What is up my fellow Vstancer's. While sitting in the jail we all call school. I thought of an idea that I thought would be pretty cool. I am going to take you through my 1-2 week build of this S15 on SLRR. Now this will have some roleplay involved since I could easily build this thing in 30 mins. So I will break this into small bits and post about it everyday. Feel free to ask questions, add suggestions, or even add to the roleplay. Also, post your own builds! Now enough of the boring stuff let's get to the build!
Hello guys, my name is Riley and I will be showing you my ongoing build of a 2000 Nissan Silvia (S15). I recently bought the S15 from my friend, it had been sitting in his garage for about a year when he took the motor and trans from it. I paid about $4500 and had it towed to my garage in Seattle, Washington. The car was in mint condition and even came with the ricer garbage exhaust and piss stain from his cat in the back seat :D. Anyways, that's all for today hopefully in the next week or so i will get the exhaust off and give it a car wash This post was edited by couger389 (2014-09-21 04:26, ago) |

Sick build! You hitting the Evergreen events in this? I saw you were looking for a transmission I have a used OS Giken RB close gear set, you could build a bell housing adapter to fit to any engine. I also have some Dmax custom LED tail lights from a previous build before my 1.5JZ PS13 Silvia! I'm from Bothell but currently in [9 8 4] Japan. Buy my trans! Also if you need tuning I do custom suspension, turbo mapping and alignments. I also deal 326Power and Swift products.

I have some 326Power Chakuriki's with 14/10k springs wide range adjustable 3500-8000nms dampening, ultra low system allows the subframe to bottom out. $1400 + shipping from Japan!
my PS13 on Chakuriki's I still can go another 3" lower but it's undriveable, even now I drag exhaust and oil pan. #crappycellpic Also have custom LCAs with highly adjustable toe rods and rear upper control arms guaranteed to last heavy track days, mine were fine after hitting a dirt barrier at Nikko. If your in search of custom suspension and dampening I could revalve a set for you and give you custom spec linear specific length springs. |

The 326s are widely adjustable and can sit another 6" higher! I am on an 8" drop with relocated control arms hence extreme drop. I also have some Dmax D1 Specs not as aggressive and only 9k/7k so more intended towards performance than slammed cars or extreme track purpose, 15 way adjustable 3800nms-6500 could do custom valving job if interested for an additional $154~ per corner, this includes a shock dyno of the units.

Hey guys, Just bought a BMW 323i Compact off my parents for $15k... I was wondering why it was so expensive, so I asked them to send me pics, but parents are weird, they kept saying "Trust us you'll love it!" but no pics... Strangley enough I trusted them and bought the car. Needless to say, their on a cruise to Hawaii... But once the car got to my house, I realized why it was 15k! This thing is sweet! BUT On just looks alone I would say its a 7k car... Maybe there's something more...
There is! My dad managed to get hold of a BMW M5 V10 and stuff it into the tiny, little 3000 pound car. I'm still wondering how he did it, but I lifted the engine out and turns out, he refabbed the firewall to fit it... sneaky sumbitch, didn't even notice while sitting inside, as in, no serious loss of legroom. He also (for reasons unknown to me) made the rear axle, live and fixed, instead of independent. I got the car onto the jack in my house's garage, and found out the Panhard rod is damn near rusted through! Not safe to drive on, at all, so I'm looking for a new one of those. I hate to say it, but I'm glad I trusted them. This Bimmer is amazing, but I can't REALLY test it out. I got a guy who is the manager at a test track just outside of Valo city, and he gave me a card that gives me an all access pass to the test track (still trying to figure how they can make 16 tons of iron appear out of thin air...) so once I get that rod, I'll use the dyno there, get the car checked out with their mechanic, and run it down the drag strip, and around the ring. Added 33 minutes later: Soo!!! I hopped in my GMC Sierra (Cummins 24v swapped, its awesome) and drove to Autozone, luckily, they had an aftermarket panhard rod, this one is aircraft grade aluminum, (BTW If you don't know what a panhard rod is, here ya go! *LINK* ) so it won't rust! I'm installing it now, shouldn't take more than, oh, 30 minutes. I will post my progress when I am victorious! Added 17 minutes later: Muahahha, got the bugger in, also found a birds nest hidden among the suspension Currently trailering the Bimmer out to the track with the GMC and gonna get her checked out, and ran aound the track! Wish me luck! This post was edited by dxg1997 (2014-09-21 08:06, ago) |

Made it to the track, getting her checked out right now... Hope it goes okay...
Added 12 minutes later: So... uhm... sorta bad news, but mostly good... It checked out okay, no problems, dyno said she has 507 wheel hp, and no traction control... Anyone selling an AWD V10 transmission (#quattro)? on the drag strip the STM was going nuts, but it goes 0-60 in 4.1, full mile at 170 mph. on the loop, I broke the needle off... xD anyone got a high speed gauge for sale? I had a digital one on the dash, that read 210 on the straightaways... what a day, for such an old car, that fucker will move! hauled it home and I'm tired as hell from controlling that thing... I think I'm gonna make it into a drifter over the next few weeks. Good night everyone.... This post was edited by dxg1997 (2014-09-21 08:47, ago) |

I had bought a old Mini Cooper from a friend of mine and it was fully striped and rusted inside and out i paid $400 for it and it had been sitting in my garage for about 6 months now then it hit me like Mike Tyson that the only way was with JDM style mini build the prob was the engine and i had searched for some evrywhere but can't find any then i came across a guy that sold 2Honda motors the K24 and B18 i bought that for $1500 and it was then sent to get overhauled and the head was gasflosed and ported on both and that cost me $3500 for each then i needed to fit that into the mini and as it happend it wasn't that hard since the motors wasn't that big and still it was hard to choose between allmotor or turbocharged it then took a standstill
Gve me ideas.on what to do rims give me some deals |

So, my great uncle just passed away, and he left me his garage (blue painted inside) and his old Jag. Got NO IDEA what to do with it, might make into a car for shows, just Concours de Elegance kinda shit lol. Anyways, currently swapping out the suspension in the Bimmer. Got 4 H&R Clubsport coilovers. and since the old brakes were pretty small for such a big engine, picked up some HUGE crossdrilled Endless' ones (355 mm, 6 piston). The parts costed roughly $2k a corner, and I haven't even ordered the sticky as a mofo pZeros... (BTW the e-Reciept said that all in all, everything costed $7948. I'm glad I got an inheritance! lol)
Pic of the old brakes, pic of new suspension fitted and pics of the Jag coming in the next half hour or so. Added 1 hour 54 minutes later: So, the suspension took longer than anticipated, but it came out well. I like how it sits now, better than before. Also, went and picked up the Jag (Mark 2) from his lockup. The old man was obsessed with speed, so he put a bi-turbo I6 in the damn thing... didn't know he did that till I looked at it. crazy old man... other than that, the cars in mint condition, and since it was in his lockup for the last 50 years, (although that means the engine wasn't actually driven on, so I'm just going off what they said to me) it only has 10k miles... thats not bad for such an old car. Added 1 hour 13 minutes later: So went to the dealership, and they have 2 cars I REALLY want. With the last of the inheritance, I can afford one, unless I borrow 5k from someone. (Please?) They are...... a 2014 Nissan GT-R Black Edition, and an EXTREMELY Limited Edition 2014 SRT Viper SRT-10. EXTREMELY because there's only 20 built with that paint scheme! PLEASE CAN I BORROW MONEY??? Well ill join here with something special at least i think.
Its my Drifter, he is ugly, scratched, damaged and faaaaarrr from being a Showcar cause i drive him like a car is meant to be driven, Sideways. On one of the Last Drift Events on the Horsethief Mile i somehow managed to get an Amateur Sponsorship by K&N these Guys are pretty nice but they want me to change my Car. It was born a E36 318ti but well the Engine was compeltly reworked and some parts are even Handmade cause i couldn find anything fitting for my build. I bought the whole car for 800$ from a guy on Craigslist and well i started taking it apart the same day. This is one Of the "Handmade" Parts i just bought it from a wrecked Spoon Civic. One of the best things about my Sponsor the Handmade Sportmaxx 16" i got they are one of a kind and specificly made for my E36 Interior is stock, well whats left of it, fitted a single Sparco Seat and got a Cheap Rollcage from a wrecked E36 M3 And now the best Thing about my Drift Whore the Engine its basicly the Block of the 1.8i but with 0.9 ccm more Custom Built Pistons, Header from some Jap Car i dont remeber which one, Imported Dual Webbers (oh how i love them) and Cams from Brasil a small Company Named D-Speed made them and im in Love with them. I still got to hit the Dyno but i think the Power is somewhere around 300 HP. Well hope you also like my rough edged, dirty, damaged Drifter cya guys around. |

There hasn't been any updates on the S15 at all... (@above love the sig with the Ej6 falling out). Anywho, I caved and got the GT-R, and picked up a time attack body kit for it (holy shit was that expensive) and decided, if I can wion the next Road America race, I can afford the Viper as well... So, I asked the dealer to hide the Viper, and headed off to the races, with only minor tuning to the engine. Started stock at 600 hp, I turned up the turbos, and swapped out the old tires and rims for some stronger, lighter rims and Pirelli pZeros. Changed the pistons and conrods out, and made the engine run ondiesel oil. Now, the dino says it has 901 hp. That should be good for the race... currently latching the car down onto the trailer behind the GMC and getting ready to make the 900 mile hike to the track... Wish me luck! (btw still haven't moved my stuff over to the new garage...)

Wow, has it been a long week. Their is good and bad news, I will start off with the bad. On tuesday I was on my way back from dropping my girlfriend off at her house I decided to stop by the garage and check on the S15. Everything was fine and I went to lock up when two guys rushed in with glocks. They told me to throw them the keys or they would shoot me. Being the dumbass I am I listened not knowing that the guns were fake, a third guy backed a flatbed in and loaded up my S15 and a customers 2JZ swapped cressida. They took off and it was too dark to get a plate number. I called the cops and knowing I supplied some of the nicest parts for the street racers and drifters in the city, they didn't do shit to help me. Luckily, a previous customer of mine was selling his E30. He ended up giving it to me for free when he heard I got robbed, it made a terrible day a bit better. He dropped it off and it was a cool little stanced E30 but I didn't think much of it until I popped the hood, I couldn't believe it. He had swapped in a S54B32 from a E46 M3 with a G-Power intake/kompressor (supercharger) kit! Now I knew this thing had pontential. I took it out for a drive and this thing LOVED to slide. Unfortunately with further research I figured out the piston rings were going. So I had two options, salvage the top end and rebuild the bottom half or sell the whole thing and swap in an M54B30. Here is where I need your guys help, I can't decide.

Sadly this Engine is far from perfect it just cant handle the power long term i also thought about putting that engine in my Drift Whore but youd have to swap parts on a daily basis so id do a complete engine Swap.

*update* Made it to the track and ran in the race. I came second, which means I have enough to get the Viper.
@couger dude, that really sucks. I got 2 older Mercs, a w109 and a w126, take your pick man, I need the space. Both are in really good condition, I'll include pics too. Both have under 30k miles. The w126 has a BluTech 5 "Ecodiesel" and the w109 has a supercharged v6. Added 8 minutes later: Whichever you don't want, I'm gonna trade it for something I'm gonna make into a drift missile. Prolly a 2011 Subi Wagon Added 1 minute later: ALSO, deXXter, you can use my dyno if your near the garage This post was edited by dxg1997 (2014-09-29 00:18, ago) |
