Change the rims, colour match the fender and rear bumper... and i'll be happy.
Other than that it looks good. You don't need to change anything else on the outside, a fully original Silvia is quite rare, i suppose.

Added 19 minutes later: spray can painted the fender doesnt look that bad, but i'll have to paint whole car soon +changed the oil oil filter air filter blinker fluid
