NO MONEY RP, because im lazy and I don't know how to organize that.
Also, im going to try to keep this realistic. So, no 1-day swap-paint-bumper install stuff
And also sorry for my dumb mistakes, im 13, without an expert knowledge.
(sorry for mistakes, pictures, grammar, whatever)
Hi, my name's James, im 20 (as I said, irl 13). When I was in Japan 2 months ago I was looking for a car and I saw this AE86 one day. It was a donor car, without an engine and also with basically stripped interior. The rear bumper was damaged, it's missing the trunk and also the left sideskirt and the right mirror. Who cares, it has really good suspension, brakes, wheels and tires with spacers already installed.
So, what are my plans for this car ?
- interior work (since there isn't any lmao)
- NEW ENGINE (obviously, probably a 20V Blacktop)
- new bumpers, mirrors, a trunk install, and a TRD replica wing (or some big wang)
- new paint

So, here are the pictures !
(only 2, because my computer doesn't like ENB's or graphic mods)

thanks for the support and for the advice !

Added 41 minutes later:

okay, once again.

So it's been a couple of days since I bought the 86 (1 day irl but u know, couple in roleplay) and the bumpER (I will talk about why not a hole bodykit in a minute) came to the workshop already, along with a HUGE LIP for the front bumper made by Chargespeed. Btw, the car's front bumper is from the Kouki, while the taillights are from the Zenki lol. Why I decided to not go with a new front bumper ? Because I would destroy it on those beatifull Polish roads. I bought the other missing parts, like the trunk, the mirror and also the sideskirt. I also installed those overfenders, for the reason I wrote in the first post. Overall, even with the mismatched colors the car looks ok, I now need to buy a wing for it (still haven't decided what I want, but I like the idea of having a big wang on this small car)

pictures here bois (finally some more, I think i figured it out how to make my game stable)

Added 3 minutes later:

next station, 4-AGE with racing-like setup (okay maybe not)

I've been interested in a Beams swap to my Hachiroku, going to search for that probably. To be specific, a BEAMS engine with ITB'S, because throttle response and sound. Also, im buying A BIG WANGERINO for it. After that, some interior work, a trip to Transfagarasan and then painting. Stay tuned !

Nice AE86!

I don't have a BEAMS engine but I have a stock Bluetop that you can have (if you're interested)

Currently I've made my location unknown until Friday but if you're nearby I'll pop down.

Contrary to what you see I'm actually Polish ;)

Beams would be a great choice! My 86 has that exact swap and it's a blast to drive! It's a very responsive and high revving engine already so ITB's are not really necessary but with a bit of work you can fit ITB's from a 20V 4A. It's a quite common choice too, you can find a lot of info about swaps so it shouldn't be a problem.

Yeah I know I made it a bit unclear, haha.
A Bluetop is a nice engine, but I don't want a 4-A and I'm definetely not going to swap a 2JZ into this car.
Maybe on a different 86.

Also, bought a Corrola for daily driving (we will see for how long lmao). I can tell you that the engine is in the car, my friend is installing new cams and stuff, wing is on, interior looking better than ever. The C-WEST wing looks nuts, although its kind of an overkill since the car doesnt have that much power. Im guessing the beams gonna have something around 220 hp, on those new cams and all the other stuff. Stay tuned, pictures tommorow !

So, I'm a bit late but whatever, it's because I decided to paint the car and put a rollcage, that's why it took so long.
So, here it is.
HACHIROKU BUILD IS COMPLETE !
So, it's been hard, it's been living on redbulls and mcdonalds only, but finally, with a help of a friend I finished the 86 !
BEAMS engine was the best upgrade for this car, it's so fun to drive that it blows my mind ! It's got 210 hp, although I expected a bit more.
C-WEST wing... Uhh. Now I have mixed feelings about it, I think it's a bit too big for this car, but then again I don't really want a TRD one.
The color is a dark red type some color, idk which one, I just said "Nice dark red color". They did it perfectly.
I kept stuff like the overfenders, mirrors and sideskirts black because I want to have this 2 tone style.
PICTURES BOIS

So, tell me what you think of the build !

This AE86 turned out pretty well! Mine is also red and Beams swapped but it has a totally different style. That wing might be a bit too much for me but it fits your 86 better than i thought. You should paint the rear bumper black btw, it would really complete the two tone.

To be honest, I think I will keep the rear bumper like this.
Yeah I know this wing is an overkill, but this is another example of style over function.

Because it is ;).

So, did I tell you about a trip to Transfagarasan ? Well, things change.
I got a message from my old friend, he lives in (who knew ?) Japan, currently in Fukushima Prefecture (where Ebisu is ^^)
So the Hachi is going to have a big road trip with a new engine, and oh my god my back will be so painful after over 1000 km+ in a bucket seat.
It's going to be worth it tho !
Oh and the daily Corrola ? Well.. It's on the junkyard.
2 weeks after I bought it the engine blew up basically, MAYBE because it didn't have any oil.
Also it was full of rust and it was dirty.
I don't have a lot to pack up, just some clothes and basic stuff.
See ya there !

JAPANESE ADVENTURES

So, after driving through cities, countrysides and highways I finally arrived in the garage !
Tbh it isn't my garage, it's owned by my friend named Thomas.
He owns a JZA80 Supra with a bit of upgrades and it looks a w e s o m e.

Driving a non registrated car through lots of countries is really risky, but I did it ! I printed a piece of paper with a japanese registration because no
registration would look weird. But who cares, let's get back to the trip.
I took of the wing cuz I got bored of it, anybody wants to buy it hit me up !
I got some sushi, eat it and then went for some exploration of the area since I didn't have anything to do. I'm thinking about getting a new project car, I'm
looking for a Civic or some other fun little car.
Photos here bois :

And here are the garage pictures :

alright, update time !
<3 NEW CAR DAY <3

I was looking through some forums and facebook pages when I saw this beauty ! It's a 2002 Honda S2000 AP1. Went there by a train because nobody would take me there. IT WAS 4000 DOLLARS. Who cares that it is really far away ? I WANT IT !
I arrived at the place and I was a little shocked. It basically was just garages and garages and even more and bigger garages. I called to the owner and he said that it was in the garage 54. I went there and there was his son waiting for me. The car is owned by his father, he used to drive it but he's becoming old and he doesn't drive it anymore. I took a good look at the car. The interior was really good, it had a low mileage, the engine was running smooth and it was on stock wheels and unbelievably stock suspension. I gave the cash to the guy, he handed me over the keys and I went home.
I stopped at a gas station to get some fuel and to drink a quick coffee. It may become my daily but for now it will be my track day car kinda.

First upgrades !

So yeah, I had bought new coilovers with new springs, also got a good deal on Work VS-KF.
The car now sits a bit lower and it looks ok but I still need new tires and even lower suspension to make it look s w a g e r.
The hardtop is actually from the previous owner, he gave me it the day I bought the car. At least it isn't scratched.
I bought a cheap bumper lip from ebay and installed it real quick. Looks good but I'm still going to get a new one.
So, here are the pictures, before and after.
Before installing the new suspension :

And after. The car sits just a bit lower and tbh there isn't really a difference. It's still w.i.p tho.

Also, checked out a garage on the outskirts of the city. It's small and I would have to store cars outside but it's cheap and close to my work.
Tell me what you think !

Touge shenanigans

So, after I checked out that garage (and found out it's too small) I went back to my garage to have fun with Thomas and ?
Another friend of mine joined us, he doesn't want his name to be known here.
He owns a Nissan RPS13, with a turbo SR20 pushing out around 350 hp.
The list of mods done to the engine is pretty long, so here are the most important :
- GT28RS turbo, 15 psi
- 740cc injectors
- RS-Enthalpy ECU Tune
- forged conrods, forged camshaft, forged pistons
- TOMEI EXPREME exhaust manifold
- GReddy FMIC
and lot's more !
The most interesting part of this car are...
NON POP-UP HEADLIGHTS
Why ? Just why ? It looks cool with this car though so who cares lmao. The paint scheme is really interesting, and paired with Yabaking Mesh 16" wheels, and the biggest wing I've ever seen, it looks s w a g e r.
Since there isn't a lot of snow here we went for some touge drifting !
I went first and well.. I mean, I know how to drift, but I didn't feel confident when I was going for it. Maybe it's time to buy a beater ? Oh well, atleast the 86 gave them a little wink !
The unknown friend went after me. He got it nicely, and he didn't lose so much speed.
Thomas was third. His car is on some cheap suspension, so it had some body roll, but he cleared the corner pretty easily.

FUN TIME !

It's the end. (not really)
The end of the AE86..

So, how did it happen ?

[3 days ago, 2 pm]

I decided to go for a track day at Ebisu. Did change all the oils, checked if everything worked smoothly.
After that I drove 20 kilometers to the track.
Civics, civics, even more civics.
And some 86 guys that I asked about their cars.
Unfortunely I left my camera at home so I didn't take pictures of their cars.
So, did some warm-up laps and decided to push it.
5, 6, 7, 8 k rpm's, 3rd gear, and here we go again.
The car was really fun to drive ! It was twitchy and the rear bounced around like crazy, but it was fun !
Did some powerslides, one drift through the uphill corner (which I'm really proud of).
All the civics that I saw on the parking lot were actually good track cars.
I couldn't keep up with them on the straights and on the corners, they had more horsepower and they definetely had more skill than I.

[Last lap]

I did my best to drive fast, I now knew the track and I was confident that I would make a good time.
Something wasn't right.
I don't know what happened on the first corner, but it was the first step to the disaster.
Three corners. Second one, the car is losing power like crazy, but it's still going.
Third one, the uphill. It cleared it with difficulty, and then..
I heard a loud boom from the engine area, and my windshield went white in seconds.

Pressed the clutch immediately, the car was slowing down, all the electronic gauges went off.
I finally stopped at the little area on the second straight.

My BEAMS engine was dead. And oh boy, I really mean dead.
There is a huge, like 15 cm hole in the block, the pistons are destroyed, the conrods are snapped.
How the hell did it happen ? I mean, when I was buying the car with the engine it had low mileage,
everything was good, compression was ideal, what happened ?
I still don't know it, but I definetely wasn't happy for the rest of the day.
The 86 guys stopped when they saw my car, thanks to them I got to the pits.
They offered me some help, but of course being the idiot I am, I didn't want it.
Thomas arrived after I called him about what happened, he quickly rented a tow car for me.
A big thanks to him, otherwise I would be stuck there.
So, what's next ?
A new engine definetely. And what it will be ? Something really unique (okay not really).

Went to work as usual. Kinda sad after what happened at Ebisu, but that is how life works.
Sold the S2K, because I was broke and I need money for the new engine.
Right, the engine.
What is it ? Blacktop 20v ?
Nope. It's a 7-AG engine.
For those of you who doesn't know what it is, it's a Toyota Carina block (7A) with a 4-AG 20v head.
It bumps the displacement to 1800cc, has a higher compression, idk but it's more powerful basically.
Tec-Art's version makes around 230 hp, so I ordered one.
It's the same engine that sits in Drift King's Hachiroku.
I am pretty excited !
Also, finally moved out of the garage that I was in, because I finally got a new one !
It's small, only for 1 car, but that doesn't matter because I only have the 86 for now.

Went to the garage and dropped the car off. There are some posters on the wall, Volvo stuff etc.
The guy who sold the garage gave me a seat and a wooden steering wheel for free ! Thanks to him !

The garage has a workbench, should be enough for some small repairs. There is also a engine crane, so swaps will be done here !

Now I'm just waiting for the engine, and a lot of other parts that should reduce weight, and add power.
(guess what ? turbo)
The 86 will now become a beast of a track car, and for street..
Well, I will buy something bigger to destroy Lambos that sometimes are around here.
(hint : JZ ENGINE, AKA TWIN TURBO MADNESS)

Got info that all the stuff is being send, except for the body stuff because it needs to be painted.
H Y P E !

(OORP : I know the editing is.. terrible, but my editing skill aren't the greatest xD)

Ah man, gutted about the Beams turning into a box of molotov :(
Oh well, at least now you can have a better engine inside the AE86 :D

I see you went to Ebisu Nishi, nice selection of trackday location :D
I guess the Civics you faced are either ex-Kanjo Civics or simply a properly circuit-tuned Civic, that might explains why they're going quite fast.
I want to go there someday, either for a trackday session or a competitive time attack event.

My guess? Either Volvo 242 or 740 :D

The thing is, it isn't a volvo, but a big german wagon...

After the engine went for vacation I looked around at the other cars and yeah, those Civics were basically ex-Kanjo cars. One of them even had a TOPGUN sticker on the back windshield ! I need to go for some highway runs too when I will get a new car..

Speaking of new cars..

It should be pretty clear that I'm buying a BMW E34 Wagon !

And what have I ordered for the AE86 ? (besides a new engine)
- Carbon doors from Impulse
- Carbon roof from Impulse
- Carbon trunk from Impulse
- New C-WEST wing
- a completely new full roll cage
- FC3S 4-pot Big Brake conversion kit for the front with 300 mm Brembo brakes
- Wilwood 4-pot with 270 mm brake discs for the rear
- dash gauges, a center box instead of the A/C controller
- hydro e-brake
- a complete interior removal

(and yes, I probably messed up something on the brake stuff, so if you see any mistakes hmu !)

Ahh *human feces*, here we go again.

Well, it's been a while. I flew out to Poland to my family for Easter time and got some sweet cakes from my grandma ^^.
Met all my old friends and had a great time ! Also, I took my kitty here so atleast I won't be so lonely.
No, I don't have a girlfriend.
BECAUSE STREET RACERS DON'T NEED GIRLFRIENDS !

AE86 is back !
New engine, new parts, new stuff in general. E34 is destroyed, will talk about that later.
Bought a S14 Zenki. But first, AE86 update !

The TEC-ART engine is already in the car, making around 240 hp. Carbon doors and roof from Impulse reduced the weight to 790 kg.
I took of the plates, because this will be my track car from now on. A new C-WEST wing and a new rollcage are also here.
Also, I took out all the interior stuff.
I absolutely love the way the car came out. Here are some pics bois :

New car !
As I said, I bought another car, this time it's a S14 Zenki. It was owned by a college student before but he just left it because of school basically.
I bought it for a really great price. The car is outfitted with J's Racing wheels, and a Nardi steering wheel. Also, it this pink foil over the headlights.
I want to swap it with a 2JZ. Yeah I know, an unoriginal swap, but I want to make a 300+km/h capable car. Wangan, here I come !
I only have one pic of it, so yeah.

(OORP: No ENB. Upgraded from Windows 8.1 Pro to Windows 10 Pro, but unfortunately my ENB decided to break :/. Right now I'm relying on GIMP. Also, I don't have a lot of mods rn, i have like 4 wheels and bb tyres and the ae86 and zenki. It will all be back to where it was soon !)

Woah man the AE86 is now a proper track weapon! Would like to see it rip around more tracks.....should be a strong time attack contender as well! :D
S14 Wangan build is also a unique idea! Not quite sure about stability but hey, Japan is known for mad builds so why not? :D

(OORP: Ggood luck with the game restoration man! Also, I don't use ENB either so don't worry :)) )

The story about the big white wagon

So in the last update I mentioned that the E34 wagon got destroyed. Let's talk about that.
I was on a parking lot drifting and stuff, and since the car was underpowered I decided to throw it in from a high speed to get it sliding. That was my mistake because the weight of the car kept it sliding sideways but not forwards, to the corner. I ended up crashing into a curb, absolutely destroying the suspension. Ofc me being me, I didn't took photos because I was just really shook about what happened. I walked back home and just left the E34 on the parking lot. The next day I got a trailer and took the E34 out of there.

Little update

The S14 got some new parts, for example these Work Meister wheels. I bought a 326 power wing and ordered a Ings bodykit.
I'm still looking for the 2JZ. I also took it to the alignment shop and now it sits pretty nicely. Pics !

(OORP: Got some stuff back, new wheel packs etc. I'm still doing stuff with graphics but it will all be how it was soon.)

Small update once again !

The bodykit arrived and I decided to do a little top speedrun with this engine. I woke up at 3 a.m with my friend and we went on a highway to test the car.
It was basically empty except for a few cars, so my friend decided to stand on a bridge as I would pass him at top speed. I turned around and drove back to the place we started. I knew that this SR20 isn't really that capable with 200 hp but I just wanted to see how fast will it go. 1st gear, foot down and let's go. I reached 100 km/h (60 mph for murican bois) on 2nd gear around 5000k rpm. As I was passing my friend I hit 230 km/h (around 140 mph). I slowed down afterwards and returned to pick him up.

Also, I think that I will build the 2JZ from ground up, because there will be just some parts stock, so buying one would be a waste of money.
