# Sleepin mOnkey : s15's looking fresh af

Thanks!

Added 1 minute later:

# 11000rpm : Two s15 masters in one place!! Niatross gonna do another sweet makeover again for sure!

I am not the S15 master, MARCUS IS OK, and YES I'M QUITE SURE MUZAHID FINNA DO THE S14 BIG JUSTICE

Added 1 minute later:

# BigSmoke : *breathe in as hard as I could*

OOOOOOOOHMYGOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD MAXIMUM FANGIRLING TIME AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA :bananajump:
S15 KINGS UNITE!!!!
Also glad the S14 went back to Muza's hands, he couldn't be happier indeed :D

Also this is a painful reminder to finish my own S15....... :morncoffee:

EDIT: Dude had I know you're going to Tsukuba, I'll definitely join as well and ask you to stay in my crib instead. But not only I was actually busy, I was close to fell ill, dang. It's okay though, next time I guess :D

FINISH YOUR S15 ALREADY DAWGGGGG

I'm glad too! Now we can TWIN with his S14, I have a strong intuition that he's going Zenki

Yeah sorry wasn't able to let you know ahead of time! Had to run some registration and law errands at Tsukuba so it was impromptu as well. YES NEXT TIME LEZGO

Added 1 hour 20 minutes later:

HELLO, OLD FRIEND.

Before the US Trip I brought my AP1 S2000 Type V to Type One in Tokyo, Spoon's own tuning garage.

- ENGINE COMPLETE, SPOON F22C 2.2L AP2 (1,242,000 JPY)(V$12,420)
-- Factory Tolerance 2.0g - Spoon Tolerance 0.02g.
-- Displacement - 2200cc
-- Compression ratio - 11.8
-- Adaptation model: AP2-100, AP2-110
-- Engine type:F22C

- F20C (S2000) Sports Injection KIT (290,000 JPY)(V$2,900)
-- Throttle valve size - ø50mm
-- Trumpet size - 88mm

- F20C/F22C (AP1/AP2) TODA "Torquie-kun" Exhaust Manifold (4-2-1 SUS) (145,000 JPY)(V$1,450)
-- Size - <Equal length 4-2-1 + Taper> Ø45mm → Ø50mm → Ø55mm → Taper → Ø60mm

While they were putting everything back together I decided to take some pictures of the other cars around the shop.

First car I'd like to talk about, is this AP1 Mugen S2000.

GORGEOUS car sitting on Bronze Volk Racing CE28Ns.

DJI Mavic 2 Pro saves the day! Here's a basic FK8 Civic Type R on special prototype Spoon Brakes (hence the plain color) and a light tune.

But the thing that REALLY made me go WILD and even EMOTIONAL, was this.

C - R E X

MY VERY FIRST CAR IN JAPAN! GOD I had SO MANY memories in this thing HOLY.

Seems like the owner has been taking care of it. The livery is back on! My fav! It's got a special splitter now, yellow headlight lenses, clear taillights, a CF hood. It's got Recaros on BOTH sides, and it's sitting on some EPIC 16x9 TE37s! I LOVE IT.

Looking BETTER than it was the day I sold it! I see a J's Racing Exhaust too.

MAN oh MAN. I GOTTA GET OUT OF HERE SOMEONE'S CUTTING ONIONS SMH

I left Type One and drove to WestKyo with a BUILT F22C S2000, and with NEWFOUND MEMORIES of my EF8 CR-X. WOW. That was just, BLISS.

Parked the S2000 beside my newly finished S15 for some quick pictorials.

But damn I'm still thinking about that CR-X.

Finances:
V$8,372.34 + V$6,600 (Law Services Payment Received) - V$16,770 = -V$1,797.66

HECK DIGGITY

S15 Things

Shout out to Marcus for telling the whole gang to force me to go low. I finally caved.

JACK: UP!

Wheel are off, time to adjust dem Tein coils

Looks aight I think

Okay yeah I good get used to this look, will have to see how well it drives though.

Audi A5 Things ft. Life

HELLO I HAVE GREAT NEWS! Thanks to the strings I was able to pull inside court, I won a criminal case I've been filing against the dude who scammed me into paying 2,000,000 JPY for a MK7 Golf GTI which actually was not real. At all.

Fired up the daily and let it warm up for a while.

About 15 minutes did it.

Let's GO

H I G H ~ S P E E D

Google Maps says, "You have reached your destination."

Totally legal parking spot, just don't tell anyone.

YEET your boy is no longer in debt B)

AP1 Things ft. AP2 S2000 CR Parts

My AP2 S2000 CR Parts arrived, courtesy of a friend who works at Honda Orange County! Thanks for the hook-up Caloy!

Before you ask, no CR does not mean Comfort Room, but it DOES mean Club Racer, the top trim level for the USDM S2000 back in mid-late 2000s. Revised aero, a better steering ratio, retuned suspension, and stickier tires were offered on this package, OH a sportier exhaust too. I'll try to complete these goodies as we go on with the build, for now we'll settle on the CR aero.

I was also lucky enough to score a set of Mugen Active Gate System Brakes. Sourced from an FD2 Type R, these provide PHENOMENAL cooling and minimal fade even under extremes. Well worth the 300,000 JPY (V$3,000) imo

Oops impulse buying has got me again. ER34 Things S T A R T !

When Franklin called up the Kami-Sama Team about his ER34 Skyline 25GT Turbo he was getting rid of, I just knew I HAD to jump on it. From what he's shown to us, it's pretty solid. From an exterior perspective, it's still got that OEM Active Red in pristine condition, save for some weathering here and there, but very negligible. Body is purely factory, no GT-R body conversions here, that's a bone stock narrow body rear end. Sports the OEM Optional Altia Aero Front Bumper too, as well as an OEM BNR34 Wing. Originally these were supposed to come with mbDesign Felge LV1.2s, but he discovered that they would fit his V35 EXTREMELY well, hence he put these V35 Skyline 350GT stockies on the car. No problem with, he brought the price down to V$9k, and I have lots of wheels that can go on this baby.

Mandatory new purchase gas station pic!

RB25DET NEO with a GReddy Turbo, mounted to a GReddy Turbo Manifold, along with special GReddy Plumbing that redirects the boost into a GReddy Front Mount Intercooler, and into a GReddy Intake Manifold.

Interior mods are nowhere to be found, unless you count the BNR34 badge on the steering wheel as one.

P R I S T I N E

Drives amazingly well! You can tell that it was well taken care of.

Close to home I decided to figure out how good the LSD was.

YES FACTORY VISCOUS LSD WORKS GREAT!

But I NEED to my foot on the pedal if I don't want it to open up mid-drift. Haha yes epic Mustang crowd killer moment except it's a Skyline

R34 owners unite!! Where y'all at!? Also R34 MODS SOON!

Also next update I'll be picking up the GRB, just got word that the Kami-Sama cars are already at the docks, just waiting for customs to clear them

Finances:
-V$1,797.66 + V$20,000 + V$12,000 (Accounting and Law Services Payment Received) - V$3,000 - V$9,000 = V$18,202.34

It's great to see S15 gets more and more upgrades :D

And the ER34 you got from Franklin is in really nice shape, though mine was already GT-R fender converted.

Can't wait to see the R34 meeting some time :)

I'm not sure if the S15 could avoid rubbing after the lowering operation (the front is good, it's the back that I'm a bit worried over), but eh, I trust you to do it properly, you know your stuff ;)

The A5 and S2K getting even more handsome! And with S2K getting proper OEM aero and brake upgrades, does that mean I can expect it to do some track action someday? :D

And heeey congrats for grabbing Franklin's ER34! I see Franklin has kept it pristine and healthy. Enjoy the new ride my man! :D

S14 Things

Super brief update to showcase the C-West Front Lip and OEM Rear Skirt I got. A steal because I got it from a fellow S14 friend who is going Vertex. 60,000 JPY (V$600) for the whole set! His car was the exact shade of white too so I didn't have to get it painted.

PLUS, I just got some license plates done for it.

What's so special about the plates? Well uhhh, THEY LIGHT UP AT NIGHT HELL YE

Finances:
V$18,202.34 - V$600 + V$1,125 (Weekly Paycheck 1x) = V$17,602.34

GRB Things

My GRB STI is here! Picked her up at the pier this morning.

Hmmmm time to start mods?

AP2 Things

Paint-matched the AP2 CR Kit myself with 5,000 JPY (V$50) worth of materials and got it back on. Then I remembered the RGIIs that Muzahid traded in for my R34 wheels. What better way to make use of them than to put em on the S2K?

SUPER SUPER SOLID. Finally my AP1 no longer looks like trash haha. Took it for a spin around Tokyo, I wasn't able to floor it because I still need to break the engine in for 1,800 kms.

P H O T O S H O O T

ER34 Things

I gave in to my cravings to start altering this thing to my liking, so I bought some coilovers. Recommended by the low master Marcus (marcus915), I got some 326Power Chakuriki Coilovers, here's a list of mods I did:

ER34 Chronicles

I lowered the ER34 a bit more because reasons. Although that meant I had to make sure everything was still dialed in properly so I got an alignment right after.

A few days later I decided I just wasn't feeling the color on the Grenade GX-01s, so I got em painted, silver!

Looks MUCH better in my eyes. Here's a running shot of me on a freeway on my way to...

...R-Style to pick up some goodies for the RS13U!

Loading the G00DS UP! :^)

More running shots on the way home! Thanks speed camera! (No I WAS NOT ILLEGALLY SPEEDING)(I WAS LEGALLY SPEEDING)

Aaand here we are back at WestKyo. I popped the hood and let the RB25 cool down for a while, as I unloaded the goods from the trunk.

RS13U Chronicles

I was able to source some goodies from eBay Japan, I had em shipped to my boi Lennart at R-Style for paint matching. Thanks bud!

- OEM Zenki/Chuki 180SX Side Skirts (V$250)

- OEM 180SX Rear Valance (V$180)

OEM Aero Complete!

When that was over with, I had a good night's sleep. The next morning I got my sha ken compliance!

Yes I know, kind of weird to have square-ish Japanese plates on a very rectangular European rear plate area, but hey, 200SX LYF

I then passed by a nearby surplus shop to see that was kicking. AND I FOUND SOME STUFF, to be disclosed in a minute.

AH yes, the beauty of having a hatchback. LOTS of space.

I consolidated the parts I picked up over the weeks and install them part by part:

- S13 Pivot Pop-Up Light Controller (Zilvia)(V$135)

- S13 Nismo Weldina Option Exhaust (Croooober)[V$160 (16,000 JPY)]

- OEM Z32 Front and Rear Hubs with Brakes (Surplus)(V$320)
---- 4 Piston Front Calipers, 280mm Front Rotors, 2 Piston Rear Calipers, 280mm Rear Rotors

-HKS Hipermax III Coilovers (Surplus)(V$200)

- OEM BNR32 Wheels with Advan Neova AD08 Tires [Marcus Lam (marcus915)](V$800)
----16x8 +30mm Front and Rear
----225/50R16 Front and Rear

And now the REVEAL.

RS13U STYLE:UP!

Mandatory 7Eleven Photo

The next day, I kind of felt like doing ER34 things, so I just took a drive.

ER34 PHOTOSHOOT!

Finances:
V$21,418 + V$1,125 (Weekly Paycheck x1) + $2,100 (Law Consultation Service Payment Received) - V$250 - V$180 - V$135 - V$160 - V$320 - V$200 - V$800 = V$22,598.34

More lows for the ER34 and Grenades gives an utterly great result man, lovely fitment. And oh, glad I could be able to hang with you and the boys at R-Style! Let's hang around again sometime shall we

And finally RS13U lives! Those R32 stockies gives a great OEM+ vibes :D

ZC6 Chronicles

As you guys may have realized, the ZC6 has been stock for a LONG LONG while now, being driven without any mods for TOO LONG.

SOOOOO, here's some coverage of the mod process:
- Sticker Tune (Essential/+197hp)

- Yellow Headlight Tint (+197hp)

- Red Taillight Tint (+197hp)

- KSport Circuit Pro Coilovers - V$2,116 - FT86SpeedFactory

- K&N Drop-In Filter - V$53.99 - K&N

- HKS Hi-Power SPEC L Exhaust System - V$823.20 - Vivid Racing

- GRAM LIGHTS 57XTREME 18X9.5 +40 (LUMINOUS YELLOW) - V$1,712.40 - FT86SpeedFactory
-- Includes hub centric rings from 65.1mm to 56.1mm

- DIREZZA DZ102 235/40R18 - V$656 - Tire Rack

- Used Project MU BBK from GDB STI - V$1,700 - UP Garage

-- T O T A L = v$7,061.59

Over the past few months I began to accumulate some stickers to put on the BRZ, so it was only right to put em on after I had reached a substantial amount of stickers.

And as you can see, yellow headlight tint for that RAYS CAR LUK (and improved night visibility I guess)

As you can see here, to go along with the headlight tint, some red taillight tint. And some lows too of course, that is ESSENTIAL.

The coilover install was SUPER straightforward, and so was the K&N Drop In. MAN it feels good to work on brand new cars, so easy to take stuff out and put new ones in.

I then headed to R-Style to meet up with the nigga Lennart and have my wheels, tires, and brakes mounted on. Shout-out to R-Style!

Of course, after DROOLING at STEP:1 of my ZC6, I just HAD to take pics.

THAT SKY THOUGH

V$22,598.34 + V$1,125 (Weekly Paycheck x1) + V$3,700 (Accounting Services Payment Received) - v$7,061.59 = 20,361.75

S15 Chronicles

Last time you saw my S15 it looked like this:

Rocked that look for a while until I got tired of it. Due to the desire of wanting more low, I headed to the newly opened but well reputed R-Style Shop, (HI LENNART).

And for another while it was rocking this stance:

Rear quarterpanels have been arched out (Shout-out to Marcus for helping us out with the bending and hammering), and I got some wider OEM Style +15mm front fenders

BUT IT DIDN'T STOP THERE:
- Car Modify Wonder Glare Lotus FRP Hood - (V$699.99)(Car Modify Wonder)

- Work Emotion T7R - (V$2,000.00)(Work Wheels)
----- F: 18x10.5 +22
----- R: 18x10.5 +12

- Rear Spoiler Painted Black - (V$180)(R-Style)

= TOTAL = V$2,879.99

Now that's over with, it's time for the reveal. Hood has yet to be painted but I kind of like the white blend. We'll see.

OH BOI

YASSSS, MANDATORY 7ELEVEN PIC

Finances:
V$22,598.34 + V$1,125 (Weekly Paycheck x1) - V$2,879.99 = V$20,843.35

SMOL FOLLOW-UP UPDATE

After R-Style I met up with a friend to pick up some parts for the PS13 (which should be finished soon!)

And then I proceeded to sprint back to the shop.

S15 Chronicles

Welp, sad to say the T7Rs were shortlived. I got in touch with an S15 dude through Konami, my buddy who's also an S15 dude. Aaaaand well things happened and I talked him into getting T7Rs, he then offered to buy my T7Rs. I said aight, and eventually a deal was made, closing the sale at V$2,500.

Back at R-Style again for a change of wheels.

Also finally got my hood paint matched! V$220 including materials and labor.

After that I was on my way to Shibuya to meet up with said S15 dude, Koshiyama.

A few days later he sent me some pictures of the car with the wheels installed and it looked S E X.

And that was the end of that.

S13 Chronicles

I guess you guys thought I forgot about this car, haha nope.

Ordered full C-West Aero and a D-Max Hood from Nengun Performance for V$1750 shipped. Test fit before paint!

And SPEAKING OF TEST FITS, I scored one of my favorite wheels ever. Advan AVS Model 5s, 17x9.5 +35 front and 17x10 +40, wrapped in some Nankang NS-20s, Fronts are 235/40/17 and rears are 245/40/17. All for a mere price of V$850 from Croooober. STEAL!!

Finances:
V$20,843.35 + V$1,125 (Weekly Paycheck x1) + V$1,500 (Accounting Services Payment Received) + V$2,500 - V$220 - V$1,750 - V$850 = V$23,148.35
