I didn't realize you've wrapped the Ichigo's spoiler in carbon now, that looks savage af! And now the hood has been painted to match the overall aesthetic aswell! :D

PS13 looking quite promising, I expect a masterclas build as usual. Good luck man! :D

S15 Chronicles

Welp, sad to say the T7Rs were shortlived. I got in touch with an S15 dude through Konami, my buddy who's also an S15 dude. Aaaaand well things happened and I talked him into getting T7Rs, he then offered to buy my T7Rs. I said aight, and eventually a deal was made, closing the sale at V$2,500.

Back at R-Style again for a change of wheels.

Also finally got my hood paint matched! V$220 including materials and labor.

After that I was on my way to Shibuya to meet up with said S15 dude, Koshiyama.

A few days later he sent me some pictures of the car with the wheels installed and it looked S E X.

And that was the end of that.

S13 Chronicles

I guess you guys thought I forgot about this car, haha nope.

Ordered full C-West Aero and a D-Max Hood from Nengun Performance for V$1750 shipped. Test fit before paint!

And SPEAKING OF TEST FITS, I scored one of my favorite wheels ever. Advan AVS Model 5s, 17x9.5 +35 front and 17x10 +40, wrapped in some Nankang NS-20s, Fronts are 235/40/17 and rears are 245/40/17. All for a mere price of V$850 from Croooober. STEAL!!

Hey your S15 actually still has T7Rs, just with 1 spoke less lol. It's good to see some progress on that S13 too! So many of them being on the forums, i almost forgot you have one. AVS 6s are definitely great wheels for it but i'm not sure about that front bumper, i think it counters the coupe's boxy shape too much. Would be a good choice for your other S13 though!

S13 CHRONICLES (Yes I removed the P)

Let's R E W I N D

I know I've been calling it a PS13, but now I'm finally changing the title to what it really is. A LONG while back, Muzahid (Niatross) found it abandoned down a narrow street, with no information on it except that it was a project car gone bust. Since then he has modified it, brought it back to life, and turned it into a solid drift car base.

Juggling between this and his other vehicles at the time, (A Zenki S14, a Kouki Z33, and an ES Civic), he was able to get it back together, with a mighty S14 SR20DET powerplant, force-fed via a GReddy TD06SH-25G turbo, with bits like a custom top mount manifold, custom piping for a GReddy FMIC, GReddy oil catch can, and a Koyo radiator. Topped off with optional order of a 3.5inch straight pipe. On the outside, it was kitted with an aero package from Works 9 Japan, Weds Kranze Cerberus IIs, and a fancy livery courtesy of Benny's Motorworks.

Marc (Macaron_moon), our renowned ballsy and aggressive test driver, put the car to the test with his skills and it held up well!

But a (literal) banger occurred and piston number 4 went kaput. Marc took over in hopes of restoring it but as he could barely finish his own CZ4A (a monster in the making), he had to let it go. And so it sat like that for a LONG WHILE, looking as depressed as it could ever look.

Like I've previously said, this car has never left the Kami-Sama team, and in the name of tradition, I (we) intend to keep it that way. And so, I am now the one who assumes custody of this car. I found out at the DMV that it's a 1990 Nissan Silvia J's (Chassis Code: S13, Factory Engine: CA18DE)!

I have since sold off the demolished Works 9 aero, removed the livery for a cleaner look, to be replaced eventually with a newer design. I also traded front ends with Muzahid's 200SX, he went Sileighty, while I went Onevia.

Engine wise, I salvaged the internals off of Yuan (BigSmoke's) old S15, an automatic SR20DE, as the piston bores were the same despite being higher comp, those were the perfect internals to swap over in order to resurrect this S13. And resurrect the S13 it did.

Now, a final round-up to the last of the upgrades building up to this reveal:

- HCR32 Skyline GTS-t 5 Lug Hubs (45,000 JPY - V$450)(Yahoo! Auctions Japan)

- PROJECT MU FORGED SPORTS 4PISTONS X 4PADS KIT - 355 FRONT (285,574 JPY - V$2,855)(RHDJapan)

- PROJECT MU FORGED SPORTS 4PISTONS X 4PADS SIDE-B KIT - 345 REAR (288,320 JPY) - V$2,883)(RHDJapan)

- C-WEST DRFT FULL AERO (15,550 JPY - V$1,550)(Nengun Performance)

- D-MAX Type III VENTED HOOD (20,000 JPY - V$200)(Nengun Performance)

-- Advan AVS Model 5 17x9.5 +35 Front
-- Advan AVS Model 5 17x10 +40 Rear
-- Nankang NS-20 235/40/17 Front
-- Nankang NS-20 245/40/17 Rear
-- (85,000 JPY - V$850)(Croooober)

- Livery and Sticker Tune (15,000 JPY - V$150)(R-Style)

- Vertex 5 Star Steering Wheel (65,000 JPY - V$650)(UP Garage)

- Thrash Racing Seats Street Spec α Carbon Backing, Real Red Upholstery (V$875/pc = V$1,750/2pcs)(Thrash Racing)

= TOTAL: V$11,338

AND NOW, THE REVEAL

. (13 DOTS BECAUSE S13 YES EPIC)

At this point, this car REALLY is for keeps now.

Just 2 days after finishing the car up, it went in for its first proper shakedown at Setonaikai Circuit, imagine driving all the way there from Tokyo, and it not breaking down, not even once! But GODDAMN this car needs some A/C HAHAHA. If anyone has some HVAC components for an S13 hit me up!

(Also before you say anything about the 240SX badging in the back, since Onevias were sold by Nissan in the US as 240SX Coupes, I figured, why not give this JDM Silvia a touch of 'MURICA)

~ M A C H I N E ~ C H E C K ~

Everything seemed to be in order, oil was good, coolant still full, fluids topped up, so I closed the hood and did a final rundown.

When everything was gucci I waited for my turn to shakedown, then IT WAS ON.

Grabbed my Vertex Wheel while sitting on my Thrash Racing Seat, and SET OFF!

First few rounds I was taking it slow.

But as I grew more confident about the track and my car, I started to absolutely

SEND IT.

`~ N O I S E B O M B ~`

~ H E A V Y " F O O T ~
~ E M P T Y " H E A D ~

AAAAAAA MAXIMUM YEETAGE = MAXIMUM ENJOYMENT, THE WHOLE DAY

And after resting at the pits, right before heading home, I took a couple of celebratory success photos,

EPIC SHAKEDOWN MISSION PASSED!

A couple of hours later, and here we are at home.

Parked right beside my RS13U.

Speaking of RS13U! (FINAL RS13U CHRONICLES)

It is now time to say GOODBYE to the 200SX, my good buddy Jorge (Ward) is coming down to pick it up this week, he's owned numerous S13s in the past, including a very nice KPower Styled one! I'm sure he'll do this car justice, and for a settled price of V$6,000, it's a win win for both of us. (Okay maybe I lost out on the deal but HEY, trust a nigga and his process, S U P P O R T !)

O N E . L A S T . R I D E .

Thanks for tuning into tonight's update, more (hopefully the last redundant) updates on the Ichigo coming soon!! :D

Finances:
V$18,148.35 + V$1,125 (Weekly Paycheck 1x) + V$6,600 (Accounting and Law Services Payment Received) - V$11,338 = V$14,535.35

Onevia turned out so nice! It's come a long way, i kinda missed it after Marc hooned the hell out of it lol, now it's finally back in action. I really like that subtle flame on the side, kinda like what i did on my Chevelle. Wheels and stance are on point too, the wing and front bumper were also a good choice but it could really use an aftermarket rear bumper, or at least a lip. Or did you keep the stock one not to scrape it too much while drifting? :P And i'm glad the 200SX went in good hands, Ward has modded many different S chassis but he'll probably keep this one OEM :)

S15 Chronicles

OKAY. No more S15 spam updates with new wheels. This is the last. THIS IS FINAL NOW

Went on another (hopefully the last because I keep on bothering Ren lmao) trip to R-Style to get the wheels I ordered from RAYS. EPIC SUMMER SALE came up, snagged a WHOLE set for cheap, specs as follows:

- RAYS Volk Racing ZE40 Magnesium Blue (330,000 JPY - V$3,300)(RAYS Wheels Japan - Garage Power - R-Style)
- Front 18x9.5 +22, Rear 18x10 +35

- Toyo Proxes 4 Plus (50,000 JPY - V$500)(Toyo Tire Japan Co., Ltd.)
- Front 225/40/18, Rear 245/40/18

= V$3,800

Final departure from Lennart's shop, thanks for everything buddy.

On the way home I decided to stop at Shibuya, have some early dinner Sushi, and then take some pictures.

SUSHI IS EPIC

PHOTOSHOOT

May have done a few drifts around the city HAHAH epic Tokyo Drift moment

Stopped again to finish off my photoshoot.

Then I was on my way home, perfect as it was just starting to get dark

FINALLY HOME!

GRB Chronicles

So last time you saw the vehicle it looked like this

THEN:

- RAYS Gram Lights 57C6 Wheels (V$0)(Taken from Project Ichigo (S15))
- 18x9.5 +38mm Front, 18x9.5 +25mm Rear

- KUMHO ECSTA PS31 Tires (V$0)(Taken from Project Ichigo (S15))
- 235/40ZR18 all around, Tread Wear 260

- OEM GRB Front Bumper + Chargespeed BottomLine Type-1 Grille and Carbon Fiber Lip (V$630)(UP Garage)

= V$630

Put the S15's 57C6 on this and I must say they do look pretty damn good, aggressive but still not too wild, complement that with a used bumper with Chargespeed goodies I found at an UP Garage, and you're fucking GOLDEN.

Had a bit of difficulty rolling the arches, but HEY it was all worth it because it does not rub AT ALL.

Phone pic from work

AND FINALLY

S14 CHRONICLES

Last time you guys saw THIS vehicle, it was like this

- Unknown Tires
- Front 225/45/18, Rear 255/35/18

- Tomei PONCam Type-N Camshaft Set NA SR20DE (V$342)(FRSport)

- Injector type: OEM Fitment
- Harness: Standard OEM
- Throttle position sensor: Standard OEM

- Nardi Torino Deep Corn Steering Wheels (V$240)(eBay Japan)

= V$5,822

And NOW it looks like this

REALLY really satisfied with how everything turned out, each part complimented the other, and so the whole look is tied together by each and every detail.
Power delivery has improved TENFOLD, you can tell the engine can breathe much better now, and the sounds it makes, beefy idle and a glorious trumpet orchestra AAAAAAAAAA

DOCKS PHOTOSHOOT

WHOOPS MY FOOT SLIPPED

Aaaaaand final stop for some coffee before heading home.

I DID also buy some TE37s to juggle between depending on the vibe, went to Drift Matsuri yesterday with awesome buds like, Yuan (BigSmoke), Muzahid (Niatross), Ziga (Lagano), Seong Joon (Soju), Lee (11000rpm), Lennart (R-Style), Ymani (Turbotuned), and many other cool niggas so stay tuned for the coverage! But yeah anyway I slapped the TE37s on for that event just for that F L E X H I H E

Finances:
V$14,535.35 + V$1,125 (Weekly Paycheck 1x) + V$12,500 (Court Case Resolved and Diminished, Accounting and Law Services Payment Received - V$3,800 - V$630 - V$5,822 = V$17,908.35
