I would get a tube(50+ sides), get it a little thicker than that space, and boolean it to make it less squared off, but that's just me, and it's probably the worst way to do something like that

wtf 12 hours xD i remember that the bigest time i was waiting for a render was about 4 hours at a lfs skin render(not in 3ds max)...other than that, i love the scene

Answer's easy, you like it? if so no matter if it is rice or whatever, remember that if any poor mortal had made a wide fiesta mk5/6 everyone would have called it rice, but since someone did it for ken block it instantly belonged to superdupermegakewlcars.
The good thing about 3ds max modeling is that it allows you to make real whatever idea you have in mind(in this case make a race-ish yaris), some of them might seriously be stupid(i also made a toyota aygo long about 35m with 9 rear wheels, 4 seats and 3/4th of the lenght in pickup bed, that's definitely stupid, i wouldnt even say ricer on this either because no ricer would ever have the money to do it. xD What i mean is, dont care about what others will think of it and so means dont think inside the schemes everyone pretends/use to have, think with your mind and "heart", give your real opinion about your own feels. |

Wasn't saying I didn't like it; it's the widebody part that gets me.
The arches just seem way out there and the way they abruptly end would be fine if they weren't that far out but they are that far out Two ways of doing the widebody in my eyes. Shrink the current track width and arches back; OR do a proper quarter extension by pulling the stock arches and bumpers out. |
