# FamousMan : I'll keep you posted if i find anything. I'm surprised Henry hasn't gotten any beaters I've already sourced a few perspective chassis out, we're gonna peep a 180 shell and maybe a MA67 from a guy we found on Minkara. # marcus915 : should have bought a house in Nagoya We're not rich like you that's why we had to pool our money together! DID Global has the hook ups for all us foreigners! Only V$936 (¥102,000) a month for this 70 m² mansion!....I mean apartment... |

# LoganC : Yo guys! Im here in Yamanashi if you guys want to meet up and do hoodrat shit. I am always down to do some hooligan stuff involving vehicles # JdmSly : Yooooo welcome! I'm in fukushima if you ever need help just let me know and I'll be over! Looks like Osaka is crackin' I may actually need help getting a shell moved maybe even storage or referral to cheap storage? Anything that's below V$100 monthly (about ¥11,000) the shell I checked out is super clean unfortunately Connor and I didn't have much time so a quick sus and this cellie pic. All the interior is there as well but it is in boxes. The dash is insanely clean which is one thing I always like to have in a SX. It's a 1997 180SX Type-R, has current plates until next year and only has 47,000~kms, clean title and current rego. The seller is asking ¥510,000 which is rougly~ V$4700 Pretty fair I think for a '97 with built suspension set up. |

# Driftphantom : That is one sweet looking 180 man! I wish I could get one here stateside Thanks I actually just got another shell for V¥22000~ which is V$200~ whatever the exchange rate is today. Had a sweet differential I wanted a HLSD out of a S15 and axles. I'll snap pics later it's a Type-III. Also have some random pieces here and there, the chassis has high kms so I actually am willing to cut sections out of it if anyone has quarter damage, willing to front clip it but keeping SR. |

@famousman, YES COME PARTY
@marcus COME PARTY TOO little update, picked up a new front bumper, just a stock(ish) k's bumper, i believe it was from a 92? either way, its got a lip on it, what a score at V$75 also got some amber corner lights from Up garage after i picked the car up, they set me back about V$125, so yeah, haven't mounted the bumper yet, but the lights are on man i need to be low already, anyone have ideas for what kind of coils/springs/cut-ies i should go for? |

Them ambers are so nice, and that bumper and lip combo is gonna look sweet when you get it mounted up! As for coils, I was looking into getting some 326power, maybe look into those as well?

Through many hours Connor and I have finished the swap into my Type-R shell! Soon it will go to Auto Select to have some wiring issues sorted and get a real tune for it! As of now it's running extremely rich and not holding idle at all (must manually hold throttle to hold idle). Interior also is not yet fully assembled no carpet or door panels.
1JZGTE engine set complete with R154 and Apexi Power Commander 160,980円V Intercooler kit Blitz Type CS with custom piping (for car to be lowest) 177,580円V 1JZGTE Wiring Harness for RPS13 JDM/4 hole Soarer connector 104,095円V A trip to Auto Select for wiring cleaned up/diagnosis 144,300円V Sub-Total with taxes included 586,955円V / V$5289.00 BANK STATEMENT: V$7611.00USD/844642.14円V shitty considering V$13,000/1442694.50円V was a private loan at almost 14% APR F M L. . . # marcus915 : Those D-Max fenders be looking pretty! Thanks bud! They were practically free!!! Some scrap metal paid for them! The +40mm D1 Spec fronts really set it off too, as well as the +30mm rears! Especially with the wide wheels figured they'd suit better than OEM panels. |

I ended up selling the DMAX wide aero fenders because I didn't want to cut up mint QPs. Decided to keep it OEM, I also sold the 15x10.5 -42 Watanabes. Decided to give the car a hippari look and swooped up 15x9.5 -20 SSR Mk.III wrapped in 185/45/15 AD08s.
New slit style under diffuser as well only V$230 of fiberglass skimming the ground XD nothing too bad though when you just got V$3200. We relocated my frame rails up by grinding them off. (On the ground) Sadly they look like a block of Swiss cheese now and insanely enough with the collars removed on coilovers I still have another 7-10 turns before fully maxed out low. Last week I also took out my old 20k/16k swift springs and swapped them for some 33k/17k. As of yet rubbing is very minimal but the ride is quite rough on streets. |

Only because I cheated and used a nice small tyre! XD
A damn shame it doesn't handle as cool as it looks at this height! At times it feels like the whole car is under steering/doing a 4 wheel power skid. |
