Doing that is a good example how to start doing something in 3ds Max, or any 3d modelling program.

The stupid error occurs only in Max 5. Max 5.1 seems to work fine. Unless you have really weird PC.

Don't worry, I won't :p
Those versions you posted would be enough (full chrome, full paintable, chrome lip / paintable center). Or else just do one out of those three.

^ Definitely. Wheels look nice otherwise.

KeeJay I don't know if anyone else asked for this or even wants this but for the TE37s would it be possible to make the volk labels paintable? trying to build a Chaser that's kind of for breast cancer awareness i guess. I'm using the adjustable TE37s but I don't want the whole rim to be pink. I love your work, it's amazing.

I think you can change the label's colour in the texture files.

I have no idea how to do that and don't you have to have photoshop to change the textures? I also don't have photoshop. I'd love to learn how but the lack of photoshop is a problem lol. Unless..... can you use paint.net to change textures?

@TheUnhandyCivic - Well, to edit labels you'll need any photo editor that supports .png files and alpha channels. Dunno about Paint.net, but GIMP and PS will do for sure.

@TheUnhandyCivic - Nope. GIMP is free.

Compomotive ML (the logo is poop, I need to find some better one)

O.Z. Ruote (a.k.a. the Countach rim) (actually, I don't know exact name of that, but that was what the badge on FM texture wes saying)

I know it's a bit wrong section of the forum, but I don't feel that I need to make another workshop for SA projects.

So, well...
This is RWD P30 - a fictional Le Mans prototype that is featured in Project C.A.R.S. I'm converting it to San Andreas.

Things done:
✔ Basic 3D model editing (like f.ex.: doors)
✔ Physics (or collisions, as they are named in .dff file - they need some fixing tho)
✔ Materials
✔ Lights/light glows (but the rear on-ground one!)

Things left to do:
✘ Proper pivot for doors (they aren't like in normal car, they open in like 15°)
✘ Data lines (handling and other properties)
✘ Fix rear lights (look at the glow on asphalt behind car)
✘ Do some paintjob-ready body mapping (stock pC.A.R.S. lodX models have somehow broken body mapping - it looks like made for some small carbon texture, not full-body paintjob)

Only one pic, because I'm not good at making pictures, and SA doesn't let me put resolution bigger than 1440x900

NOTE: NO SLRR mod was used in making this modification.

New front bumper for NSX. The lip will be detachable.

It's all about that extra cm of lip depth.

Is the tire at an existing mood of some sort?

Uh, guys, I feel really bad to say it, but I gave up on NSX. Yeah. I've started it four times, and yet, I've failed. Good thing is that guys from Showcase are working on first-gen NSX to, so you'll probably get one.

BUT I've started another project. I let you guess what car is this.

Also, I've managed to do doorsills by myself! :doge:

1. Looks pretty mean.
2. It's coupe.
3. It's done in same syndicate as the car that Han doesn't let Sean roll in.
