# Lagano : Wow the 200SX's paintjob turned out better than expected! That's one less car to paint for you lol. And the S chassis that did get painted is nice too but i'm not sure if the color was a good choice cause you have 4 red S chassis now! It's also good to see the S2000 slowly getting back to as it was, will that be possible for the Audi too? YAPPP! I need to get rid of my red ones, add some variety haha. Thanks man!! Don't worry, I'm having a BLAST. # BigSmoke : Yahey S14 back in the game and looking gorgeous! I could swear that's a concours-quality job the VS guys has done there. S2K also back in the game, and I could say the AP2 bumper and lip suits the stance setup better You said it! VS guys really do have their magic. Thanks btw! # Niatross : GEWD to see the S2000 back in shape and looking like a car again YASSSS thanks!! I'm glad the S14 I crashed is finally coming along. |

The Land Of OpportunityI've been enjoying the States for a while. The burgers, the pizza, the humidity, Mustangs, Camaros and whatnot. You get your fair share of JDM goodness to, a few R35s, Evos, STIs, BRZs, 86s, S13s, usual stuff. That is why: Here's my baby getting unloaded. This was my anonymous purchase. 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX STI Type S (GRB). EJ207. Has around 48,000km. Well kept. And yes, this was the car I've been driving around. Marc's short-lived daily. She has arrived, and she's ready to be driven! YEET Going around, walking through stores in the US is fun as it can be. But man, driving around in one of your favorite rides? That's another thing. The handling of this thing, the tail happy behavior, the power that feels more like 400hp than 300hp, and each satisfying shift through all 6 quick ratio gears. It's pure bliss. But sometimes, that's just enough. Therefore, in the past few days I've been doing some things at this garage I rented. - Fortune Auto 500 Series Coilovers (V$1,225) - HKS Super Turbo Muffler with Center Pipe (V$1,216) - Work Emotion XT7 18x9.5 +38 (V$900) JOY OF MACHINECan't wait to hoon this thing around town with the boys!Finances: This post was edited by RocketBunnyS13 (2019-04-29 20:29, ago) |

# insolivion : Work emotions look good on every car, that's a fact. That is INDEED a fact. Like Marc said, they're the TE37s of the Work world. REVIVAL but not really smhI just got word from VStanced Garage that my vehicular Audi A5 unit is now finishing up bodywork, getting ready for paint. At this point I think it's time to show you guys my plan for this car. Full RS5 Body Conversion. Set me back V$9,000 for everything including materials and parts. But it was well worth it. With this car making upwards of 320hp (leaning into making actual RS5 power in the latter part of this year), it's time it looked the part. AGGRESSION TIME. MEANWHILE IN FREEDOMLANDIf you haven't dropped by Yuan's (BigSmoke) and Ben's (Phonexius) threads yet, you are TOTALLY missing out. Go and check em out NOW, then come back here. Anyways, we all know how Muzahid's (Niatross) E92 335i came to be (epic day of birth!). But if you check out Muzahid's thread, you'll see that we bought Marc (Macaron_moon) an S197a GT for his troubles. This is pretty much part 2 and part 0 of that. I'll be sharing the backstory behind the purchase and how we got to give it to him. But before that, I put together a quick render of how his car would look in my hands, being the creative kid that I am. M3 bumpers, some nice Brembos, TE37RTs, LCI stuff. Simple, but it works. And the car looks WILD. Anyway, now that's over with, let's delve into the story, shall we? We sort of felt bad for Marc since: 1. We only got him parts for his birthday 2. He was a bit left out on the USA Trip since he had some errands to attend to 3. He's been having some family issues That is why Muzahid and I motioned to get him a car he's always been talking about since his arrival in the States. A crowdkiller. Let's start. First, I stored my GRB inside a secret remote garage. AND then, I rode inside Muzahid's E92, and we were off. We called up the owner, asked if we could take a look at it. Thanks to the traffic and the fact that WE GOT LOST. We arrived, super late. TIME CHECK: 2:40AMWe met up with the owner, an older married dude with a wife and 2 kids. He upgraded to an S550 Mustang so this one had no more use to him. Everything was within our expectations. We were looking at a 2013 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 with around 50,000 miles. It started up smooth as butter and purred like a kitten. I asked if we could take it out for a spin, and we were allowed to do so as long as he was in the back. A few spins out there had me SURE on the purchase. So we bought the car for the final agreed V$18,000 tag price, splitting the amount with each other 50:50. Yeah, I'm gonna take my horse to the old town roadHELLO MARC I ENJOYED YOUR HORSE PONY CAR THING BEFORE YOU DID AND IT WAS EPICI've been driving it for the past few days to get a feel for how it drives, and for what needs to be done. And so far, everything is fine, when you put your foot down it ROARS like a tiger. This thing is WILD. Super fun to drive, smooth power band all the way up to redline, and it's just, BIG MUSCLE. Interior is PERFECTLY new. No chips, just pristine. Shifts are crisp, and everything feels well taken care of. MODIFICATION TIME FOR (NOT MY) CARTE37 Sagas!! Everything else is still stock, Muzahid just wanted to give the car some more FLARE. And that we did. MEETING PLACEOne fine morning, I had Marc convinced we were having a casual breakfast session at the local Burger King. Riding shotgun in my GRB, little did he know he was going to be driving home an actual Mustang H U E . And so we arrived at the place. Muzahid was already there, with Yuan riding shotgun. I parked next to him and then we started eating. After a stomach-fulfilling breakfast, we proceeded to our usual conversation and small talk, until we heard Ben's LOUD R35 making some noice outside. We rushed outside and we saw Ben parking his car, with Lagano, who rode shotgun, guiding him so that he wouldn't scrape his new rear diffuser. Marc was admiring at all, but what really caught his eye was the Mustang. Admiring the car up close, Muzahid went ahead, and did the honors of taking the keys from the owner who was kind enough to drive it to Burger King for us, and he gave it to Marc. Something along the lines of Marc saying, "FUCK, I really want a Mustang, something that would be unique in Japan, and I've always had a soft sport for American Muscle." TO which Muzahid replied, "Well, look no further my dude," as he literally hands Marc the keys. Marc was like NO FUCKING WAY and he was still in SHOCK HAHAHAHAHA. After a mere 4 minutes of taking it all in, he screamed so loud everyone within the Burger King premises looked at him!! HAHAHAHA he was jumping up and down and cheering. And as they say in the books, the rest is history. After the mini-meet and the photoshoot, we all went home HAPPY as BEANS. We couldn't thank the owner enough for the car and his hospitality. Enjoy the rest of the pictures, and thank you for reading! There's a drift day we went to as well, make sure to keep your eyes peeled on Lagano's Thread for the coverage coming real soon. BOI the Audi looks so savage now!
The only way to to it off would be giving it the Euro V8 Series kit instead.....which might not be streetlegal anyway Also that Mustang is so, so gorgeous sitting on TE37 Saga, I hope Marc would enjoy it so much! And uh, probably we could add another horse to the stable...... H I H E |

Still gotta cover that drift day!! # BigSmoke : BOI the Audi looks so savage now! OOOOOOOOO WHAT ARE YOU PLANNING # 11000rpm : Seeing the render of niat toss Niatross' e92, seems its gonna be one hella build just like my e36 RIGHT RIGHT! MUZAHID MODS NOW. Also niat toss being BIG EPIC # Lagano : Oh so the A5 lives on! With all the RS5 stuff you could also chuck a V8 in there haha. And that Mustang you guys found is just awesome, you basically made Marc do the same thing that Muza did just a few days ago. It does! RS5 things coming SOON. HMMMM I don't know if I wanna go traditional V8 just yet but we shall SEE. HAHAH It really do be like dat Added 25 minutes later: LET'S DO DRIFT CAR THINGS! (Mini-update)After getting the Mustang, Marc (Macaron_moon) had a talk with me about the drift day. He was gonna drift the Mustang, I was gonna, well, try to do Ken Block things in the GRB STI and Muzahid (Niatross) was gonna drift his 335i. But like everything in the world, things never really go as planned. Marc pushed for the decision to get Muzahid a drift car to hoon in the USA! It'll also get shipped to Japan right after the drift day so all of us can do fun things to it/with it. Onto the goods!! What better car to give to Muzahid than his DREAM. An FD3S. What's on your screen right now is a 1993 Mazda RX-7 base. Original Montego Blue Pearl Paint. All the stock aero bits, save for a custom front bumper from some Jap-American called Aki Kimura. Apparently he was famous in like 2007 or something. Mileage as it sits is 111,467 miles. Interior is PRISTINE, also RHD converted!! With all genuine JDM FD3S parts. Tasteful mods included JDM FD3S Spirit-R Seats, and a Nardi Torino steering wheel. At 111,000 miles, you really shouldn't expect the factory 13B-REW to still be in the bay. The owner gave up on the oil pump failure and apex seal madness, as well as the dead turbos and swapped it some of that good American Pony Power. That in the bay is a Chevrolet LS2 Engine out of a totaled C6 Corvette. With 6.0L of pure American displacement (no replacement!), this thing makes a healthy 400hp and 400lb-ft. Other upgrades are Endless BBKs, Work Emotion T7Rs, HKS Hipermax Coilovers, a custom rear diffuser, and an HKS Twin Titanium Tip Muffler. With the settled price of V$8,000. The car was ours. The owner really wasn't looking to earn any money, he just wanted the car to go to a good owner who will treat it right. Safe to say, he doesn't have to worry. On the way to the agreed Burger King meeting place Muzahid, Marc, and I agreed upon, I started to get a good impression of this car. It makes A LOT of power, a bit front heavy, but still handles very much like an RX-7. The sound this engine makes though, pure MUSCLE. It ROARS, much louder than Marc's S197a, and it's SCARY AF. HAHAHAHAH I LUV IT. I was the early bird at the meeting place, but they then arrived a bit after and... Well, you're gonna have to wait for Marc and Muzahid's update to find out what happened next. Welp, thanks for reading!! Finances: This post was edited by RocketBunnyS13 (2019-05-07 00:50, ago) |

THIS IS BAD
THIS IS NOT GOOD WHY DID YOU DO THIS TO ME NO STOP THS DELET POST NOW But in all seriousness, im glad we finally have a team car we can all switch seats and thrash on (not exactly what i would have had in mind but okay). And the fact that i dislike the car so much means i'll have NO RAGRETS thrashing it ALL OVER EVERYWHERE (btw not my fault if the LS2 "catastrophically" fails) aaaaaanyways, i DO NOT KNOW IF I SHOULD BE SAYING THIS but THANKS ig. it might not be the most pleasant surprise, but it still is VERY MUCH a surprise and i still will cherish it as far as i can |

BACK TO REALITYAs of this writing I am on a plane that's nearing Narita, Japan, I left Saturday morning. Here's a quick rundown and montage of the small things I did before leaving The Land of Opportunity. Also, in order to get some clear context, you might wanna check out the threads of: - Phonexius (Benny) - Lagano (Ziga) - BigSmoke (Yuan) - Niatross (Muzahid) - Macaron_moon (Marc) - Soju (SJ) - 11000rpm (Lee) In order to get a wider grasp of what we did in the US, because they're also the ones I went to the US with. Anyway, onto the update!! I didn't want the LS FD3S to leave the US looking like trash, so I went ahead and posted a help post on the local RX-7 owner's club. Eventually I met a girl who's WAY into RX-7s, along with her boyfriend who has developed connections with a well-known shop, Mazdatrix. I met up with the couple one night, at a local Costco, and WEW, their RX-7 just had me in awe. The moment they said, they were going to PROMISE to make it just as rad as their FD3S, I was sold. The morning after the drift day, I left the car at their shop for the full Mazdatrix Treatment. - Paint Correction - Exterior and Interior Detailing - Wash and Wax - EUROU Front Bumper - EUROU Front Lip - RE Amemiya AD D-2 Side Skirts - OEM Rear Mud Guards - Mazdaspeed Rear Spoiler - Carbon Fiber Headlight Cover, Left Side Standard, Right Side Vented - Volk Racing CE28SL, Front: 18x9.5 +22, Rear: 18x10.5 +12 - Michelin Pilot Sport 4S, Front: 225/40/18, Rear: 245/40/18 = TOTAL after parts trade-in: V$4,150 They gave me a timeframe of 3 weeks to finish the car, but they called me up saying it was done in just 17 days! Almost a week ahead of schedule. I was so excited to pick it up. And, man they DID NOT DISAPPOINTWhen you're walking towards the car you just can't HELP but take teaser pics. F U L L . G L O R YAfter settling the bill, I was nothing but grateful for their hospitality, and they were reciprocally grateful for my business. With all of us happy, I left Mazdatrix. And that's that for now. Next! OOFLast last Saturday (May 11, 2019) was when we were supposed bring our cars to the pier for shipping to Japan. Thing is, I was too pacified by the FD3S that I totally forgot, and so the Friday before, I went home at like 5am, not remembering I had to get up at 7:30am to drop the cars off with Muzahid. So yeah, it's 9am, 7 missed calls from Muzahid. I call him up, absolutely SCREAMS at me saying he was already at the pier and his car was already being loaded. You probably already know what happened after that, but here's what I did anyway. I put the phone down, RAN to the bathroom, took a shower, brushed my teeth, freshened myself up and all that, I was out of the apartment in 20 minutes. After which I literally gave my Ringlandy boi its all. After some reckless (almost illegal but not quite, hehe sorry LAPD) driving, I arrived at the pier. BUT WAITThe dude told they weren't loading any cars today which meant that I WAS AT THE WRONG PIER OH GOD OH FUCK. RUN FOREST RUNNow, having actually used Google Maps this time around, I arrived at the pier, for real this time. Met up with the Muzahid human, got the papers and documents sorted out, and soon my car was in the container ready to ship. It was QUITE an exprience that day. Fast forward to this past Friday (May 17, 2019), I was done gawking at the FD3S in the USA, and it was time to ship it. Loaded the car onto the container that night. Yes I know, last minute because I was too busy having fun at the barbecue which the other guys will be doing coverage of. But yeah anyway lolol Parked the car and registered the documents needed. After that I was clear for loading, but of course, not before some night pics. And just like that, she's all loaded in. Can't wait to see all of our babies touch down in Japan! Be sure to check out the threads of the people I mentioned earlier, there's bound to be some juicy stuff! But my part ends here, for now. Thanks for reading! I'll definitely be showcasing some more stuff when I hit Japan. Cheers to 500 posts! Now let's aim for 1,000!Finances: |

# Wypple : Nice change that the guys did on your F3DS and congrats for the 500 posts! Thank you! Added 1 hour 6 minutes later: Vorsprung durch TechnikMy 8T A5 is finally finished and it was time for me to pick it up. Looks AGGRESSIVE. But HEY THAT'S NOT ALL. I already had a buyer lined up for the A5 wheels, so I left the car at Pudsey for just a bit more. Things done while it was at the shop: - Full Audi RS5 8T Conversion (V$7,500 from Audi AG Germany through Audi Tokyo, Japan) - Endless Big Brake Kit, 6-Pot Front, 4-Pot Rear (V$1,000 from Marc [Macaron_moon]) - Rays Volk Racing TE37 Ultra Bronze, 19x10 +26mm Front & Rear (V$3,849 from RavSpec) - Advan Neova AD08R, 275/35/R19 Front & Rear (V$1,408 from Yokohama Tokyo, Japan) = TOTAL: V$13,757 FINISHED!Don't worry about the raised wing, I had it raised up for pictures it's not broken haha Actually here let me lower the wing back to prove it After paying the HEFTY bill (well worth it though), I left in a good mood a VERY good mood. I just fucking love this car man. I'm so glad it's back. MANDATORY GAS STATION PICALRIGHT, so at this point it's driving, and driving, and driving, and some more driving. And maybe some more driving on the side. But of course man cannot live on driving alone. I had to pull over for some ramen. But before I went inside the shop MANDATORY ROADSIDE PICSAfter the ramen break, YAY more pics! This car really does break some necks. I got in contact with some people from Rays Wheels after buying my TE37 Ultras, and I was honored to hear that they were going to feature my car on their catalog!! Out of pure HYPE I jumped out of bed the next morning and floored the 350hp 2.0T up to 7k RPMs. And I found some pictures of myself that circulated on social media. One at a stoplight, and one panning shot! I parked on the curbside again just before the entrance to get screened, but after that it was all smooth sailing, no problems, I just brought my car into the studio. When all that was over I just positioned my car according to the photographer's orders, and we were on our way. !!RAYS PHOTOSHOOT!!I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Aaaaaand that concludes my agenda. Stay tuned, there's more coming soon. Ehem *S15* ehem *Ichigo* ehem Finances: This post was edited by RocketBunnyS13 (2019-05-23 01:53, ago) |

Boi you sourced the RS5 kit straight from Ingolstadt? You're quite a lucky man!
Developing connections with Audi I see......say, can you get me a GT3 customer seat? No, not the literal seat, but a chance to drive for them Joking aside, everything blends perfectly over there Also congrats for being featured! Ii'd say you could be a cover boi like this as a side job.....might end up earning a lot of money from that, just like IG models and so-called influencers |
