AJ (RBS13) uses the normal set of ENB that the vanilla game has, that's why its so shiny

Any plans to do a body kit similar to this one from Ryo Watanabe's Evo? *LINK*

That would depend on Macaron_moon's preference, whether he'd like to model that exact kit or just stick with GT Sport's superb widebody cars.

Added 2 minutes later:

# RedCarDriver : Just curious - what do your material settings look like on the car body? Everything looks a little too bright for my tastes, but that might just be me and/or your Reshade settings or something.

Nice work on the Evo! Looks fantastic, and it looks like you all are doing your best to be thorough with it.

It's probably my photo editing haha, but I use the default SLRR Paintable Material, Specular Level: 60, Glossiness: 30, Soften: 0.1. And I have Reflection at 20

Thank you so much! Means a lot to us.

Added 5 minutes later:

ENDLESS BBK IN-GAME!

Happy New Year

From Kami, I hope we all have the best 2019 we can, we'll continue to release mods for everyone to enjoy, and although the CZ4A has been the center of the project desk all this time, we are happy to announce we have more prepared for 2019. Cars, Engines, Parts, nothing half arsed, half baked or rushed, but in a steady pace both you guys contemplate, and us the group can work without having suicidal thoughts.

So remember the switch to the Gran Turismo model? There's a good reason behind it. We want maximum detail and accuracy, and we are willing to do everything in our hands to archieve it, Even if its a small improvement over Forza models (After all, I went through the struggle of extracting it myself). JoeAlex, OG modder in VS offered us his help at the start with his Forza and we can't thank him enough for trusting in us, but it was due to change as the accuracy that the Gran Turismo model is on another level as it was a direct laser scan from a true CZ4A. The pic above is the GTS model with some Forza parts, taking the best of both worlds can make this mod the best as it could be. Thanks Joe for helping us since the beggining, we love you.

We also started to think about other alternatives to do pint point accurate models, taking inspiration from the latest technology used by game developers of today, so we are going to start using photoscanning as a method of doing things, appart from scratch modelling it. We plan to test it with a C-WEst Lan Evo X model kit made by Aoshima as they also scan the real life objects too, then, if it all goes well scan a 4B11T model kit that I'll have to buy someday. If you want to know how, Meshroom :)

And I'm sure that papa BB93 realeased undisputedly the best JZA80 mod out there, but the engine was a bit lack luster. So in addition of the modifications BB93, Gorgoil and other talented modders did on it, we are now going to do a big overhaul on the engine retaining the parts these pros did before.
The 1JZ is almost done nad with few missing tweaks but you can expect it to release on the forums on January 2019. Take it as a appetizer over the real JZ mod pack we are going to release.

(Enjoy this scratch modelled glory)

(Pic by JoeAlex) Another collab with JoeAlex, E43 M3 and 3 series, but we haven't done much to it so we can only show this :P We'll tell you when we actually do something else than this promise.

Talking bout collabs, RedCarDriver let us do some modifications to one of her future mods (no, not the R33), and Skip will help us do mods for Assetto Corsa too, which is pretty cool. Hope we can finish all our plans in 2019 :)

There's so much stuff we want to include but we don't have enough time nor space to do so. Instead of talking of em one by one, here's a list.

Cars:
You just read it all above lmao.

Engines:
1JZ Standalone: Jan 2019.
4B11T: We have some kits done mostly from Jun, HKS and AMS and starting on drag setups.
EJ207/257: Has to be scripted ingame but 3d model for the stock setup is done.
RB26: Tomei, HKS and Greddy parts added.
BMW V8's: Both E92 M3 and E46 M3 GTR engines are planned. We have some 3d stuff done.

Parts:
I can't be arsed to list it all lmao.

Lastly, about the Lan Evo. Of course its not a competition but please don't make it sound it like one, so rush your mod if you want, its not about who's the first one to release it, but who does it better. Don't get burthurt if we don't let you give our model to you because we fucking spent time on them only for someone who is a total stranger to handle, some of us are pretty protective of our things, and some people is harsher than others. That's life for you.

From OG modders from other games and from this game, take your time doing it and think about others, not everyone likes someone who looks deep into his story in the community just to find out who did what and then ask for it.

Enough negativity, Happy New Year guys again, we love you.

Honestly? Maybe one. If you guys could do engine from Audi Quattro, you know, 2.1-2.2 5 cylinder little demon with parts for Audi Quattro, Group B spec and ofc a fckin Pikes Peak monster version, that would be dope, i miss that engine in SLRR <3

I will build you a monument if you will create that monster. Best sound of Pikes Peak version I encountered in FH3, generally it was the best engine sound that I ever heard in video games. Thats a note if you will search for sound in future 8)

about the 2jz, the engine is not finished, we didn't put all the setups in game because BB93 wanted to have everything done by Christmas day, and I still have some parts to add, finish and to do, I was going to model a 2JZ-GTE kit from scratch not that good as the one you guys have but way better the one that's actually in game

Damn i thought Defiant left the community. Also fun fact: we pull the 4G63 down the list because we knew Defiant could pop up with something, we just want to see it released to have a benchmark on what we can make better.

KICKING OFF ANOTHER PROJECT!

Nothing big so far. Just finished a part of it and wanted to announce the start lmao. You guessed it, BB93's 2JZ update Marc and AJ talked about. The first contribution to it:- the Barebones 2JZ-GE Valvecover.

Decided i'd take on the whole N/A section first. Up next? fully redone N/A intake manifold with that Y-shape thing going on xD. then some airfilters to go with it, And, MOST LIKELY, a FULL NA-T setup (and ITB setup if it needs redoing)
As for afterwards, the Plan is to do Non VVTi and VVTi Twin Turbo valvecovers, a full OEM twin turbo setup (with boltons and minor tuning to go with it). i dont think the mod needs any other added turbo setups but if need be we'll work smth out later ;)

Oh and a little fun fact, the 1JZ-GE valvecover, to me at least, looks exactly the same as the 2JZ-GE cover. So, you can sort of use it both ways if you want to :D

These are the things I've said I have which BB93 didn't put in game, the Single turbo setup is missing some air filters and pipe from ic to intake for other intake, which I was mean't to model to replace the actual turbo intake in game, and I've made some aftermarket exhaust manifold for GE applications, and I've planned to do some GE aftermarket parts which I haven't done, and there's NGK ignition coils for split head cover, if you guys want to use it tell me and I can send you the 3d files of it

That looks pretty solid already man! send it over when possible? (in scx format weirdly, so its easier to scale it accordingly in Blender) i can model the airfilters and whatever else is needed. Also what GE aftermarket parts were on your mind? since im doing the GE now, i can do those too!
