Hey, i'm Chris 21, from Estonia, moved to Finland when i was little, been living here for over 8 years now and i kinda like it not going to lie. I've been into cars when i was a kid, i remember i used to like civics alot haha but then i really got into the S-chassis and i still to this day i love S-chassis but i also love 3 series bmw's the most favorite ones are the E36 & E30 so i decided to go with the E36 and go from there, thinking about getting a 180 in the future, we'll see how this goes but yeah i scrolled through craigslist and found this beautiful E36 that had a SR20DET swap, which really caught my eye, i was looking for something different and interesting, for sure this one is so i had to get this beauty. It already had spacers and some nice street wheels installed since it was a project of the old owner, i got some big plans for this car, i'm going full drift build on this baby, getting my hands on this thing tomorrow stay tuned.

Definitely getting rid of this window banner haha.

The interior is so damn clean, couldn't believe it, well wasted 5,000$

Good choice for going with ethirtysix man, we need more variety of builds here and it is refreshing to finally see euro cars getting attention they deserve, going to keep an eye open for your build, hoping for some crazy shit, but first please remove that dumb ass laguna lip, they are not supposed to go on such cars haha, good luck!

Got my hands on this baby girl, starting out easy got her new coils and took that window banner off like i mentioned earlier, getting stickers soon.

Removed the old horrible front bumper with the laguna lip and got her a proper M3 Front Bumper with a lip.

And new smoked taillights, didn't like the stock look.

New Bride bucket seat since the original is uncomfortable had to get something, talking about that, picked up a Nardi wheel aswell, love the good old Nardi.

I got big plans for her, getting slowly there, next up i want to pickup some new shoes and put some stickers on i have made, probably a M3 rear bumper also, anyways i need some sleep peace.

Finances
Coilovers - 1,000V$
Ebay Smoked E36 Taillights - 65V$
M3 Front Bumper With a lip - 250V$
Nardi Deep Steering Wheel - 300V$
Bride Zeta Red Bucket Seat - 1,200V$

Total: 2,815V$
Money left: 12,185V$

Thanks! why don't you get one?

Buzzsaw That perfect simple to step do interior, red looking pops. I like Nardi steering wheel that has the red stitch, making bolds well with new seats.

Starting off simple, getting more serious in the next update i'm curious to see everyones opinion about it, yeah i really want to make my own design on the vertex wheel and get that going.

Sleepin mOnkey tastefull littlew mods that make a car great.

Yeah, little things change alot, i got something big coming up made some orders should be delivered tomorrow.

While waiting for my parts to arrive for the E36, decided to do a little internet shopping haha, and i found this interesting PS13 as i wanted to get something cheap and start another project, been wanting a PS13 for a while now so i got it.

Yeah, another SR20DET! came with a Garrett T28 turbo, there's alot of work to do.

The previous owner had it as a missile, i like missiles myself but i'm not going to keep it like this, i think i'm going for a street/drift build with this again, next purchase will be a daily for sure.

As you may have seen already it came with a full cage and a bride bucket seat, which will be replaced along with the steering wheel. What i'm trying to say is that everything will be changed on this car, alot of work needs to be done, bodywork, engine and so on, it has greddy coilovers, seems to be in decent condition, brakes are in horrible condition which needs replacing, probably going to swap the engine but i'm not sure, the engine needs a rebuild but there's a high chance i'm going to do a swap. This project will be a slow one firstly i'll get some new brakes, windshield, bucket seat, headlights and some spacers, engine will come lastly, i don't really know yet, one thin i know is that i want to finish the E36 before i'm starting on this project.

Momo steering wheel, stock dashboard and stripped interior.

I'm happy with the purchase and looking foward for this build

2500V$ was a fair price.

Finances

PS13 LHD - 2500V$

Me too man, for sure, you know i like led bars/headlights, i put them on in my garage, going to just keep them.

# Sleepin mOnkey : s13 is pretty basical just like a lego and sr's are good and realiable if you dont push over 350hp anyway good luck man

Yeah true, sr's are reliable and thanks man.

Alright, my wide body kit from SFLA = (Street Fighter LA) arrived today, i ordered them soon as i bought the E36 spent some time installing the kit and other parts i bought from Ebay Which are M3 Side Mirrors, M3 Rear Bumper, M3 Side Skirts and a custom made BN Style hood i made in the garage for the hotboi look ofcourse.

It has 2 parts more i didn't show, i will install them later. Guys from the shop sent me the SFLA Sticker also, which i installed on the windshield.

Printed out my MAXIMUM STYLE Window banner which i made few months ago, i'm a graphic designer myself so i will be doing a livery for this car after i get it painted, also bought 2 slaps from SHIRTSTUCKEDIN shop and slapped them on along with the URXDS which is a Estonian Automotive Family, does events and such, so they hooked me up with their sticker, representing the E36 Gang.

Also Niatross i saw you mention MAXIMUM STYLE on your E46, it looks dope, if you want the MAXIMUM STYLE Window banner hit me up i'll print you one and send it your way, or if anyone wants the window banner feel free to hmu banner color can be changed to your liking.

I love how the kit sits, fits perfectly almost forgot to mention i got 57D Gram Lights for her, keeping them for sure when i finish this build i'll continue my PS13 need to get this thing painted now and hit the streets.

As some of you may know my style, i'm going full hotboi on both builds.

It looks sooo intense and lit, you can start a forest fire with this! :))
Just kidding man, but yap it's so lit sitting on that kit.

Since I'm not deeply into the drifting and stance scene (I prefer time attack and grip-focused motorsports in general, as you can see from my RP. I do have a drift car though, as a refreshing material), I wonder if SFLA does make kits for other cars as well? They might not be TA kits but they're quite beautiful and well made I should say :D

All in all, keep up modding the E36! I love the fitment on this thing :D

UPDATE

After getting painted and installing the livery, here she finally is after several hours work put into it. My Father has been painting cars for years he does that for his living so he hooked me up with the paint yes it's silver nothing special but i like simple that's what i was going for and livery is designed by me, after it got painted i had to print & cut it and apply it on the car, i'm happy how it turned out i like it, i hope you guys do too haha, i know nobody likes this so called "hotboi" style but this is my style and i love doing this sorry for ruining a E36.

Yes, i had to pick up these sick Led Headlights, Big Smoke you know i had to haha, still have the PS13 led bar tho but i got no use for it.

Sleeping Monkey when you mentioned the chrome wheels, i had to get them, so i got 2 pairs on front Work VSKF'S 17x10
I still have my 2 pairs of Gram Lights, probably putting them on the PS13.

Someone actually put my car as their background, so dope man.

I hit up Vertex asked if it would be possible to get a wheel with my own design, they were actually nice and had no problem with it, so i got this Blue Vertex Street Style Steering Wheel, fits the rest of the car perfectly.
Sold all my old parts, seats, wheels, front/rear bumpers + sideskirts, headlights/taillights, stock m3 steering wheel and removed trims from the doors.
Oh, and got a new wing, i liked the look of the drag style so i went with that, i love this thing man.

Next update will be me ripping this thing on the streets and working on the PS13 since this e36 is pretty much done.

Led Headlights - 250V$
Vertex Street Style Steering Wheel - 425$
M3 Black Front Seats + Backseats + 500$
Headlights $ Taillights + 150$
Stock Rear/Front bumpers + sideskirts 185$
Stock M3 Steering Wheel + 250$
BBS RS8 Wheels - 1,000$
Work VSKF's - 1,000$
Drag Wing - 280$

Wow you already got the livery on?! You nailed the hotboi style for sure! The drag wing is quite a familiar sight on drift cars but i haven't seen it on E36s much, fits really well. I'm not sure about those headlights but hey, it makes the E36 a bit more special! And i feel like the windshield stickers will block your view too much :)) would be better if they're on the right side.

Got rid of the front beaten up fenders same with rear fenders, got brand new OEM fenders on the back, buddy had a stock ps13 bumper for spare picked that up and installed it, got the Type-X valances for cheap too. I'm waiting for some real goodies from japan at the moment should arrive in a few days or so.
bought a new windshiled and ofcourse slapped my MAXIMUM STYLE banner on, if anyone's interested hmu, that's it for now bigger update coming in a few days.

Oh, forgot to mention got spacers, didn't put them on the back yet because i'm waiting for my parts first, then getting some big wheels on the rear and throw on some spacers didn't feel like adding them with the stock wheels, got rid of the drivers door rust.

Slapped my Gram Lights on i had spare from the E36, painted the engine bay.

PS13 OEM Fenders 2x - 265$

One of the best E36s here :) And the PS13 will definitely look hot when it's finished!
