I have just started to learn how to mod games and found my old copy of SLRR which i remember having hundreds of hours of fun on, found a youtube video with a bunch of cool cars and realized it was SLRR but with real brand cars. so i started to poke around and i so far have installed 2.3.0LE, Dealer Mod, and a couple cars and engines.

One of which is giving me some issues... i installed the AE86 Trueno and had no issues, then i wanted the 4AGE engine for it, downloaded it, no issues. couldnt use it searched internet as to why the AE86 cant use the motor made to use in it. then i realized i had to use an editor to allow it to be used. did that, game still worked fine. then i noticed the 4age was horizontal instead of longitudinal like it should be. so i youtubed again and found out how to "adjust" the motor to fit... now it crashes any time i try to load the street/test track. i can do the test engine and steering in garage but wont load outside of garage. Please help, any help is appreciated.

Hi! I'd personally suggest to download BiggBoss' SLRR edition & start all over. It is the best & stable version of any SLRR (if you want to use mods).
After you have it installed, go & get the newest AE86 mod because that included its engine without problems.

so i noticed it wont load any car, and id rather play with the stock cars than not be able to play any just to have a real one in my garage. so i deleted all the new mods since my last successful gaming session. now it still wont play any cars. stock SLRR or mods... it crashes anytime i try to leave garage... need help.

# Coprone : I told you to use BB's SLRR

Where can i find it? (i back up my files often when trying mods so i just grabbed my USB with my back ups and deleted the old install and reinstalled my back up so all works now (minus the Real Brand Cars. back to just stock with one engine pack mod (I4 mod pack).

As Coprone said, scrap what you have and use BB's SLRR as it's the most stable and bug-free version of the game to date. You can get it in the Download section here. Look around and you'll find everything worth downloading on this website. You're already registered so 50% of the work is finished right there.
