Hi guys, I'm Francis and I'm from Ireland and I currently own a 2004 Volkswagen Bora that I bought for V$2,000.
It's registered, stock and is in pretty good condition.

(I bought stuff from doges shop in my last rp so I took away the V$1,250 from my acc. so I now have it in this rp. Just fyi)

Here. As per your request, I cleared your thread out.

(Was going to just hide this one, but I didn't see how to do that right away, so I didn't.)

There were about 12 posts in here before the restart.

I went on Google and ordered a set of adjustable H & R Ultra Low coilovers for V$251. They were on sale and used so I snapped up the deal. They should be here tomorrow.

I'm also going to fit the foglights, Bride seat and Illest lip from Doges shop. Will post pics later.

So my I got my coilovers today in the post, I swapped them out for the old suspension and it really improves the look of the car overall. I also put on the lip and foglights from Doge's shop. Next thing I'm gonna do is either buy a exhaust or some more bodyparts
(I moved the license plate because racecar)

Added 13 minutes later:

My friend PJ is stocking & selling his brothers old Bora, so I snapped up some parts off it. I got an exhaust, a badlook bonnet, a de-badged grill and a roof and trunk spoiler for V$350
I'll show pics once I have them fitted.
(Since today is Monday, I get my paycheck so I will just add V$25 to my money)

So after a long struggle of trying to take the Badlook bonnet of PJ's brother's rusty Bora, I finally got all the parts fitted. Probably gonna get them sprayed tomorrow or as soon as I can. pix

The Bora needed new tires so I decided to go with Bridgestone Potenza's that are stretched (16") [V$450]
On the way home, the Illest lip sorta..... fell off? I went back and got it but I probably won't put it back on until later. I also bought 2 stickers, 1 for the bonnet and 1 for the roof spoiler [V$15]. I thought the trunk spoiler looked bad so I took it off. pix

Looking back at it now I don't know what the fuck I was thinking. God it is fugly.

On-Topic

So after being gone for two weeks, the Bora has been resprayed a Burnt Red. Cost me V$2500 for a full respray.
I'm gonna get some new rims so I wonder what the offset will be like. Hope it's better than that anyway.
Gonna post pics when I go to pick up some chinese food

BIG NEWS
I bought another car
It's gonna be for track use only though
It's a....

Toyota MR-S!

I bought the car for V$4,950 (actual price in Ireland LINK)
It's dark green, has a relatively blown engine with shitty collapsed suspension. Massive exhaust leak included in the price also.
It has Z32 rims for some reason, dunno why..
Body and interior is in good condition which is a upside
I have big plans for this car, more posts coming..

This MR-S looks interesting. I think there are a little too much problems for that price, i already see something's wrong with the suspension. I hope this won't cost you too much, i'm looking forward to your big plans. :)

I am gonna swap a K20/24/F20c into it (if anyone has one they would want to sell to me, let me know, k) gonna find suspension to use and go from there. The car was a bit expensive because the body and interior was in great condition since it's hard to find a car in Ireland that isn't rusty with all the rain we have.

(I also want a bit of variety in the rp's, everyone is using the same cars...)

This is quite a long post.

While I'm waiting on a response from VS Garage, I started to take out the old suspension and engine for the new stuff. Took out the passenger seat also because racecar. PJ (my friend) helped me since I borrowed his garage to store the MR-S in. It's kinda hard to take out an engine and suspension on a street.

Taking out the engine
(It was a bitch to take out, no space...)

Engine is finally out

Put the back end on again

Took out the seat

No more shitty suspension! Good times..

When I get my stuff from VS Garage I will post more pics.
(Which I hope is soon)

Added 1 hour 21 minutes later:

I finally got a deal on a K20A2 from Smokie at Crown Autoworks, will definitely be going there alot more for parts.
I'm getting a rwd tranny from a CR-V (AWD-RWD convert) and a custom made exhaust for a total of V$2,860. Should be here in 2/3 days.
Getting a spoiler from meganracingperformance link for V$135.75

In the past few days, I have completely cleared my garage and moved to Japan. I'm selling my Bora and MR-S, which I could part if you want anything.
After the long journey to Japan, I got the Shinkansen to Ikeda from where Ryku ( Nobu Racing Team leader) picked me up and brought me to my house.
From there I bought my first JDM car.

I bought a 1985 Toyota AE86 Levin GT for V$7,862 LINK.
It has a stock 4A-GE and a immaculate body. The rear suspension needs work though,
I'm gonna get it registered today (hopefully) and a set of SSR MK1's from UpGarage for V$299.10. I found a cheaper set for V$152.64 instead

On my way back I went to pick up the SSR MK1's that I had my eye on. They were still there, thank god. I also got a Nobu Drift Team Sticker printed aswell.
The SSR's look a lot better but have alot of offset. I'm gonna have to get overfenders some day

I went to Garage Shapple to see if the owner had any cheap parts for a Levin. He said he only had 1 donor car, and this was it:

He said he was gonna scrap it, but if I wanted parts off it he would keep it. After completely searching every inch of the car, the only useful things I seen were a new-ish TODA N1 exhaust system and scratched and chipped Vertex front and rear bumpers. I only bought the bumpers, because if I bought them new they would cost over V$800 when I could get them here for V$175. Gonna buy the overfenders also because they look new-ish and I need them badly. He said they cost around V$90 for all (I got these prices only then dropped them a bit because the are used)

V$175+V$90=V$265
V$565.63-V$265=V$298.63

Just a quick update on the Levin. I fitted the front & rear Vertex bumpers, and then decided to buy the sideskirts when I was picking them up. They only cost V$100, so it was a good buy. The front bumper is being held on by cable ties rn, don't know what the owner of the other Levin did but they messed it up. Gonna pick up some engine parts tomorrow, also.

(If you noticed the dent, I was drifting in some random backroads near the outskirts of Ikeda and I might have clipped a wall)

Just a quick update on the Levin
I ended up getting some pipe to make a custom straight pipe exhaust.

I bought a GREDDY pod filter. It sounds sooo good.

And I also stripped the interior and bought a Domo air freshener

(Just noticed that I didn't take my 2 paychecks so +V$940.(470x2)

A Sorta Big Update

So after work today I decided to stop in UpGarage to grab a wheel and maybe some other stuff if I seen anything.
I ended up buying a HKB hub adapter, a plain black Nardi wheel and springs. I also slapped on some Drift stickers and put on a Dildo-styled gearknob. I love it. Altogether these cost me V$118.60.

I also bought a couple of rattle cans and sprayed my cylinder head cover. I thought it looked good.

Now for the main part:

After about and hour of searching, I found rims to replace my SSR's. This is them:

Hayashi Bombers!.
These rims are super rare and really hard to find in this condition. These are the only set I found on the internet.
They cost me V$900. I don't know why but the owner threw in 2 other sets of rims, hmu if you want them.
Hayashi Bombers
I plan to completely respray the car soon, so stay posted.

So the 86 is at a point that I can't think of anything else to do so,
I bought another car.

A 2000 Nissan Skyline ER34 (link)
It cost me V$5215 altogether which is everything I have....
It has a RB26DE right now, but I might make it turbo or leave it stock but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Really dont know how...

Added 6 minutes later:

Anyways,
I've sold my ER34 in auction for V$5,000
I know I didn't own it for long, I just got bored of it instantly and tbh I prefer older cars in general
Gonna start searching for another car now.

So I have found my new car.

A 1993 Honda Civic EG6.
I have seen loads of Kaido-styled Civics lately and really wanted to build one.
It currently has 143,xxx km on it right now, but it looks like it was taken care of anyway. It comes with a B16 that looks to be a bit worn but still good.
It cost me V$7,945 in total, leaving me with V$815.03

IRL Link

Added 13 minutes later:

Im not too keen on the rims either but either way it's still a nice clean Civic. I'm gonna do some Kaido Racer styled mods to it later on, when I'm not poor.
(y'know)
