The 5.0 acts the same. After installation, it remembers where licence is for like month and then, asks me for it, like it never existed.0
And no, it's not because OS - I had that problem also on 7 and 8.1. |

Nah, not really. I use only CCleaner, but I always check what it's trying to delete. And it never touched any Max's files (nor registry entries).

Guys i have a problem with my skydome. Tried changing it and its all gray... reverted it back to the original and its still gray. Also how do i deal with the cursor going "trough" the parts? Like lets say i click on my front bumper and take the whole engine out?

Hello!
I have this problem with when i'm running the game, it opens up in 640x480 and i hear some music and then it crashes, my whole screen is black. I'm new to this and don't know how to get crash logs or anything like that. This problem occured when i downloaded the game and ran it for like an hour, i cheated some money and built a nice car, when i tried to test the car the whole game crashes as it does now. I have to reset my computer when it crashes cuz windows can't shut it down properly. Please help me, this game looks awesome! EDIT: I did delete all files in the folder and downloaded a different modpack now, this doesnt work either. //Tysken |

You can only do it via java for the other parts, but i dont remember the line. Harrison15 will answer you as soon as he gets online - probably.

Yes it is, you have to edit the car rpk and change all the render flags to "flags 2048.000".
Something like this; ps: at least i think that was the right flag, you should try out, it's an easy edit anyways, you just have to convert the rpk to rdb and then open it with a text editor and press "Ctrl+H", it will open a "Replace word" window which allows to replace all the "flags 8.000" to "flags 2048.000". |

I have never seen it before anyways, looks like if the fog got reverted(aka, stronger if near instead of if far) Very strange. I've just changed resolution to 1440p and the map was filled with fog (and when I adjust view distance, black fog turns into blue). Anyway, when I changed my res back to standard, everything is normal again. |

I've just checked other resolutions and the same thing happens to 1080p too. If I delete options file and then set the res on changer, the fog appears.
BUT, when I change game res to standard (same as screen res), fog disappears (also no fog on the lower res) |

If you're using my slrr; convert them into png(if they arent already) and dont use the rpk, just drop the textures in their folder and that's it.

.rpk files are data files. If you convert it to .rdb you can edit it with e.g. notepad.
.obj files are 3D model files used by many 3D programs, but not SLRR. .scx files are 3D model files that are readable by game. .tex files are just helpers unused by game itself, they tell you what the texture loading order is. |
