Prologue

My name's Parker, and welcome to my town! Brighton, Ontario. It's nothing special really, apart from the fact that literally nothing happens around here. I just got my license last month, and I've scraped together a bit of cash to buy a car and modify it. V$2500, which might be enough... I only make like, V$200 a week, which, is probably enough to get me by. I'll let you guys know what I end up buying. Cheers!

((Out-Of-Character: I should have started this way earlier, whatever.))

I think I've found the one.

It's a 1993 Ford Mustang LX, with a 302 mated to a T5 manual transmission (which definitely needs a new clutch) I paid $1500 for this beautiful machine. Now, pardon my rant but; What the heck was the previous owner smoking when he replaced this door? I was told the last one was backed into and he had to replace it.

He installed that mint side exhaust perfectly fine... So why couldn't he have put the same amount of effort into the door swap? Because he had to pick a door from a different model, with different trim and a messed up window? Whatever. I can take the interior panel off and sort the window problem out. One thing that raises a red flag is the lack of air filter, but, It's $1500 and my first car. It will be a fun learning experience if/when (probably when) it breaks.

That's all for now guys!

((Out-Of-Character: My ENB makes it a bit tricky to see the window in that photo, the window is stuck halfway down and tilted forwards.))

Thanks :)

Last night was interesting. I bought the car in Toronto so it was almost a 2 hour drive home. About 45 minutes in, the rear left tire blew out. Luckily the car did have a spare. If it didn't I would have been S.O.L

I definitely need to investigate the light system. All of my lights are super dim, which was a problem when I needed my warning lights at the side of the road.

Yeah, I got a good deal I guess. Even considering all the broken/faulty parts.

Pretty good man! Thanks!

I picked up a new battery from Canadian Tire for $100. It seems to have corrected my weak lighting.

(Picture not related, but look at it!)

I also got a new rear left tire the other day for $75. Which I forgot to mention in my last post.
