I miss that JZX, probably I will head to Japan with 11K in October as well :)

Wing!

There arent many things to write this week but I'll write down anyways.

Im back with newly bought M3 GT style rear spoiler for 260V$ this week!.
The wing idea was firstly suggested by Lagano, so I searched for OEM styles and BAAM! That is how it looks.
I will be attaching carbon sheet on it as soon as I finish today's post;
Well shit, I should've painted whole car after buying a wing lmao

Umm, this E36 is going to go through body reinforcement.
There are still many things remaining onto 2 E36s!

Firing up

Up next, I know alot of you guys were wondering about my JZX100 and here it is.
Aho was testing the car to check if things are still under control @Mobara Twin today afternoon.
This is the only pic from him so I dont know whole situations, sorry.
But I guarentee that Drift Matsuri trip to Japan this October is whole different from last year! (Im saying so but... dunno lol)

~Finances~
E36 wing : 260V$

Remaining v$ = 9892V$-260V$ = 9732V$

# MACKAY : Damn, you did a lot of progress with your Thirty Sixes', especially the blue one, I love that GT lip a lot, but you know what I am thinking.. We should get LTW wings whenever we can..

Thanks god October is right around the corner bro, don't forget to bring Korean beer once again bro! ♥

Thanks, ah, LTW wings. I'll buy that very soon aswell!
yeah October has come real close my G, google any Korean beers by your likings, we'll bring 5~6 cans!

final bout

I gave my E36 some fresh touches again before heading to Japan.
The brand new wing has now wrapped into carbon sheet,it will look fresher than ever!
Although it isn't real carbon... :)

Our crew; me,Soju and Mr.Lee have gave the car more strength!
We did a roll cage on the car just in case, to give the car better rigidity under full load.
Personally it exactly looks like how a Euro 'Street fighter'(not Ducati one lmao) should look like;
Not BN-ish ground scraping aero yet looks aggressive.

Next up, the most important thing to some of you guys-
We will be heading to Japan next Monday!!
So if you guys want your rides to be featured, DM me so we can deal with stuffs slowly.

~Will do finances later~

E36' is looking so good my man! Why did you went for full rollcage instead of rollbar like I did ? But if it works for you then it's all good, damn, I should really step up my thirty six game right now, but it is serving as "daily" now..

Anywaays, can't wait dude, its been almost a year since I last saw you, shop is open to you guys as it was last year. Fun fact - you are the only reason why I keep my GTT, as I don't want to sell it now and get a beater as back up plan just like I did last year..

Thanks bro! This was the only roll cage available in this mod so I'd like to say it an obligate choice. haha

Sure my man, its been a long day and we now have uncomparably better skills, hotter rides.... lets get crazy at track!
Cannot wait to shred stuffs at track, see you there bro.

# MACKAY :

11K is much more hardcore guy than I am, and he actually wanted those styles instead of the "street" looking cages which would probably not gonna hold the chassis properly on the E36. Anyhoo, I actually can't wait to visit Japan since it has already been almost a year!

Trip #1

So I arrived in Japan as planned too, but earlier than my guys Soju and Mr.Lee. (shit my back hurts again, dem bucket seats.)
Me in advance headed to Aho's garage in Aichi at first to prepare extra stuffs onto drift matsuri.
There weren't many things visually changed in his garage except extra cool JZX vibrations!

Firstly Aho with his Chaser, have quit this year's whole Drift Kingdom schedule staying front end half-stripped.
He said he cancelled schedules since he's building another JZX slowly,
that he doesnt want to spend his time harshly doing both drifting under competition&building another car.
Apart from that, his Chaser will be reborn and drive crazy in no time I swear.
I will also feature about 'new' JZX shortly later on post!

Then there goes my long awaited Mark II.
I noticed it having minor tweaks given at first glance, especially the big ass drag wing from Aho's Chaser is really killing,
aswell the front spring has raised abit..... a bit. sometimes a bit affects the biggest ayy :))
Anyways it is too glad to see my only drift car has taken good care that Aho has to offer.
I already cannot wait to ignite the engine and shred out of it ahaha.

Aho's 'new' JZX was an Cresta. He started building it very early this year, like January.
He said he had most of the major stuffs organized on April, but hes struggling from finding right setups,
on how to get the car under full control satisfying his Shakotan style ride height,
while having 380~400 horsepower which is lesser than his 700hp ex-drift JZX.
Now I understood why he cancelled whole schedule.
Oh and he even joined 'Kansai all star' this summer with this car, you better find some infos on Japanese webs!

So what am i going to do next? Im thinking of Drift matsuri in priority,
but I want to meet you guys around forum having BBQ&Beers, especially Mackay!
Maybe going to head to Mackay's place with my Korean friends....
Umm,well, lets see what will happen later, see you then!

~ Finances ~

2x paychecks : 1880V$
carbon sheet (on e36 wing) : 150V4

9732+1730V$ = 11462V$

Touge run would be interesting too, mid 300hp-ish ground scraping SR against daily driving 2.8 sounds like some Hot version episode lol

Nishi photobomb #1

Last weekend we finally arrived at Ebisu nishi late night,
prepared various stuffs till 7am morning.
The JZX was already ready to roll out after months of resting.

While Soju went to park his Supra at parking lot then lend a Dori missile,
Mr.Lee and I stepped into each cars to take a sesh.

Maybe some of you guys had heard of Mr.Lee from our(especially Soju's) previous thread, there he is!
This guys was building that red(Rad) S15 since last year by his own,
slam it hard by his liking, and drive it all the way to Japan with Soju with no fucks given... he is as crazy as I do!
But I dont know what's under his hood since he hasn't told me everything.
He only told that heavily-built Naprec head sits inside so umm, lets see how's gonna run later.

Mr.Lee was already ready!
I started to chase his back after some laps of warm-ups.

We initiated into deep first corner as we warmed up our engines and tyres. Mr.Lee's on E-brake in this pic.
Since I dont drift that often during a year it was a bit picky to chase a relatively lightweight S-chassis,
with a big-ass slammed 500hp 4dr sedan. I think im doing it well nonetheless. haha!

Two men floor on throttle as both of them exit first apex, bashing the limiter hard.
Straight-piped harmonies echo through morning of Nishi.

This is the best moment for both of us, two cars doing what they deserve to!
The red S15 runs rad aswell, Naprec-ed SR seemed very responsive in terms of everything.

After taking a quick lap we were cooling our cars at pit grid, y'know... cooling is important.
I took this pic with my Galaxy S9 waiting more of my guys to come.

Then I walked into my E36 to bring extra drift spares for next lap and...

It's all fun and games until two gangsters appear.

(E46 was stranger's car)

More footages to come next week :)

Indeed his is, I could see how much effort he could put in. Yes it was an badass scene at pit grid, the E46 even had S85 V10 swapped!

Nishi photobomb #2

The two gangsters were Lagano&Mackay already have arrived at course.
Those dudes were already battling each others out as soon as I took pics of them.

Then I brought my old Rays 57Xtreme as a drift spare...surprised it fitted so well!
I headed to course right away after having a dish of ramen (watch a post above!)

Looking at the JZX it feels kinda sad that this JZX is only eligible of Japanese circuits.
Even the operators of Korean drift scenes refused to compete this monster,
with the reason of the modifications under the chassis are too wild. WHAT?

TBH it is no mystery why this car isn't eligible of Korean drift comps.
ex-D1SL car title proves everything!
I really appreciate to Aho for taking cars of the car at his garage!

By the way I was able to feature some of stranger&friends' cars out there with some words thanks to camera guys out there.
First one, stranger's E46.

I couldn't miss the car not to being featured because of this; S85 V10 swapped.
The owner explained the S85 swap was done by Driftworks from UK,
minor-tweaked intake stuffs by himself then drove it to Matsuri with full swag.
Probably the most impressive stranger's car out there :)

Mackay& Lagano doing tandem sesh.
I've once drifted with them back in 2017 and they were freaking fast.

Especially Lagano, his mildly tuned S14 is as almost scary as being chased by Nakamura's S13.
I wonder what will happen if he drives pro-spec drift car. haha.

Mackay, Im sure we know each other quite alot, right? :)
You're much faster than last year on lead position that made my TD06 to be blown!
Yes, I've blown my TD06 while chasing him on next lap and this pic was taken while I force-stopped on very middle of the pit,
gotta rebuilt one into TD06-SH next time!!

Finally on the way to Mackay's garage for dank BBQ party...
I took a picture of our unforgettable moment; An Jap-squad after the Matsuri of full swag.
This is the first time ever a trip to be that joyful thanks to good guys!
Btw, I will be leaving Japan next Friday with an un-ever-expected stuffs.

ps. Mackay, how come do you cook BBQs so well?! You cook so well just like me boiling ramens&serving beers.

Times changed my man times changed.. I can't even compare this year with the last time, our cars are top notch, our skills as good as our cars and most importantly the good people around us! 2017' was way different because as you remember I was drifting 328i E46 which was nowhere near as fast or good as my R', and your chaser was nowhere near it is current form! It is a shame that your turbo got blown, but thankfully everything was under control and we sorted things out afterwards. Thanks for great ride alongs once again man, every minute was worth it, I hope to see you here again during the winter break sometime, snow + ebisu and cheap ass shit cars, if you down, I am down and I will organize some things haha. Once again, thanks to everyone and to Korean connection, we killed it this time! ♥

About that bbq.. Well, when you spend a lot of time in garage with two or three grown ass man-childs which can't cook for shit, Mac papa needs to do something and take care of them haha, obviously jokes on them, but this is how things is sometimes haha, but Radcoon and Erwin can confirm that my cooking skills were shitty af when I first started doing bbq days half a year ago lol, so another improvement! Next time, we eating even more ramen at your place guys!

Fortunately Aho has built a new set of TD06-SH few days before us Koreans leave Japan,
but it's sad that it wont be driven for a quite while aswell haha.
Umm but whatever, Im going to visit your place again this Winter for my next project car! Y'know what am I going to order :))

I hope you Japan guys come to our place too! We have plenty of ramens by your likings lmao

Sup forums, so I finally joined S15 gang;
Bought an S15 Silvia for 8500V$ as a return gift from Jap squad(!),
that you'd never expect from me; Deep deep sedans fanboy.
Regarding that it's an non-domestic ride, I think I brought this at a reasonable price!
Buying retro JDM is going way hardcore here in Korea so why bother bringing one before it goes more expensive.

Looking at front bumper. previous owner had a lack of finance maintaining this ride.
Full set of Advan Model 5, infamous C-west wing, unknown aftermarket front fenders, and few other parts.
I understand guys who sells their car for lack of finances, uhm. (Of course Im half broken)

What, I seriously doubt if this is real, an Nardi with old school Nismo horn...
I've never seen that horn ever installed on any Nissan cars of Korea.
Maybe the most exclusive part of this ex-grassroot's project car?? :P

Well, this was how past days' were like.
I will try to post more of the S15 so stay tuned :)
