I'd like to know, how to make my shocks "softer" as they're adjustable. Should be rebound factor or bound damping be higher or lower?

Lower. The higher the factor, the stiffer they are.

check my revolutionary physics, there are sources in it, you'll what's changed, it's much softer than stock
