Yay, new page!
Hey guys, today in the evening i arrived from Venice (for real) so i didn't do any work on the cars, i just contacted the DMV to get the Mazda registered, and i checked out how good exactly is the new Silvia. I already knew some details before i bought it, but i had to see it. It has a F22C engine, the swap is really well done, very clean. If i wouldn't know that this is a Nissan i wouldn't know that the engine was swapped. :D

It's got plenty of upgrades: Toda cams and exhaust, 470cc injectors, a KTuned thottle body, a Koyo radiator, K&N filter and a Hondata ECU. I have to dyno it some time, this must have some serious power. I may also do that with the Supra, the guy who sold me the HKS 2JZ said it has around 600hp, but i'll have to check it out.

It also has some pretty nice seats, they're yellow like the Spoon headcover and the lip on the wheels. :)

Wisefab front arms and Tein coilovers. It has a lot of steering lock, i could have turned it more, but i was too tired, and lazy. :))

I'll keep you guys updated with the work with this baby. ;)

Today we did some service to some customers' cars. The Silvia was also in the garage, there wasn't much space, so i did some work on the Mazda outside! It was a nice day, and it's good to work in the fresh air. I took out the springs and cut them just a little bit. #cutspringslife I could have thought of this when i changed the suspension arms. Well, it's weekend and i have more than enough time to do anything.

There's not much difference, but i didn't want to lower it too much, i don't want it to stand out too much.

I also got the license plates! I asked for them yesterday, the DMV responded very quickly. When i fitted the springs and license plates, i went for a drive around my hometown, it drives very well, only the suspension is too hard, i think, maybe this is also because of the cut springs. And the exhaust tip is missing, so it's louder than it should be. :P

I lowered the Mazda, but i'll do the opposite for the Silvia, cause it's too low. It looks good that way, but it's a little too low to drive without problems.

Sup guys, today Benjamin (Phonexius) was at my place, he began the Adria tour in Slovenia. We had a good time and we did some work on the Silvia. I'll post some pictures and tell you what we were doing at the end of the week, because i'm going to Vienna for 3 days tomorrow. Stay tuned.

I arrived from Vienna yesterday in the evening, i had a good time there. As i told you, i also had a good time with Phonexius! We met on tuesday, i was blown away when i saw that Skyline. And i also heard it before i saw it, damn, what a sound!

For some time we were just chilling in front of the garage and admiring each other's cars. The Supra finally saw the daylight after some time, because i can't drive it on the road. :P Well, that day i did just that, because this was a special occasion. Here are the two 6-cylinder beasts together: :-X

We had to hoon a little bit, it was a warmup before we did some touge runs. :D

After some hooning and chilling we borrowed a GoPro from my brother, and we went on Korada for some touge runs, there are some great roads like this in Slovenia.

We also did some changes to the Silvia: As i told you we raised the suspension a little bit, now it's about 4 cm higher. I also fitted those TSW wheels i bought some time ago. They are 17's, so the difference in the height is not so big. They are a little wider, i also like that the rims have some dish, this also adds that wider look. Those rims i had before are also nice, but i think they would fit better with a stancefag car. :D

What do you think of the looks now? I'm planning to add some yellow details to it, it would fit with the seats and the engine, but i don't know where would i do that. Feel free to tell me if you get any ideas about that. :)

Here are also some dank cars i saw in Vienna:

I bought a used Kakimoto muffler for just 50V$ a couple of days ago. It arrived today and i fitted it on the Mazda, obviously. I wanted to keep it pretty much stock but i made the first mistake. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Probably i'll end up doing something crazy. Well, at least it will be interesting. It sounds good, maybe still a little too loud, but it looks kinda good. It still needs some adjustments, because this is a random muffler from a Honda. I'll make it fit somehow. :P

Well bro I have to come to Slovenia again. Germany doesn't those dynamic touge passes. Nice exhaust now it will be louder :D...I am thinking to change the muffler to Megan M racing, so that you can hear me from the Slovenian border xD

Silvia looks so siiick! I like the new muffler for the Mazda too.
Also looks like you're having a blast in vienna with Phonexius! The Supra looks great next to the Skyline

Yeah, i saw a lot of interesting stuff there, but nothing was so nice as the Supra and Skyline together. The muffler i got sounds pretty good, but i think it looks like rice. :)) Well, the muffler is made more for a better sound than a better look.

For the last 3 days i was thinking how should i improve the look of the Silvia, and then i came up with some ideas for some nice details. Yesterday i went to a printery in Nova Gorica to print a decal i made for the Silvia. It cost me 150V$, because it's quite big. I went there with the Mazda, it drives well, but there was one problem. I stopped at a gas station to refuel and get something to drink, but then... the car didn't start. At that moment i couldn't know what the problem is, looks like there is still some work to do with it. It couldn't be the battery, because i already replaced it. Fortunately, there was some guy with a jeep. He had a rope, it's an important thing to have when offroading. He was heading the same way as me, so he made a strong knot with the rope and towed me all the way to home for more than 10 km. :P

When i got home, this Clio was still here from monday, because the poor guy broke a piston or something. I'm wondering how did he do that, it's not even a so old car. And i see some leak on the floor, so there are more problems. Well, this week we had a lot of cases like this, which means we got some serious profit. But none of them was so bad like this.

Let's move on to the Silvia, shall we? While i was in Nova Gorica i also bought some yellow paint, i thought i would paint something so the yellow colour will really stand out, I painted the bolts of the rims, not much of a difference but it's visible. It looks more like gold now, but it still looks good.

Here you can see the vinyl i got. Before i put it on i thought of another clever idea: I took my time and carefully cut a nice Silvia logo in it, slowly but surely. :D

Here are the final results:

It looks so much better to me now! Details like this really make a car special. And that's what i like. What do you think? Feel free to tell me how it looks to you. :)

This here is nothing important, well it is for me because i want my Mazda to be fully functional. :D Well, you may have seen my "incident" that happened 2 days ago. The engine doesn't want to start so today i was working on this. First i checked everything on the outside. I also checked the battery and it was empty! Looks like it doesn't charge at all. The battery is good, we already tested it before we put it in the Mazda. So i'm thinking the alternator might be the problem. I also saw that the drive belt was completely worn out, so i'll replace that too. Without any waiting i went on the internet and ordered these 2 parts from Ireland, lots of cheap Mazda parts are there. *LINK* *LINK* Everything including shipping cost me 185V$.

@Marcus I don't know if i should paint the lip black, it would look like stock and i don't really want that for the Silvia. ;)

Added 21 minutes later:

And i still can't open the hood, i don't know wht's the problem.

if my opinion counts, i vote to the black lip too! :)

I really like your Mazda, that V6 in that body is a really nice combination! But one tip: after you changed the alternator and the belt, check the voltage at idle, it could be that you have ground problems, or a bad fuse, or bad wires too. I suffered from these problems with my cars before. ;)

Today i was working on the Mazda again. I replaced the alternator and drive belt. After i did that, i kept the engine running for some time to charge the battery, then i checked the voltage and it was above 12 volts, which is ok. Thanks for the tip @gabrisanyi ;) After i sorted this out there were no more problems with the engine, so i immediately jumped in and went for a drive, because today was a very nice day.

In this very corner i found out that the Mazda oversteers a lot, maybe it's just because the tires are worn. But that's not a problem, it's FWD so i can easily save myself from a spinout.

You may have heard that Benjamin went to Croatia to visit Scooby, on the way he also stopped at my place. Basically we did nothing, we were just driving around and enjoying the sunshine. I also tried out his R32, what a beast! (still not such a beast as my Supra) As you can see i was drifting a lot with it. :D

Later on, Andrej also joined the cruise. He was driving the Civic because he was working something with his Golf.

When we got back to the garage i got an idea for the Mazda. I went to a nearby store and i bought some black foil for 10V$. I wasn't if it was legit tinting foil, but i put it on the windows anyway. It's quite dark so i didn't put it on the front windshield, because if i would i wouldn't see the road clearly.

However it doesn't look so dark from the inside, from the outside you can't see almost nothing. :P This is a nice accessory for any car, some say it can even increase value.

Sup guys, i was busy for some time now, because what i was doing took a lot of time, you'll see why. I already told you that the Mazda will be more powerful, and yesterday i did the first upgrade for the engine! I took out the cylinder heads and polished them so much that i can almost see my face in it. :P I did the same for the intake. Everything was also a little dirty, so there will definitely be a difference now. I forgot to take pics of the engine because i had a lot of work with it. After i did this and put everything back together me and the boys in the garage took the Mazda, Silvia and the Supra to a dyno test. I didn't bring the Civic because i already know it has a K20 engine which has 210 HP.

We turned on the computer and checked the results.

When i will have some more money i will get more engine upgrades for the Mazda. I could buy them now, i have some money, but some engine parts can be really expensive, so there's no hurry. :)

What you're about to see/read is real life shit. (except that the cars were not the same :P )

Today is the workers day, at midnight there were fires everywhere i looked, because it's a tradition to make a bonfire every year for this day. Another tradition, which is more specific for my town is a "wake up call". It has a name like this because people gather with their beaters, which are loud as fuck because they don't have an exhaust, so they wake everyone up! All this was happening at a car park which is very close to our garage. There were a lot of people watching the action, because the guys with the beaters were doing burnouts, FWD drifts, hooning around and revving. Some of them got a little drunk so there were a few crashes. :D It was just crazy like every year. And of course i took some photos of all this madness.

This guy tried to drift, but he had too much grip (or not enough speed) so he hit a curb when he turned right and flipped the car. What an idiot.

I don't know how this happened, but someone managed to drive on the backyard of the garage where my Civic was parked. He must have been drunk, because he had more than enough space. And it's obvious who it was, it was the Clio that we were fixing up some time ago.

And then, instant karma happened to him. :P

At around 4 in the morning i said "That's enough!". I took out the Silvia, which was not very smart because someone almost hit me. Well, i could also say it was smart, because everyone shut up after that Honda engine was screaming at over 9000rpm. But they haven't finished at that time, they headed to the nearby villages.

I didn't sleep at all, even if i wanted to i couldn't because there was still someone driving around. But the main reason was a drift event at the same day, we were checking the Supra. Andrej has some contacts from part dealers, so they gave us some decals to make some sponsors, so we put them on. We went to Polo Motor show in Italy, not really a drift event. It was a rally, we were drifting only before the start of each race. There were a lot of rally cars, there were also a lot of drifters, mostly BMWs so i was standing out, i must say. I didn't have time to take pictures, obviously because i was drifting.

There were a lot of BMWs, but this one was really standing out. It was probably the most expensive car that was drifting. :D

This S13 was also nice, so we had to take a photo together. I already saw it once last year.

We didn't make money or anything, but we had a good time, it was great to take the Supra for a drive. This was also a good opportunity to represent our service shop a bit. :D

It was a tough week for me, because i was fixing the Civic. I was still a little angry, because i wasn't even driving it when the crash happened. But it wasn't all that bad,
i got some compensation. I know the guy who hit it 2 weeks ago, so i told him that he should pay for the parts, it was his fault. He barely had enough money for it, so i had some mercy and i paid the shipping which was 150V$. I ordered the parts which were completely broken in the crash: A right headlight *LINK* , a front bumper *LINK* and a front panel. *LINK* The bumper and the panel were white, so i don't need to paint anything. :)

When i took off the old bumper i checked if there was any damage underneath, fortunately everything was alright. The foglights were also intact but i didn't put them on yet.

And now the Civic is like new again! But that's not all the news for now. Today i visited a friend of mine, and when i was going back home through Italy, i saw this:

It was so sad to see a classic just sitting there and not being driven. I had to take a closer look, because i thought i might return its former glory, i always liked Porsches.

I think it used to be black but now there's so much dust on it that it's more like brown. It's also missing some parts, but there's no major rust which is good.

The interior is in great condition, there's just lots of dust. I saw that this car wasn't used much.

While i was looking at it i saw the owner and asked him why he couldn't drive it for so long. He was an old man, he explained me that something in the engine broke and it was way too expensive to fix it, so the car's sitting here for more than 20 years, it's not even used so much. And then he asked me if i would take it! He wanted 1000V$, i wanted it for less, but the owner knew that this car is something you don't see everyday. He didn't want to lower the price but he had something more for me:

He wanted to keep the original wheels clean, so he took them off when the engine broke. With these wheels, 1000V$ was a fair price, so i bought it! Even if there will be lots of work with it, i just couldn't resist, my feelings took over.

For now i don't know where will i keep it, because there's not much space in our garage. I will replace the suspension, because it's a bit rusted and the brakes must be locked. And if there's a major problem with the engine like the owner said, i will have to get another one. So, if you have an idea for a mad engine swap, hit me up! :)

Hey guys, i'm back from a long vacation! But this doesn't mean nothing has changed. During this vacation i was at home for some time, which means i had some time to mess around with my 944. And it's changed a lot, as you can see. :D

The most obvious change is the paintjob. It's gold(ish) and it cost 3000V$, because it's very shiny. I wanted to make it stand out so i think i made the right choice. But before painting i bought a Duraflex front bumper *LINK* , it looks like from a 944 Turbo.

I bought a complete Bilstein coilover set *LINK* , because the old suspension was, well... old. :P It needed repairs so i sold it to a Porsche specialist.

The same goes for the brakes, and i also sold them to the same guy. The new brakes are from a 997, so they should do the trick. *LINK*

I didn't like the steering wheel very much, so i got this one from a classic 911. *LINK*

And for the final touch i bought this rear splitter for just 125V$. *LINK*

What would i do without eBay? :)) I'll keep looking there to find a good engine for it.

Thanks guys, i'm trying to make it even nicer. I fitted these very expensive rims i had laying around just to see how they look. I think they look pretty nice, but they're a little too wide and they are so concave that they are almost touching the brakes, so i probably won't have them on the 944. I'm thinking to have some classic BBS rims.

Before i did that, i went to Žaba day. It was a rally meeting of the Žaba racing club, there were some nice (and fast) cars as you can see.

I was riding in this one, which was the fastest. :D ( I actually was! )

Have a nice weekend ;)
