This morning, I helped some kid load the 1.5JZ out of my 240SX into the back of his Suzuki Carry. He showed me some pictures of the car the stuff was going into, another S13, obviously. I also sold the Z33 last night, I've been busy, preparing for my move back to North America. I am bringing the 240SX with me, but, I'm bringing it as a new project.

I basically sold the entire car, which, is probably offensive to the previous owner but, I want this car to be mine.
I still make payments on it to Garage Nine, but, techically it's still the same car, so nothing changed on that front.

I'm going to be getting all new...
-Wheels
-Brakes
-Suspension
-Engine

That's all for now, once the car and I land and get settled in I will take some photos.

Nice, it's cool that you're giving yourself a blank canvas to express yourself rather than build ontop of somebody else's work. Looking forward to hearing more from this.

I was thinking about an SR, yeah. It would be way less power than what I was running with the 1.5JZ, but, I want to be able to use all of it.

I'm back in NY now, and I figured the 240 could use a bodykit or something. So I picked up this Chargespeed kit for V$1,000

I know it doesn't look too good right now, obviously, because I'm on my stock wheels and it's not painted, but; It will get there.

The Porsche 944 Turbo my friend and I originally went to look at, turned out to be a total hoopty. The chassis was too rusty, even though the car is fairly old, It would be too much work to make it roadworthy again. I don't want that right now. It worked out for me last time, *Cough* IROC-Z *Cough*, But, I definitely do not want to work on something like that right now. I did stumble upon, and buy something though...

This! A redtop SR20. I paid V$750 for this, mainly due to the fact that it has no intake and exhaust system. I've installed it in the 240SX, and everything is attached. I'm probably going to get new cams, because the previous owner mentioned something about the current ones. Anyways, I'll remove the headcover later and see what the deal is with those. In other news, I might install my Type-X kit instead, and save the Chargespeed kit for some other time. I brought the Type-X kit with me from Japan, because I like it, and I haven't run it that much. I sold my duplicate body panels, though. (The blue ones that I bought for like, V$100 a long time ago) I'm also looking into new taillight options, if anybody has any ideas, feel free to let me know.

I ordered a full turbo kit from a custom-fab performance shop in my area. I'm going in tomorrow to pick my parts, have the manifold made, and settle on a price.

Okay, here we go. I was going to buy a van to tow the 240SX to California, but, I might as well just drive it there... from Rochester...

Anyways, the Nissan's turbo kit is installed. The full charging system (manifold, turbo, intercooler, piping, etc.) cost me V$1,500. The car almost runs and drives, I just need to finish up the wiring and install the driveshaft. Once that's done I'm going to get a good sleep so I can hit the road tomorrow afternoon. I'm going to Cannonball it. I'll be generous and say it'll take me a week. As much as I have my mind set on that goal, I'll probably get distracted by some landmarks along the way and end up taking a few extra days to boondoggle.

I bought a used SR20 fuel rail from a friend for V$50, and hit the road late last night, rather than this morning.

I pulled onto the empty highway, and matted it for the first time. It's really fast!

This took longer than I had intended, but, I am in California!

I sold my stock S13" wheels to David a while ago for V$50, which means I've been using my backup rims.

I pulled onto Nick's street, relived to finally be here and doing something other than driving/wrenching on an overrated car from 1989. I parked the 240SX just outside the garage door, the FC along with Nick were nowhere to be seen. I texted him as I was walking up to the loft.

Dear god, no! On the bed before me, layed a full sized Nick Wilde bodypillow...

Suddenly, Nick almost skidded to a halt in the FC, and sprinted inside to greet me.

"What'd you find here, Parker?" Nick casually pushed the pillow onto the floor, then under the bed. I stood silently. "I-I uhhh..." He paused. "I have a lot of downtime, y'know. I don't write 24/7. I do a bit of fabric cleaning on the side."

"I'm not convinced. But hey, thanks for having me." I shook his hand and went downstairs to unpack.

/shitpost

((I'll post actual SLRR photos tomorrow, my game is being a bit weird but it's almost ready))

((Just incase it comes up, the bodypillow IS NOT MINE. Nick sent me that picture to use in the post. Don't question where he got it from))
