Nice work, i think your yellow needs to be less green.

I think pin striping is a technical term for fine lines that are hand drawn or something, but thats not really important.

I can't tell you how to make the pinstripes in SLRR but I'd do em free hand with photoshop on the 2d texture..

It kinda looks like your painting this in SLRR? and not making it as a texture for the car.

Little by Little i make some progress. but i'm far away from being a Grapic Designer of some sort so gimp is something that i don't understand completly.
but here we are so far.

i might need to move the pinstripe slightly down.

Thank you, i made it less green, might have some color Problems with my eyes :P
i tried it just as you said and it came out pretty fine.
actually i do the whole Skin in Gimp if i need some exact point on the car i put a small Decal ingame to find the spot.

Really makes me wish SLRR had something similar to the livery editor in Forza Motorsport. Is it all trial and error with placement? or can you actually move vinyls around?

Added 3 minutes later:

i use some "made up main points" where i line them up by myself, that way it's not that hard if you don't forget about them
but that only works on one Document, like on that Chassis, the door that I'm working on right now i got to place a Line and get it ingame, see if it fits if not got to move it up or down depending on the situation.

i was abit scared of the door cause the door is alot smaller then the one of the Hot Wheels Car so i thought i might struggle getting that one done.
but here we go i think i nailed it.

So here comes the next Paintjob couger asked me via PN to make one of those rusted and bagged Shop Trucks
so i went to work.

First i got to lay down a Rusted Base and then i will add the weathered Decals
and some Pinstripe.
