the start.

Me and my buddy went to the junkyard and found a wrecked Silverado, we asked the owner and he said he'll take a grand flat for the engine, trans and all the wiring, which was great news.

We got the car at the garage and started ripping out the engine.

Then we called AAA and had it towed back to the junkyard, i'd say that was a pretty good deal!

Over the weekend, the car has been painted in a flat gray, Two Lane Blacktop style.

The engine hooked (almost) right up!

Once the engine was in, we started tearing apart the top end, we got some dope ass parts from my buddy from his dragster that just shot a hole through the block. His ran an LS7 with a supercharger, we have a much less exciting...LM7. Hey, at least it has a seven in the name.

We found out the engine was in absolutely mint condition! The car had low miles before it got rear ended by a 18 wheeler and went through a busy intersection, pretty tragic, but the engine is unscaved!

Painted up the stock headcovers and wrote LSX454 on them cause...I really want one, but can't afford it.

This intake is the sh*t, it looks badass and it gives us bare gains, it looks just right.

We got this dope fibre-glass hood, that fits right for that intake. Ram air can suck my left nut!

We painted the hood up in the same flat gray.

I took it to the local drag strip and had a few passes, with different degrees of success. It hooked beautifully with those slicks! But I had a few times it bogged cause of that way too long geared four speed. This pulled like a freight train! My butt-dyno says it has to be pushing at least 500 horse!

Next up, I want a new tranny' and some BOOST.

But till then, see you about.

12.2 was my best run. Brutal sixty foot time because of those slicks on the back. I've had issues with the transmission, if I didn't I would have been really deep in the 11's.

So I've bought a skyline off of my retarded friend Boosted. As expected, it's borked. No motor, body looks like someone took a big fat shit on it and let it sink in. But besides that, it's straight, has no rust and the suspension is great! I think I'll not make this one a drag car and maybe make it a circuit car, but it's a good base. Now I need a daily :\

I paid the skyline tax and spent 5 grand on something that doesn't drive. I don't take good life decisions.

Well hello there! I have been hard at work with the Skyline, shall I begin?

I have fully stripped the interior, welded and padded a simple-ish rollcage, luckly there is absolutely no rust on the floor, the thing looks solid A.F.

I tore apart the front end, as the car is getting sent to get resprayed in an original Red Pearl Metallic with the code AH3. With the gold Advan rims I've bought and the R32 GT-R hood, this should look incredible.

I've replaced the axles for some stronger "Strange Motorsports" axles, the rear end for an LSD with a 5.13 rear end gear. I've also replaced the bushings for polyuethrane bushings on all four corners. I've also replaced the brake pads on all four corners just to make sure, the disks seem just fine as they are and I'm going to keep them till they give.

The car was just sent for respraying, I did the preparation myself but did not take pictures of it, I've also sold the Top Secret front bumper and stock hood that I got the car with.

Respray + parts = -V$1400
Parts sale = +V$1400

New daily!

Well, I finally got a daily! It has a 350 with a leaky carb, a 350 turbo trans, all wheel drive and big ass tires that it doesn't need! This will be perfect to haul parts for the Skyline.

Talking about the R32, big update coming up!
