well the S13 hatch isn't mine anymore, sold it to someone across the country for a decent prize, but i found something new!

A stock exterior S14 with a RB26DE engine! the car is in pretty good shape to me!

Luckaly i had a few parts left from the S13 so i immidiatly swapped those ugly rims for Watanabe's! plus i managed to place 2 Recaro seats and a Nardi steering wheel.

more updates soon, gonna search for some parts now.

Added 41 seconds later:

[well fuck, now i noticed that windowed mode.. will be gone from now on.]

So. I ended up with idea to fully mod my Camaro.

I painted the bumpers to black & bought used taillights. I knew I had to kill the rust so I started hugging it with putty. Of course I had to try out my fenders I also had bought!

And I drove to my friends painting place, it's in the next street so it was no problem to rally to there without few necessary parts. And it's how it is with new paint!

# Tom Diablo : You were lucky that the "bitch ass niggas" left some cars behind. They visited my place, too and cleaned it out! The Van, the Golf, the Cuda, the BMW... Even the trailer is gone! I am waiting for the cops to arrive and hope they find something. Grandpa will be seriously mad; He loved the Cuda. (Actually I've installed the texture edit by resist stance crew and it requires you to start a new career)
(You can just copy the PlayerCar files over to the new career, that's what I always do.)

Hi there people!

This is, or was rather, my friends 350z. It's a 2005 model with all the luxury u could get. The reason I'm showing this is since he decided to sell it. He told me he had it for a while and started getting bored of it. He bought it new with the intention of making it a street car but lost interest in it over time. So he offered me one 4th of the selling prize if I helped him and ofc I helped him. A little extra cash is nothing i'd say no to.

It only took about one and a half weeks and the car was gone. Sad to see it going but hey, it's not my car and my friend didn't want it. He actually ask me if I wanted to buy it for a nice discount but with the ae86 waiting to get painted I had enough on my plate to handle.

Anyways, I got the money we agreed on and lucky enough I got a taxreturn the week after that so with the ae86 almost finished I started looking for another car. I had around $6500 to spend. Pretty good considering the 86 nearly made me broke xD. Well I checked online for what seemed like forever. I was looking for a nice car to throw around the streets( erhm track excuse me) and came across this one.

It's a 89' nissan silvia s13. It's sitting on some r32 rims since the previous owners aftermarket ones got stolen. Anyways, it's in decent condition, bodywise. Even though it has driven 215k miles it's still in decent condition. I say the body because there isn't an engine it xD Apparently the previous owner blew the KA at a drift event and has left the car sitting since that time and never bothered with it. He told me I could get it for $1200 if I got it home myself so I brought my trailer and got it home.

I have some engines in mind but cant make up my mind. It's either gonna be a 2jz-gte, a rb26det or an ls3. So if anyone of you have any suggestions, does not have to be these three, please tell me. Those are just the ones that are easiest for me to get :)

Many things has changed since the last time I posted some pictures of my CRX. Well I painted it yellow and bought some new rims. Also I installed some fake License Plates just for the Photos :P I also bought a clean middle part for the rear lights and removed the rear badges.
After that I fitted the new rims and lowered it a bit :D

I'm broke so I don't think I will change stuff anymore xD

I just wanted to do something crazy, and that engine was too good to pass up. I couldn't think of any other vehicle that I could put the engine into and not get yelled at by Daniel, BB, or you, although I did briefly consider the FrankenLevin. Now, that could be interesting... A twin turbo, Powerstroke drift missile... Might try that in a bit.

I went to a local hill climb yesterday. It was kind of like Pikes Peak, but not as elevated. There was a drop a couple miles in, and i guess it took some cars out, i wasn't lucky enough for any shots as i was a ways away. There was a couple cars i got shots of, a sweet sweet E34, a factory 73 Carrera RS that was having traction issues, and a Civic hatch. I mean, It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great.

And he came in hot into the corner, he made it, but the tires were screamin'

And the E34, something about it. I wanted it, i wanted to race it.. It sounded great, it had grip, it was perf.

The owner was selling, aaaaand...i bought it. I can't wait for a track day.

Got alot done last night and early this morning...

Got the interior installed (These fools wanted a competition cage....and full interior). We got the cage painted up (did the wheels too since they were gonna be the same color) and welded together. They provided up with Bride Zeta competition racing seats and Recaro 4 point Harnesses. Then mounted the Momo steering wheel on the RSR hub that was provided as well...

The engine compartment was modified to accommodate the new 4.0l Porsche Panomera V6 (Built by BBI Motorsports in CA)

Specs
-Bored and stroked from 3.6l to 4.0l
-Crower Crankshaft, rods, and pistons
-BBI Custom camshafts
-BBI Individual throttles bodies
-Twin Garrett GT2871R Turbochargers
-Custom piping and exhaust by BBI
-AEM EMS series 2 engine management

TO BE CONTINUED...

Got the Z32 Back from the booth and the smurf blue came out perfect. it has just enough "hey look at me!" flash. as soon as it rolled of the truck I slapped the engine in. it is a VQ35de fresh out of the z33, not as easy of a swap as I thought it would be. I have coilovers, a small twin turbo kit and turbo back exhaust on order, the coils will make it here first. here are pics:

A few days later the insurance money came in; Bought a new daily: A BMW 325 touring:

The previous owner wanted to make a racecar out of it but the only things he did was swapping a S54B32CSL in and buying a fuel cell, which he gave to me as well. I also bought a new trailer and a Golf MK1 convertible:

This thing sat in a shed for 27 years and is complete. Of course it's rusty but the Golf MK1 basically even rusted in the catalog. Since it sat for so long it needs a new suspension (The shock absorbers are leaky) and the engine requires a bit of tinkering, too.
(@Facepalm: The mod won't work on cars bought prior to the install and that's why "I lost them")

Yeah... How about a car build thread that isn't as realism-focused as this one?

So, I put the parts back on. I bought new wheels & Brembo disc brakes. I cut the fenders inside of the car about an inch for more room for the wheels. And I got the vehicle registered so it's street legal now.

Added 2 hours 14 minutes later:

I have an idea to swap it with V10... but first I need to work some money & find anyone selling one...

Added 22 minutes later:

If anyone have been wondering, I still have my true Lada. I changed the front lights from a 2106 (modified them a bit to fit better) & rear lights

Loving that camaro Coprone ^^

It's been 2 and a half weeks since I bought the s13. During that time I ordered some parts for it. One of which is a 180sx front end. I just got it the other day so I've just put up the front fenders. Still waiting for headlights, hood and a front bumper. It's loads of work left but I aint complaining :)

Here it is. I got a great deal on a stock 2JZ-GE so I went for it. Got help from friends to put it in the car and in a couple of days we got it running...barely. It needs a tune badly. At the moment I have some idle problem with and other problems too. Seems like the injectors are going broke. I dont know if all of them are going but I might aswell change all of them while im at it. Anyways that is getting fixed at some point. I thinking of converting it so it takes methanol. Other than that I will pick up a turbo for it. Preferably a Garrett Turbo. I've never had problems with those. Found a great site online for both stock and aftermarket parts for all kinds of nissan models along with mine.

Other than that I bought a set of 18 inch Work CR01's wrapped in 225/20/r18 up front and 255/20/r18 in the back. Not new since that would cost me a fortune but these ones are still in great conditions. Believe they were on a s15 at one point :)

I got some parts for sale from it aswell. There will probably be more parts coming but for now this is what I got:
S13 coupe front fenders= $250
Stock s13 coupe headlights: $200
Stock s13 coupe front bumper: $175

The AE86 is coming along slowly. I just called the paintshop that has it it and they still haven't gotten to work on it... Apperently they had loads of work but they would try to get it this coming week.

That's it for now. There will be more once I got time to work on the cars. Meanwhile I can look at all the awesome builds up here!

Found a used Rocket Bunny spoiler for the S14, i think i'll keep it black looks pretty neat.
did some engine tuning aswell, added a turbo, intercooler and piping, it's running safe on 1.2 bar. it should produce around 350 hp i haven't tested
anything yet because i need to reinforce some other parts to make it run right. idk what else to do on the S14 so i might search for a side project, maybe a drift car or something.

Well, i was a bit bored, So, i had a productive couple of days, lowered the shop truck, and i got new tires on the BMW, also got a tune up and had it dyno'd.

It made a whole 203WHP, but it does it's job.

Lowered 1.5 inches, and air shocks in the rear, so i can load the back up and not worry about rubbing.
*I'd post the S parked, but i have to position it*
And my new project car.

No motor, no trans, no worthy wiring, but he included a dead battery! It has some fake CWW styled rims, some spray painted chrome on the spokes. He was going to sell it to me with a completely fucked rear rims, but i wasn't going to have it, it wasn't even going to roll onto the trailer with it, so he threw in a widened steelie. I should have it gutted by the end of the day, and some decent coilovers, not some shitty Koni struts with coil sleaves and H&R springs.
Edit-
As i ripped into the car i found rust..fenders, floors, engine bay, rockers, behind the rear bumper, it was bad, first thing tomorrow morning it's gone, I have a buddy coming by to buy the rims and tires off of it, and the interior i sitting in the shop, hopefully i can find someone who wants some MK2 Jetta shit.

Project D-Spec Porsche just about complete

Engine is fully together and mated to a custom Patrick Motorsports 4 Speed Drift Spec transmission

All body panels are on, primed and ready for paint! Out front is a Ruf RT12-R front bumper, attached to the rear is an RSR GT3 Rear bumper. We also modified the original decklid for better air flow to cool the engine bay and attached RSR Cup pedestals under a custom APR Spoiler...

Owners went with a Dark Blue Mica for the paint. After drying and touch ups remaining parts were installed...

SHAKEDOWN TOMORROW!!!

Added 1 hour 53 minutes later:

....Took this thing out to the industrial complex just to make sure everything was working correctly and immediately disliked the way the side brake felt with the foot brake applied. System we were using was a modified "2 circuit" Brembo Caliper. We notified the owners, who in turn notified the driver....annnnddd.....*LONG STORY SHORT* Dual calipers going on tomorrow. Lucky for everyone I still had the mounting brackets from JIC Magic that I was gonna use initially...

Bad news on the convertible: I've done a compression test on the engine and the cylinders 2 and 3 have almost no compression. It's the basic 75HP engine (Car was built in 1984) and I don't think it's worth rebuilding it. I found two potential engines: A brazilian AP20 1.8 litre and a 2.8 litre VR6. Going to check them out.

The expense to keep the garage is too much. I needed money quickly so I entered a drift competition, which had the right prize for me: Money. I entered with the Soarer, but nothing went well. Here's the last picture of it in good condition:

Then, I took a corner, but a tire gave up and popped. The car spun out of control, and CRASH! The car was burning in no time, and my leg was broken for sure.

Here's what my helmet camera recorded:

The next day, after I left the hospital with crutches and burns all over me, I went to my garage to check out how the Soarer was. I was disappointed... A lot...

It was a total wreck. Not only I am broke now, but I also lost the only chance to save me.
With a very heavy heart, I sold the MR-2 and the garage, took the Arosa, put the Z on a trailer, shut the garage's door one last time, and moved to a new, less luxurious garage, which is on the same street too, just in case you're wondering dxg.

One of the drifters in my brother's team has some sort of vehicle junkyard, many drift car & parts. When I went to there today morning to help out with a S15, I saw that S13 in the backyard. I just asked what's up with that car, I wasn't planning to buy it yet. But when I heard the price what he would take for it... I decided to buy it.
It is S13 Coupe, quite modified for a drift car. Tuned 2JZ, custom struts with KSport suspension etc. It's quite a drift missile for me.

I decided to install the VR6 since the convertible will be some sort of a backup car and something to drive in the summertime.

Now I will strip the car to get all the rust off

well i got jealous of you assholes with your drift cars so i joined you bastards :awesome:
i bought a 1984 Toyota Trueno Coupe, it's actually tuned pretty well!, it has a Skunk2 shocks and springs, brembo 4 pot brakes, half a roll cage, some meters and a bucket seat. but the engine is stock except for a open air filter. even the exhaust line is stock.

so sad to see your Soarer that way Facepalm, i was hoping you could teach me somethings on drifting.

At last... Home sweet home...

So I had a small budget of $2,000 left, and I went to the used cars dealer to find something new for me.

(Please ignore the race car on the background.)
I found this Celica GT-4, and it's price was $1,000, so I bought it and towed it home with The Bitch. This will be my new daily, which means The Bitch may become a shop truck thing.

(Coprone has #1234 post. Now THAT is Coprone as hell!)
Here is the Celica at home.

I will put a stock 2JZ in it, and since my leg is broken, I'll convert it to an Automatic too. But first, I have to find the missing parts. Anyone got a random spare spring and a spare shock? And a brake would be nice too... As for body parts, that will come way later.

that would be great Coprone! i went to the track today for some practice but damn, it is a lot harder to drift then i expected.
the fact that i managed to up the power to 180 with new sparkwires, drivebelt, oil filter, cams, crank and a new intake system, lighter clutch and flywheel, but going into a drift is no problem keeping the drift going how ever is difficult as fuck! even with an LSD set to 40%

Ready to go on those high wall tires.

some photographer took this one, one of the few drifts that went really well. This is with my new wheels and tires since the ones i had under them have become slicks :D

and here's a picture of the new intake system

@snowfox what a find! Just keep practicing and you will be holding line in no time. id love to get on track and go door to door in my onevia.

Got my coilovers in today! These are K-sport GT series with koni springs installed, it is a perfect mix of low without too much compromise in spring travel and shock stiffness. the ride is pretty stiff, but not back braking or bouncy. even my girlfriend (who took these pics) said that it didn't ride too bad and she easily gets car sick. Also you may have noticed the unpainted wing. the guys over at Z performance had there in house clearance sale today, so I scooted over their and picked up this beauty in the oem clearance bin. $250 well spent id say. Now just waiting on the turbo kit and exhaust (I got a noise warning for not running exhaust :D ) Here are the pics:

@driftphantom Depends. I don't have any cars apart from an engineless Celica, The Bitch and an Inline 4 Devil Z knockoff. Let's not forget that I can't drive anything with a heavy clutch, which means I have to put lighter clutch pedals on all my cars, except for the Celica, which will be an Automatic.
Oh, forgot to mention, I put the engine from the Celica in the Z.

This is not how it works right?

Added 13 minutes later:

Alright, I managed to source a 2JZ engine, but I'm still missing a spring, a shock and a brake. Anyone got some spares?
