My S15 has already been in Go Fazt Garage for a while now and I didn't really check on it when it first arrived as I'm pretty caught up with work. But my was I in a surprise when I went to see the condition of the car at the shop today.
The guys told me that the car came with a bunch of parts in the container it was shipped in. Originally the front bumper that was in pieces when the guys brought the car out of the container. They kindly cabletied the whole thing together and pulled out the dented front frame. Next was the rather rare Nismo hood. It wasnt in bad shape at all with only a couple of rust spots and scuffs. And then the big ones came. Hearing that I was interested in making a weekend car out of this, the guys at Go Fazt Garage bolted in a half cage for me on my behalf. Talk about about building a project, this one is being built for me! They told me that the suspension on the car was pretty solid as it came with H&R all around with 350z brakes. For the time being, the car is being loaned with a set of SSRs which they had lying around in the shop. At this point, I'm fairly convince that the kindness of the guys would stop right here. That's when the owner of the garage came up to me, walked me to the front and opened up the hood. "It's a pretty standard 2J. Factory parts all around and runs good. We just did the front mount, oil cooler and transmission cooler just to keep it reliable. Runs at 340hp which isn't much but then again, we haven't really listen to what you plan with this." he says as I try desperately to hide the fact that I just wet my pants. Apparently, there was a wreckers just a few blocks down and they scouted about and found the glasses for the doors and the 2jz that I expressed on the last time I spoke to them. Honestly, I didn't expect a shop to do so much for me when I requested just for a roof for my wreck and talked about my interest on 2jz. After endlessly thanking them for their work, I explain my plans for the build to them. A while back I read up on an event called Autoplius Fast Lap (seriously, check out some of the videos on youtube) which is held in Poland, Estonia etc. It got me hooked and interested so much that I intend to compete in it and that is the motivation behind this build. Looking at the work done by the guys here, it seems that the car is eligible for the TIME ATTACK PRO CLASS which isn't really entry level but I'm determined to get to the WOLF RACE CLASS. From the info I read on the event, the tracks that the event is held aren't really the smoothest so I'm predicting a lot of suspension tuning. I hope some of you take interest in this event as I think it would be great to have a fellow competitor in Valo City. |

# DevilishDick : good news guys, last evening i got a call from a friend of mine and he wants me to work at his workshop, so now i dont need to work in my own garage ! so this morning i went to work and that Acura RSX converted into a Honda Integra 2000 type-R, the whole job is to, install and turbo kit and intercooler, a new exhaust tip, lower the suspension and switch the wheels. so i got a lot of work to do on this one and more cars are comming, ill keep you up to date That moment you realize someone actually didint use the engine that came with the car... but instead chose one of the worst offscale engines known to SLR |

# Tom Diablo : If you wanna host the meet, let me know and I'll show up with my overpowered Corrado XD Yeah, and I'll smoke up the area with some tires on the SN95. I just installed a rack for tires on the back, but no pics right now. I grabbed some generic steelies, rusted up and shit, and threw some tires onto em. I got 3 sets of rear tires total to roast. The steelies are toe sock bolt pattern, so no adaptor, so the rims look a little set in, but, whatever, they work lol |

So i haven't uploaded in awhile Because i've been busy trying to find a STI swap for the legacy and trying to decide what my next project will be since i've been doing quick builds for ever. I haven't had it Dyno'd yet but it's pretty fucking fast.
But luckily i found a EJ25 in my price range and quickly bought and dropped that bitch in. I couldn't decide on what i wanted for awhile but i decided i wanted a cheap drift car but didn't want another 240, On my way home from a friends house i saw this Miata and had to have it. Its got Vstance suspension and a 1.5 Duhen pushing 92 hp. (Bonus points to whoever can tell me what i based it off of) |

When your girl runs stance more hectic than you.
Reminds me of how my S13 was back in the day Then we went for some mountain sliding. Today we put in work on her car, got the ridiclous fitment down as you can see, installed some used overfenders laying around the shop, a wing I got with my S13, roof spoiler that I had on my old 240, and 18" Work VSKFs 18x9 fronts and 18x11 rears that hardly fit. Oh and it's registered now. |

count me in as well if this drift party goes down, RPS13 is itching to get some seat time in.
So uh, missile car got a nice R32 front left quarter, Kouki S14 headlight, and S14 Zenki bumper, but all were smashed up pretty quick. The SR20 is running a little haggard now, not sure if I should just overhaul the motor or go the V8 route. We shall see. The wheels for my Miata came in as well today. 15x10 Work Meister CR01's, 4x100 bolt pattern. Fitted them on the car and the offset on these is 0. Might fit some fender flares or pull the stock ones out. Took it out for a few laps around the Bihoku circuit, runs well but the boosted NA8C overheats a lot. Not sure if I should keep this motor and risk grenading it, or swapping to another motor. This post was edited by marcus915 (2015-08-20 06:07, ago) |

Awesome! Count me in! The s15 isnt actually complete but it could use a shake down. However, I spotted something rather worrying in front of a certain shop on the way back from work just now.
It seems the police are stepping up their game as it looks like this RX8 is on the way to being converted to a pursuit vehicle. Lately during midnight, there's this bunch of kids who are pushing it on the Valo highway as though its Wangan and its just unbelievable the speeds and moves they do on the highway. I would understand why the police would make such decisions but that would put us modders in a difficult position as we may be wrongfully accused here. I just hope it's a temporary ops though. |

My mustang sounds like a Supra with some wicked exhaust, and she's loud as hell. I'm gonna tow it out there, just so I don't go screaming through town. Just look for a silver 90's S10 4x4 with a flat trailer.

Had a great night sesh with the guys during the night at Kanagawa. It was a fully sick scene to just see everyone having a blast going sideways. Here are my shots for the night.
Managed to pull some big ones but can't really hold them for very long because of the tiny turbos that ever so runs out of puff so fast. Still, quite impressed with how it went. However... My night kinda ended early as the fan belt snapped, taking out the oil line as it went and puked oil all over. Not forgetting that I annoyed some of the guys a bit. Sorry. Still the upside was that the engine itself is still intact which always a good news for modders with a budget, it's just that it needs a flat tow. |

Thanks to everyone who came out and had a good time at Kanagawa last night, and thanks for not making it a big deal and grabbing any police attention on the way there. Hopefully we can do this kinda thing every week. I didn't snap any pictures as I was trying to keep everything together and make sure nothing would go wrong, but surprisingly my car didn't suffer any kind of casualty as it tends to always break.

At Kanagawa, I kept tapping the bumper, but I'm sure I had the loudest thing there xD She went sideways like a MUTHA. When I switched to the steelies, cuz I burnt the tires off the others, I couldn't get the kind of angle that I could with the Watanabies.

Been a while since I last posted, the 2JZ pickup idea didn't work as planned so I put that aside for a while, but instead I built myself a amazing drag Corolla with a 6.8l Ford racing V8 making 1377HP to the flywheel. The car is currently very unstable while braking so I have to look into that later but now i'm just enjoying my old Corolla. Pic from the latest trip to the Near by drag strip.

Yeah, but can you redline at nearly 10k rpm? Mine is louder, because its a straight piped 3.2 twin turbo 2JZ, and I was dinging off the rev limiter a bunch xD
