Because the driver resembles the one from FH2....and the lack of Forza wing, Forza Horizon 2 on Xbox One.
the 360 version doesn't have any weather, just night and day. Probably wrong. -too slow i guess |

It's definitely FH 2..all of kyoto.night's pictures are from FH2. He just added a filter or something which made it look different. Btw it's even in his hashtags..
