Welp, inspected the suspension on the G8. Arms and brakes are fine, fuck the shocks and springs need to be replaced. As for the engine, I sent that to be rebuilt by somebody who has the patience and tools for that. Should be back in about a week. So, while I wait for that I decided to dust off my old Miata and finally finish it.

This is what it look like when I got it.

And here is it's current status.

I plan on replacing the hideous tan interior with black, and maybe grabbing a body kit too. I will be swapping a rotary into it, and will redo the suspension as well. I might also repaint it.

# DeXXter : Kenji i got a Set of Spacers and
some 17" AC Schnitzer Wheels if youd be interested.

Thanks for the offer man! How much are they though? Because although I could use another set of wheels, current tyres on the car still have a lot of meat left in it. And of course also because I just shelled out 2 grands so I'm pretty short on cash right now. If the price is reasonable and you can deliver it to North Valo City, I might be interested.

Wheels and engine parts arrived:

I decided on the colour, painted it red.

Decided to take it for a spin and go buy some taillights and a spoiler.

Finally got them. Car is finished for now. I still haven't got interior carpets.

Parts for Corolla will arrive soon this day, so expect some progress on it.
Also, I don't live in Valo City, I live somewhere far from Valo City.

So, started working on the Legacy today... On my birthday. I love just burying myself in a car and forgetting about the problems of the world. First things first, that front bumper had to come off, so I removed it!

Then I gave the car a bath..

Then removed the wheels to look at the brakes. They were WORN OUT and had to be replaced. The suspension was shot too.

Then pulled off the hood to get a look at the engine... I basically sent that off to get rebuilt

Totally stripped the car and found out the rear, under the seats, had rusted out, so added some sheet metal to my shopping list for later...

I took the GMC cuz I could carry the most in it, and I needed ALOT of stuff, and some pink coupe wanted to race me. I had the injectors turned up today and once the turbo had spooled up, he had no chance...

I also picked up a rally hood and a rollcage. I test fitted the two, then removed them and set them in the corner

Installed the suspension and removed hood (kept rollbar cuz its hard to remove) and installed the suspension. Full set of Bilstein Rally shocks and springs, with 330 mm cross drilled rotors and 6 piston Brembo calips.

Got the engine back and it looks sweet!! Also fitted the rims, which look SWEETER!

Painted the mismatched parts and fitted the exhaust tip, brake light, and Thule Roof Rack.

I have a feeling that this will be my daily for quite some time...

I'm afraid I have to pass it up :( I just pick up another car (dammit! impulse buy!), so I don't have enough cash left right now.

It's a Golf! And that's all there is to say about it currently in terms of modification. This thing is exactly like it came out of the factory in 1988, it still got the basic 1.8 litre 90hp engine. This car features several GDPO works everywhere, but most of them aren't serious or expensive to fix. The only real problem is that the electrics randomly cuts out, but I reckon it's just the alternator that is the problem, and I can fix that myself.

The body work might look good in the picture, but it's actually not that good, the interior is also rather dusty and cracked in places, along with the engine that cuts out randomly. But I got this for only 800$! I have a plan for it after I fix the alternator, I think I'm going to turn it into a cheap track/autocross car, it's a good platform for that, sorta like my old Corolla was before I sold it, but maybe I'll just flip it for quick cash. We'll see!

No Prob, BUT the Golf isn't Stock those are Rally Golf Headlight (pretty rare though)
but im pretty sure this car had an accident somewhere in it's life and the Front got changed,
pop the Hood and check the Original Screws if its all Original those on the Quaterpanels should be painted with the
Rest of the Car.

And some very Bad News
i've been to the Horse Thief Mile today
and got abit of Air in the 3rd Corner
long Story short the Rare Axle broke.

Now there is a big Question, Rebuild it, sell it or try to save the good parts and buy a new one.
Rebuild would be a waste of Money cause after all its still a Drift whore
Selling it would break my heart
and also the last option wouldnt be that good.

Help me Guys.

@DeXXter: It's actually just the US spec headlights (same as the Jetta). ;) Although you're right that this is not an original grille, it's white and not the same colour as the car, not really noticeable though and I probably will not repaint it.

Hello friends, tragic news :(
Maybe you've seen me around Valo City, but a little while ago my Integra was crashed into and totaled. Someone cut across traffic and crashed right into me. Here's the aftermath.

Anyone want to buy some purple Brembos? :D :D

So after a couple weeks with a rental, I managed to snag this clean '95 Impreza 2.5RS. The previous owner even put on an STi bumper. :D

And after a week of driving it I picked up some new shoes :D 17x11. Now I'm going to need to get some over fenders.

Here comes my subaru build on a photographer's budget.
Plans:
Coilovers + Alignment
Rebuild top end
Overfenders
Straight pipe + HKS exhaust
Aero Mods
and much more than I originally plan for :D
Wish me luck.

Hey guys, I just got a Toyota Starlet that is in pretty rough shape:

It's a RHD which is rare here in Germany. Yes it is rusty and it has no engine but it will be one hell of a sleeper when I am done with it. :D A friend of mine called me and asked if I could use a rotary engine without the turbo. I asked if it would run and he said: "I think so". After a second of thinking I asked: "Could it be converted to be N/A?" - "Why do you want to convert that thing?" - "I want to put it in my Starlet." - "You got to be kidding me!" I mean a N/A rotary is still better than that 65HP engine, right?
I'll drop by his place tomorrow to pick up the engine and tranny.

I got the old live rear axle from my Bimmer before it got stolen. You can have it for free, its in really good condition, short gears, and a brand new panhard rod. I got a bunch of spare parts for a BMW Compact that I can drop off if you want them. spacers, rims, tires, axle, of course, and an extra front bumper... I can get you pics if you want.

ah, shit, I can fix that stuff. I'm good with reinforcing and repairing chassis on vehicles. The Subi had NOTHING there, now its near mint condition. If you bring the Bimmer over to my shop, or I can pick it up with my trailer, I can get that repaired no problem. I'm a fellow Bimmer lover so I'll do it for free man. Sup guys, its been a while! I finally finished my 22B!

I rebuilt the engine, got a bigger turbo and a race transmission. Took it for a test drive and its awesome! I dont plan to track it much since its my new daily driver. Wife was mad that I was carrying parts on the Audi so I need to go look for another truck now :(

Anyway my friend now has the Mini, no updates on it BUT he didnt have money to pay for it so i got one of his old wrecks in exchange. A Volkswagen Corrado!

I have plans for this already, Im searching for a VR6 or maybe an ABA 2.0 to slap a Ladder Supercharger I have lying around on it. Well see what I do with it. (I love VW's SO Im going to enjoy this one.)

@above I know a guy who is selling a '95 Silverado with a supercharged V8. I rode in it and, boy, is it nice. he wants 7k for I think, and its got 140k miles.

Added 26 minutes later:

So, I got this dragster from the junkyard today. It's got a Powerstroke V8 Turbo in it, and I got it for 6.5 grand. Im gonna try to make it an 8 second car, right now it runs high 9's.

Also waiting for a call back on a mint EJ6 that I want to make into a track toy, one that'll compete with the GTR. Meanwhile, I'm gonna try to make the Viper into a Viper Hellcat (oh yeah....)

Added 16 minutes later:

So, did a total overhaul of the viper, and I gotta say, it looks pretty sick...

I've decided to call it the Hellsnake. Twin superchargers, custom headlights and rims, custom Sparco seats and rollcage... I quite like it. Gonna take it to the track tomarrow instead of the GTR. Dyno said the power leaped from 502 to 801.
First was repaint

Second was rims, brakes, seats and rollcage.

Then lights and rear panel.

Added 47 minutes later:

Got the call about the EJ6 and I'm goin to pick it up. It's olive green, mint condition, and has a mint engine... Why couldn't it be cinnimon?!

Added 4 minutes later:

Good car!

Got to work on the 2.5 :D
Cut the fenders up and threw on these bad boys

Over fenders are done.

+ huge 3inch blast pipe

So now what? My fenders are cut and my car needs to get to paint. May as well buy some aero :P

Rear diffuser goes hard.
I also did a photoshoot earlier with my homie's VIP Chaser. Thing is tucking 21 inch Asanti rims all the way around.

Stay tuned for more, still not sure what colour I'm gonna paint the Subaru.

Will do more photos when he's running more camber :D B)

Well...i guess the answer is always Miata...right?
I bought a used, beat to shit first gen.

It didn't have reverse, so we had to leave it right there while we strip it

after a few days i got it striped, primed, new suspension, and an LS swapped in.

Then i thought...My Elco has a roll cage in it, so if i need something to haul around transmissions, and possibly engine blocks.

I got all the body parts a few day later, i was too exited to take pictures while i was putting parts on, and i got it assembled just in time for paint, so no before pictures. But i think the final outcome is worth it.

It turned out more race car, so who knows if i'll use it to haul parts..I may just get a truck for that shit.
Tomarrow i'm rebuilding the Elco's engine, maybe even get new wheels and extra parts for it.

He has a fairly beat up one that he was using for parts. Now he just drifts it :D
I can swing by and get some pictures of it if you want, I'm pretty sure he's interested in selling it.

Went by his shop to grab some photos. Car doesn't run, engine is blown. Body has 92,854KM on it. Body is straight however some pieces aren't. Fresh tires on 19 inch rims, though he'll throw in some matching BBS wheels for the rears. Racing seat and woodgrain Momo wheel.
$3000 OBO, I'll give you the location if anyone's interested :D

Looks like I have a new project car.
