Long time no see パノポ彙

Well , it´s been a while since i´ve posted anything on the forums ... I was just busy with life but now i´m back here and better than ever !

ER34 tiem !!! 益韻悪

I´m jumping right to the ER34 since nothing has changed on the RPS13´s or the PS13. HOWEVER , my ER34 and JZA80 went through a pretty big changes since the last time , Starting off with the ER34 !

As you guys now , not that long ago i´ve bought a 2001 Series 2 Nissan Skyline ER34 GT25T with quite a brave choice of exterior mods , to be exact , BNR34 Quarter panels , BNR34 rear bumper , sideskirts , spoiler and bunch more little BNR34 things and other than that what you guys dont know , a full respray of the car during the BNR34 rear quarterpanel conversion . Some of you might or might not know that ER34 skylines were not sold in this kind of deep red , to be exact Cinnabar red - OEM BNR34 RB26DETT engine cover color . But what was the OEM color of my ER34 Skyline ? Well , the previous Owner bought his Series 2 2001 Nissan Skyline ER34 GT25T in a really rare color for the ER34 chassis , Bayside blue ! Yap , Bayside blue ER34 from the factory . But , why am i saying all of this to you guys ? Well , for the past month or two i´ve been transforming my ER34 exterior into factory like look , that means full respray back to Bayside blue and full GTT bodykit WITH the BNR34 rear quarterpanels ! This thought came into my mind when i was looking at the auctions and saw white ER34 that was getting parted out and decided to cop the whole rear end and the sideskirts . And what about that BNR34 seat ? Well , not only i was working on the exterior , i was also working on the engine ( but that´s for later ) and since i´m running a littlebit more HP , 380hp to be exact , i´ve needed a better driver seat and when i saw this BNR34 seat for sale at my Local UP Garage , i´ve immediately bought it !

After almost 2 weeks of waiting for the
chassis and few days of putting everything
back into its place , here´s the " finished " product !

Not only the car looks much better back in the oem color , it´s A LOT more
faster and more responsive than it was before !

OK so what have i done to the engine exactly ? Well , take a look !
TOMEI Solid Lifters
TOMEI Valve Springs
TOMEI PROcams 260 10.25mm for intake and exhaust
TOMEI Cam Pulleys
TOMEI Shims
TRUST GREDDY FULL TURBO KIT TD06SH 25G
JUN Oil Pump
ACL Bearings
Spool RB25 NEO Conrods and CP forged pistons
550cc Nissan R34 RB25 Neo Top Feed Injectors
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
Apexi PFC
Brand new wastegate
Greddy oilcooler kit
ER34 Exedy Clutch kit

The respray back to the OEM color and the engine rebuild were done but something was still missing . Something like uuuuuuuuhhhh , slamming it on the ground on some cool wheels ? Well , YES !
I´ve decided to drop the car way down on a brand new set of Tein Street Basis Z coilovers on the lowest setting and to top it off all , i´ve bought a set of used Nismo LMGT4´s wrapped in some off brand tires ( that i´m gonna change soon to something else because i´m not trying to kill myself ) . Even tho the tires are almost bald , the car finally looks solid ! Hey AJ , slammed ER34 meet when ???

SHE´S TUCKING GUYS !!!!

I´ve decided to split this update into 2 parts because it´s 2 much , next time i´m gonna talk about the JZA80 transformation H I H E

Shirts tucked in? More like wheels tucked in! With that kind of fitment the fronts may not be able to turn full lock but whatever :P And yeah, the classic paintjob for R34s never disappoints!

Wheels tucking as always H I H E . Actually , there´s still plenty of suspension travel and clearance for the wheel ! However , the rear rubs just a littlebit but as i´ve said , i´m gonna roll the fuck out of the rear fenders for sure ! IKR ? Bayside blue is just beautiful !

Well , hello there ! It´s been a while since i´ve been here on the forums ( once again ) . However this time a lot of stuff has changed . The amount of cars i owned was a littlebit 2 much even for me and i was starting to run out of money to even maintain that amount of cars . So , i´ve decided to sell some cars that are either
A.) 2 clean to modify
B.) Lack of inspiration

As you guys remember , the last time i was hear i´ve said that JZA80 is gonna go through a huge transformation . Well , i´ve decided to keep the car as it is and try to sell it as it is , quite stock , more like OEM+ . At the end of the day it´s a pretty low milage RZ Chassis with few tasty mods . So , yeah , the JZA80 is currently up for sale so if anyone wants a almost bone stock JZA80 RZ ( Twin turbo manual ) Supra , hit me up so we can talk about the price!
Next on the list is my PS13 - i´ve decided to sell this car too simply because i´ve ran out of ideas ( but mostly money lmao ) and sold it to a S-chassis collector from Tokyo for 10 000V$ as well as my Midnight purple RPS13 for 15 000V$ !

Fast forward to last week .....
After i sold 2 of my cars , i´ve finally had a littlebit more money , enough to maintain all my other cars and my builds + some spare cash for a littlebit of fun , the perfect time to move onto another project .

2 weeks ago i was driving back home from the work something caught my eye , a sligtly tuned White ECR33 parked at the car lot for sale . You may or may not know about my obsession with white cars but what you dont know is my obsession with R33 chassis and ever since i saw an R33 Skyline for the first time , i´ve been craving for a clean ECR33 chassis , so I left my contact information card behind the back windshield wiper , hopped into my ER34 and bounced home .
2 days went by , 3 , 4 and still no signs of communication from the R33 owner . Just as when i was losing all my hope in actually buying the car , i got a call from an unknown number at 8 in the morning on Sunday that turned out to be THE OWNER of the ECR33 . After few days of being out of town ,when he came back , he saw a card behind the rear wiper and decided to hit me up to ask me i´m still interested in buying the Skyline !
Through a short talk on phone we both agreed on meeting up at 4PM at the local gas station to check out the ECR33 !

i´ve decided to walk to the gas station since it wasn´t that FAR away from my home but mainly with intentions to come back home in a brand new car ! After a 15 minute walk i finally arrived at the gas station and saw her again after almost a whole week in her full glory :-X ( i still can´t get over the rear end of the R33 , it looks so fucking geeewwwddd)

And what´s so special about this ECR33 except for the fact that it´s in my fav color ? Well , the quite large aftermarket part list . The car sits on Tein Street basis Z coilovers , sporting a STF custom modified knuckles & LCA's , Nismo 2 Way LSD and a full greddy turbokit pushing 350hp To the rear wheels AND the list goes on and on . Other than the tasty little "drift ready" mods the car have a quite low mileage on the clock - 78 xxx.xxx KM ! THAT´S insane !

However , It´s def not the cleanest car in the world tho . The rear bumper is cracked , there are few scuffs on the paint , few rockchips but other than that , no rust whatsoever !

The interior is quite nice tho ! Few wear spots here and there but other than that pretty clean and i really dig the old school sparco wheel !

After the car inspection and a little test drive we started talking about the price . Few numbers were flying around until we agreed on the final price , 14 000V$ .A quite Solid ECR33 with some tasteful mods + quite low mileage for only 14 000V$ ? We shook hands , he gave me the keys and all the papers of the car , i gave him the money , exchanged contact information , social media and drove off back home !

And that´s how i finally got my dream car ! I´ve ordered some moar aftermarket parts ( especially for the suspension and wheel department H I H E ) so expect some updates in the next few weeks !

Finances:

Series 2 1997 Nissan Skyline ECR33 GTS-25T - 14 000V$

52 083.6V$ - 14 000V$ = 38 083.6V$

Weekly paycheck 4x - 3 740V$
1994 Nissan Silvia PS13 - 10 000V$
1998 Nissan 180SX Type-X - 15 000V$

38 083.6V$ + 3 740V$ + 10 000V§ + 15 000V$ = 66 823.6V$

Purchase at Art of Wheels - V$3400

66 823.6V$ - 3 400V$ = 63 423.6V$

A bit pricier than I expected but it’s in pristine condition and the low milage!

Great find and I’d eager to see what you can come up with :)

Yap , it´s a littlebit pricier for a ECR33 but as you´ve said it´s an pristine condition ( almost ) vehicle with low milage and quite a big amount of aftermarket parts H I HE .

Jumping on the bandwagon but putting my spin on it as usual lmao . Yeah , i´ll miss the PS13 too , not gonna lie it was a pretty good car ! As for the JZA80 i´m still not sure if i´ll sell her on not , i would love to keep her and tune her but my wallet would bleed to death lmao .

New parts time !!! 栄ッ欧羽

Few weeks went by and i´m finally back to report on everything that happened in the last couple of weeks so here we go !

As i´ve hinted previously , the ECR33 got some new parts . To be exact the ECR33 now sits on a set of brand new wheels and coilovers ! This was def a very pricy upgrade but totally worth the money ! The almost stock ride height wasn´t just doing IT for me but now i´m really happy with the way my car sits at the moment ! For the wheel choice i´ve decided to go with classics , 18×10.0 +39mm 5×114.3 RAYS VOLK Racing TE37 in Hyper Silver . As for the coilovers , i´ve turned around to my friends at the forums for a little little help for choosing the right coilovers and we came to the conclusion that the best option for a low setup on a ECR33 are 326POWER Chakuriki coilovers ! Again , def not the cheapest option on the market but probably the best one !

The install itself wasn´t as complicated as i thought it would be and everything went quite smoothly during the coilover install . However , i´ve had to roll out the fenders a littlebit because i´ve had a little problem with rubbing but that´s all sorted out now !

After the install i went on a little photoshoot at the docks ...

Yap this is it chief .

I Also bought a Used Nismo catback exhaust from a local ECR33 owner for 320 bucks , pretty cheap for a Nismo part imo.
Speaking of Nismo , i´ve ordered some bits from Nismo not only for my ECR33 but also for my ER34 , thanks to Muza !

Speaking of ER34...

As i was ordering the Hyper Silver TE37´s i´ve also ordered another set of TE37 - 18x9.5 Magnesium Blue TE37´s specially for my ER34 . Man , not gonna lie i love the Nismo LMGT4´s but something about Mag Blue TE´s on a Bayside blue ER34 is really special ! But boy oh boy that´s not it !
I also got a Uras roof spoiler ,no-name brand headlight eyelids ,HKS Catback exhaust, BNR34 GT-R sidemirrors (which are for sale for cash or exchange for ganadors)Mines plates and a Vertex 10 Star blue steering wheel from a local UpGarage !

I also stole the R-Style seats from my RPS13 .

Little detail of freshly rolled out rear fenders and new fitment

And Georgia The Premium time !

But now for the showstopper , the 180SX V2.5 !

Let me give you a little backstory . Few months ago i had a pretty big crash at Meihan with 180SX where the left rear quarter panel and almost the whole rear end got destroyed . After the inspection of the damage i´ve had a choice to either buy a brand new quarterpanel OR go with wider rear fenders to cover the (now somehow straightened ) fucked up quarter panel .As you guys know , i went with the second option , D-Max Type III rear overfenders and D-Max Type III front fenders to compliment the D-max Type III hood i already had . However, The front fenders were not flowing with the rest of the car as i was expecting to and after a few days of looking through the internet finding a new aftermarket front fenders that would flow well with the oem Type-X aero , i decided to went back to stock metal front fenders .But here´s a little catch . The new wheel setup i´ve had planned was 2 big for the OEM fenders . Thankfully i came up with a solution .I´ve cutted the whole front fenders into pieces and created a custom wider fenders from the OEM RPS13 front fenders . Not gonna lie , this was the hardest shit i have ever done in my entire life but it was worth it !

However the exterior is not the only thing that has changed since the last time . The interior went through quite a big change too ! As i´ve said earlier , i took the R-Style brides from this car and installed them into my ER34 skyline so i was forced to buy a new set of seats for my S-chassis .
Thankfully my good friend Mika was selling his " old " seats from his Silvia - Bride Zeta III driver seat with R-Style Seatbelts and Bride Brix I for the passenger for pretty cheap .

But now onto moar interesting stuff , full Bride interior conversion - looks fucking sick but was expensive as fuck , Defi Gauge , BLITZ Manometer , Apexi FC commander , Vertex 10 Star in red and a Vertex shifter .

As for the Suspension i´ve switched to Yashio Factory HKS coilovers with S.w.i.f.t. springs . I think it´s time to switch things up and experiment with coilover setups . Having Tein Coilovers on all of my cars is really overplayed at this point .

For the brakes i have decided to switch to BNR34 front and rear brakes with Endless pads because the old BBK setup was 2 powerful for this amount of horsepower .

Speaking of horsepower , ENGINE ! As you guys know , i´ve swapped in a S15 Notchtop SR20DET inside my RPS13 - pretty reliable setup but some things here and there needed to be changed . So what have i done ? Went to the S-chassis god himself , Owner of Yashio Factory , Okachan and got myself a R35 Plugs and R35 airflow meter !

Finances:

R35 GT-R Spark plugs - 96V$
R35 GT-R Airflow meter - 87.19V$

Together : 8 574.48V$

63 423.6V$ - 5 474V$ - 4 511,74V$ - 8 574.48V$ = 44 863.38V$

Weekly paycheck 2X - 1 880V$

Architecture plans from the last month - 7 200V$

44 863.38V$ + 1 880V$ + 7 200V$ = 53 943.38V$

Dreams come true ヾ右英

Well , fuck . Yep , i´ve a proud GT-R Owner now , yep i bought ,actually traded
for one of my cars , another R33 but this time a BCNR33!

As i´ve said , i haven´t bought this car . I actually traded it , wait for it .... for my JZA80. YAP ! I traded my Twin Turbo JZA80 for THIS ! Few days ago overheard a friend of mine talking about a local older gentleman who was into 90´s sportscars , was trading his BCNR33 for a something a littlebit different but still from the same category . I hit him up and after a small talk through the phone i offered him mine ´96 JZA80 for his ´96 BCNR33 .
- What are the specs and what has been done to the car ?
Me : It´s a Original ´96 Zenki JZA80 RZ , 2JZ-GTE non-VVTi , 72 000KM , manual . It already had these upgrades when i got it :
HKS cams
TRD diff
Greddy transmission cooler
Upgraded twin turbos
Greddy twin turbo air filter
TRD oil filter
BLiTZ oil cooler
PBM Front and back arms
Tein Street Basis Z coilovers
Gramlights 57Xtreme wheels wrapped in Toyo Proxes R888´s
Sparco Steering wheel
Kouki Recaro driver seat

2 owners including myself .

- Sounds pretty good , i´ll take it . Meet up tomorrow at 12PM at Yokohama docks ?
Me: - Yep , that´ll work , See you tomorrow then !

*The next day*
Tuesday 08/20

After a long drive from Gunma to Yokohama docks i finally arrived . Just as i was approaching him i noticed the BCNR33 . God , it looked even better than in the photos ! We talked about the cars and specs for a littlebit AGAIN . Then we took both of the cars for a little test drive around the docks and boy oh boy , the BCNR33 is such a fun car !
Long story short , he LOVED the JZA80 and we both agreed on trading the cars . We exchanged the keys , shook hands , exchanged phone number for future communication and we both drove off .

*Fast forward few days later to yesterday*

Well , let´s do a little overhaul of the car shall we ? !

It´s a 1996 Series 2 " Base " Model so no V-spec just a normal S2 BCNR33 , almost 100%
stock for some engine mods here and there , 67 xxx.xxx Km´s on the clock confirmed

The interior have a littlebit of wear here and there , for example on the steering wheel
or the seats from daily driving but overall it´s a pretty clean interior . It´s crazy to me that the car is almost untouched ,
even the interior ! Stock shifter , stock seats , stock everything !

The exterior of the car have some rock chips on the front bumper from being a daily but other than that the exterior is
pretty spotless with no rust whatsoever ! At the end of the day this car was used as a daily so i´m not even
surprised about the rock chips on the front bumper , might need a simple respray but for now it´s nothing crazy .

Detail of the GT-R logo :-X

And what are the plans ? Well , as you guys know R33 is my favorite car of all time and i always dreamed of having a BCNR33 GT-R in my garage so i´m gonna build this car for myself , slowly but very precisely with attention to functionality .My plan is to build the ultimate BCNR33 of my dreams and beat the crap out of it on the track once in a while .

And thats it ! That´s the story of how i got myself my absolute dream car !
Also yep , the ER34 got some new goodies here and there but thats for another update H I H E . See you next time !

Stoked to see what you'll make that car to look and perform like :D If you want to avoid rock chips later on i suggest you use a clear vinyl it works like a charm ;)

Yamp , such a clean car ( except for the front bumper lmao ) . Every single car that is not a garage lady is gonna get some scratches / dents on the body so yeah . Well , you´ll see H I H E . Oh actually i´ve been thinking about putting a clear bra on the front , that might eliminate rock chips . ;)

BCNR33 Things にびぃ

And we´re back with another update ! This time all about my brand new car , BCNR33 !
As i´ve said in my last update, the BCNR33 is my dream car / absolute dream build and i´m def gonna make it look AND perform just how i always wanted :-X

Starting off with couple of small things but def noticable - OEM + Treatment !
Don´t get me wrong , the BCNR33 is my fav car EVER , BUT .... i hate the stock ride height , it just looks like a
hideous monster truck , but it also rides like a B O A T . So i´ve bought a set of HKS Hipermax IV Coilovers to lower the ride height just
a littlebit but mainly to improve the handling characteristics of the GT-R .

BUT WAIT , THERE´S MORE !

Starting off at the back of the car , Nismo Catback exhaust to improve the sound but also
get a littlebit more HP out of the well known RB26DETT !

moving onto the sides , more suspension upgrades ?!

I´ve always been a big fan of the R33 stockies but few days ago , when i saw a BCNR33 with capless BNR34 stockies i fell in love with how it looked ! There´s just something special about the BNR34 stockies on a BCNR33 that i can´t explain , So aggressive , yet still OEM and elegant .That day I told myself i must have em and hunt for em began . Luckily i found a set of BNR34
Stockies 18×9 Offset 30 5×114.3 , for a pretty reasonable price pretty easily .

The wheels were wrapped in some old bald Michelin Pilots - something that is def not safe for driving on the street at all
let alone on the track ! Thankfully my uncle had some slightly used Toyo Proxes in his shop that i´ve bought from him for dirt cheap .

Moving on onto the engine bay ... freshly repainted headcover
and brand new Apexi airfilters !

For some reason the previous owner someday decided to paintmatch the headcover of the engine to the color of the car - silver , which looked in fact , pretty disgustingly ugly . Painting the headcover itself was a pain in the ass . First , sand down the whole headcover properly to remove the old paint and prepare the surface for a fresh coat of paint and then carefully paint the headcover black , but it was 100% worth it !

After i installed all of the parts , i took some pics of this beauty + did a little
tour around my uncle´s shop so enjoy :-X

Starting off , Suki´s 600HP Midnight purple II BNR34 sitting on gorgeous CE28SL´s - such a beast !

Moving on onto 2 almost 100% stock BNR34´s . 2002 V-spec II Black Pearl BNR34 currently available for sale

And my uncle´s brand new Whip , 2000 V-spec BNR34 :-X

Finances:

HKS Hipermax IV Coilovers - 2 500V$
Nismo Catback exhaust - 400V$
BNR34 Stockies + tires - 1 100V$
Apexi Power Air intakes - 269.99V$
Black paint - 20V$

Everything together - 4 289.99V$

53 943.38V$ - 4 289.99V$ = 49 653.39‬V$

Weekly paycheck - 940V$

49 653.39V$ + 940V$ = 50 593.39V$

Skyline fam right there! The black V spec is so mint and original, could fetch over 100k with the right buyer! HKS coils were a good choice for yours, you get great handling and looks together with the R34 wheels! However i'd keep the center caps on, since, y'know, it's a legit GTR. That reminds me of my Mark 2 which also has R34 wheels, but contrary to your R33 the caps don't really belong there, i should probably get them off. :P

Yup ! Apparently he finally found a buyer for the car from the US . HOWEVER the car is gonna stay here in Japan because the GTR is UGHM , still not legal in the US ughm .

Actually i´m planning to put the center caps back on the wheels , i also think that the wheels look much better on the BCNR33 with caps on !

Epic GT-R Transformation ごをノ

For the past few weeks ( 2 weeks to be exact ) I´ve been working NON-STOP on my BCNR33 GTR ,
so ..... let´s see what has been done to the BCNR33 shall we ?

Yup , that´s right! The BCNR33 got a little exterior refresh with some
OEM Series 3 and V-spec aero ! With all of these parts , the exterior is finally getting together and it just looks lovely :-X

After a week of waiting , the second half of the parts for the BCNR33 finally came , some for the exterior ,
few others for the suspension and brakes ;) -

BCNR33 N1 Hood lip

BNR34 Brembo Brakes

I also decided to paintmatch the Series 3 lip to the body to tide up the exterior a littlebit more .

A N D

Full Nismo Circuit Link Pro Setup , that means - Tension Rod Set Pro
and also Rear Upper Link Set Pro ( which i have yet to install on the car , for now , i´m just collecting suspension components )
.
.
.

Right after the brake install , it was time to test out the car during a
little completely legal Wangan run :))))))))

Not only it looks good but it also
drives amazingly ! :-X

And where the car is right now you may ask ? Well , currently it´s sitting on jack
stands in my Uncles Shop waiting for suspension upgrades and possibly power upgrades (?)

But that´s for next time H I H E

Finances:
BCNR34 parts - 1 420V$

50 593.39V$ - 1 420V$ = 49 173.39V$

Weekly Paycheck 2x - 1 880V$

Office work + Architecture design for the past months and a half - 15 200V$

49 173.39V$ + 1 880V$ + 15 200V$ = 66 253.39V$

Told ya the wheels will be better with the center caps! Front lip looks cool too now that it's matched to the paintjob. It could really use a little lower side skirts though!
