Always loved the old fox bodys! Can't wait to see what you do with it. Do you plan on swapping the 302 out?

SO big stuff just happened The stock 302 in the mustang is a great motor to keep stock with just bolt-ons, and its also a great motor to boost or even stroke, so i did both..now its bored and stroked to a 347ci stroker motor with an On3Performance 67mm intercooled turbo..To go with the new turbo setup, the intake obviously needed to be changed so I went with a TrickFlow TrackHeat upper and lower intake manifold with a Ford Racing 102mm throttle body. I'm currently sitting at 15lbs of boost which is pretty conservative, but its a nice street tune. I also had to pick up a low cowl hood to fit the new intake comfortably due to changing the motor mounts to have the engine sit up higher because of the intercooler.
For numbers I know I should be over 400hp and 400lb-ft but I wont know for sure until I strap her on a dyno. One thing I do know is 245 street tires don't hold the power too well Also, big shoutout to Harrison15 for helping me register the car and get the custom plates all set. I think they look good! Just hope the pigs don't notice it doesn't have a front plate. Here's some pictures of the car as it sits in the garage, I think next on the list is some rubbers. Let me know what you guys think of it so far! |

More goodies went on the Fox today! Started off with cutting a hole in my mint bumper....I wanted to try having the exhaust come out the side and since the turbo exhaust was already on the right side of the car I thought why not...I might change it later on but I'll give it a shot. I also got my drag rims and tires on the car today! I went with a 28" Hoosier radial for the back and a Mickey Thompson ET Street skinny up front..I may end up getting MT's for the back but we'll see how the Hoosiers do for now. The OEM battery wasnt putting out a steady voltage, and I know its not the alternator because thats brand new with the 347 stroker rebuild..so I went and picked up an Optima high performance battery and its works great.
On a side note, I had to mini-tub the rear end of the car to fit the 28's..no big deal, it was going to have to be done eventually anyways! Cant wait to get her to the track! |

# Coprone : USDM as fuck. Pretty cool actually. Are you going full dragstrip car or street race? Thanks Coprone, it means a lot! And it will always be street driveable..I'll just end up swapping tires unless I get a pair of cheater slicks to run on the street and track. |

So i figured it was time to get rid of the stock drums and discs up front, and go with discs on all 4, so I replaced the brakes today..pics of the new brakes will come later. |

I have a 2007 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V, its slow but it makes a great daily driver, I don't really need it anymore so I'll offer it to you for like V$4500, as I bought it from @ThatBoostedGuy for V$5000, up to you tho
It has 152500 miles on the engine, fresh oil, fairly fresh tires, and fresh air freshener(black ice). This post was edited by 420blazescope (2016-03-03 16:15, ago) |

Swapped motor setups on this car! Went from a single On3 Performance turbo to a single F3X Procherger with regular long tube headers, and a single piece aluminum runner intake manifold..heres some pics.

Oh my! This thing has become a full blown dragster. If you're planning to do so, you should do some weight reduction. You don't really need the rear seats, do you?

Sup guys! No I haven't quit...yet. Long story short, I sold my calypso notch a while back because I had just gotten bored with it, and didn't drive it as much as I should have..well once you own one fox, you cant just get rid of them...so I bought another one..this time a 1990 LX Hatch, factory Cabernet Red Metallic. Right now its got my buddies 26x10 drag radials mounted on some Weld V-Series rims..just wanted to see if I could fit the tire with stock tubs. It rubs a little bit on both the inner tub and the fender lip, even with the quad shock taken out. The cars all original except for 5-lug conversion with factory mustang wheels..well here's some pic of her! Hope you all like.
