Turn traffic density off & try then, if still won't work,
Go look around in downloads section, you'll find some edits & fixes about Valo. If none of these work, do just like I did. Start modding stock 2.2.1 from the bottom again & check one-by-one what mod was the problem. |

Turn off shadows and traffic. If this doesn't help, you have installed some shitty mods
