Hey everyone!

I live in Osaka, just up the road from my good friend Lewis. I'm a huge Nissan S Chassis/R chassis and Toyota JZX/GX/MX fan. I work at an office, basic 9-5 job, gets me through the day. Usually out terrorizing Osaka streets at night, or running some touge with my team Cooldown late into the night.
Everytime I buy a new car, I'll add it to the list on this post.

Love the 240s man, we should get together sometime and drift around. Also if you do start and import/tuning shop let me know. I would love to help you guys out.

Thanks guys. The 240 has been my baby for a long time now. It's sitting in the garage right now, awaiting surgery while Lewis, Liam and I discuss our plans for our street drift team.

Well tonight I decided to go and put donw $6000 for my friend's very well built 1995 Nissan Silvia S14 K's.

- Full Navan kit (bumper, skirts, rear valances)

-Lowered on Fortune Auto coilovers (stock spring rates)

-17x9.5j +25 AVS Model 6 rears

-17x9j +35 (with a 20mm spacer) Gramlight 57D fronts

-A few slaps on the rear window

The best part about this car?

1JZ-GTE swap. 1JZ's and 2JZ's have long been my favorite motor and as much as I like a well sorted blacktop SR, I will always have my heart set on a 1J. Basic upgrades on this-

-Trust TD06 single turbo conversion
-Blitz Type CS front mount intercooler
-650cc Deustchwerks injectors
-HKS SSQV blowoff valve
-Turbosmart boost controller
-Apexi Power FC ECU
-HKS oil cooler
-Koyorad radiator

I love this car to bits. The DMV has hooked me up with a plate, so this thing is fully road legal.

Cool stuff! That looks like a pretty well rounded car. How much work did it take to get the 1JZ in?

@ Pinter we do both, we like to spend days at Nikko or Bihoku and run the hell out of our cars with many others, but when track days aren't available to us we head up into the hills or hit the streets for a good and fully legal drift session :)) You could say we are like Project D, but we don't really have a support team behind us, but we just want to have fun and develop our driving skills.

@Harrison Thanks! So far the S14 has held up very well for daily duty - glad the previous owner opted for a proper two way differential and not a welded one. He told me it wasn't too hard - custom mounts were ordered from Touge Factory and it is all managed by an Apexi Power FC ECU. Swap took just over three months, and the guy has photos documenting the swap so I know he didn't cut corners.

@JdmSly I take the RMS13 out when I'm feeling ballsy (it's got no insurance on it), but I've already taken this S14 out for a shred. Feels very balanced, the FSR0530 gear ratios are perfect for the 1J.

How expensive would it be to fly the Levin and some spare parts over?

Mmm, shipping the car over would be a bit pricey. I'll look into pricing for you.

Lewis came over today and we peeled off the graphics (sad, but I have a new goal for this car). Looks so much cleaner, which is exactly what I'm going for. I sold him my Garsons so he came to take them off my hands. I then fitted my favorite set of wheels, my 18x9.5/18x10 SSR Agle Minervas.

Going to attempt to get this road legal, gotta pass the shaken (inspection). We then pulled the motor out and painted the front half of my subframe purple in loving memory of Naoki Nakamura's Team Burst S13 which died in a fire a few months ago.

2JZ is going to get a bit of a refresh, but first I have to raise it back up to stock height, get it ready for the inspection, and then fine tune my suspension setup as there is a lot of potential in these 326power coilovers.

I'm kind of glad I never slammed my cars, lol - I mean, the R33 is pretty low and the Supra was too, especially for static suspension, and I sometimes have to take the lip off of the 33 to get it to clear worse bumps.

Aw come on Harrison, style for miles ;) Nah don't do it. Ruins your life.

I did several things to the 240SX today. Applied the window banner that Lewis hooked me up with, along with the UKATEN sticker he gave me. Then I mounted a set of AVS Model 5's that I've had for a while on the front, because I can't decide which set of wheels I love more.

I applied a bunch of my drift slaps that I had lying around my room on the car. I also purchased a BN Sports rear bumper for $300 off Lewis as well, and have it fitted up. I pulled my Kouki tails out and put them up for sale as well.

(I took the plate off the S14 and completely legally mounted it here so I could go out for a quick drive and take these photos. Surprised I didn't get pulled over for the lack of tailights.

Those blue valve covers looked good, though - let people know you had a VVT-i engine.

Actually, the pink is pretty sweet.

I'm personally torn over what I'd want to do if it was my car, but, I have to say it looks good!

Marcus, I'm seriously considering moving to Japan. It looks like some crazy stuff is going on car wise, and I want in! Though, if I came to Japan, I would need a somewhere to stay until I could find my own place.

I'm currently looking into pricing on shipping the Levin! See you soon, maybe! I would have to leave the Mazda here for now, because I want to have some cash left to touge-ify the Levin. I could probably come back and get the Mazda once I get an income. What do you think?
