"Only one preset" stopped being true recently. Check this out: *LINK*

You can now have up to six different designs of US plates, up to four EU plates, up to four AU plates, up to two DE plates, and up to two UK plates.

Added 1 hour 13 minutes later:

CALLmeSCOOBY and Jdm_Racer should have plates delivered now.

HomerHarbi, ThatBoostedGuy, Driftphantom and NX_ZuZu should have plates delivered.

Also, the Illinois template is now done. North Carolina is still on the back burner (because "zomg tiny details" - it looks more convoluted than the Nova Scotia plate, which took me several hours itself).

Put this in the trunk CFG, under all the other slots:
slot 0.000 -0.015 0.210	0.000 -0.040 0.000	16	; Registration
attach 0x0004D326 1
attach 0x0004D331 1
You may have to the position, though, to get it to work.

Same with this in the front bumper:
slot 0.000 0.050 -0.210	3.142 0.175 0.000	5	; Registration
attach 0x0004D326 1
attach 0x0004D331 1

You may have to wait for a bit. Minnesota isn't one I have made. (That said, it looks easier to do than North Carolina, so, you probably won't have to wait as long.)
