I'm Jaziba, originally from Amsterdam, The Netherlands moved to pudsey to do what I like to do and that is working on cars with friends wether mine or customers'.
And as demonstration of my work my 1990 BMW E30 M3 Group A converted to K20A, fully blacked out, centerlock delete and registered and road legal!    And for my latest project I went to the local auction house and purchased this lovely 2003 Honda S2000 (AP1) for V$8.792  Had the car delivered from the auction at the VStanced garage in Pudsey where I can take a closer look at the car. It wont be registered until I know what I bought and whether it's driveable or not. Some pics after taking delivery of the car     The car appears to be well maintained and in good condition, some pics of the engine!   As it's a JDM spec ride, it has the JDM spec F20C with 11.7:1 high compression (or it should) producing 250HP from the factory. A closer inspection and a drive around the block should tell if any horses ran away or that it's a solid engine. Well that's it for now, gonna keep ya'll update soon. That's an awesome looking E30 you got there. And the S2000 looks like a nice find too, any particular plans for it?

Thanks ya'll, took it for a drive around the block and noticed that the car struggled. Problems that arose, engine doesn't go into VTEC (probably a VTEC solenoid problem or oil pressure), misfires, and after the drive I measured the compression and the compression on cylinders 2 and 3 are lower than 10:1. After the diagnose I brought the car over to the dyno and exactly what I thought... just 237HP at the flywheel.
So for now the plans are, fix the engine and maybe put some power mods, body wise, I'm going to have to browse for AP2 ClubRacer parts. |
