Wait till you see it with the new wheels.
# Smurf :

Danger Zone!

My new Scale Innovative coils and camber plates arrived Wednesday night and i got them fitted last night.

I went with Scales because of the dude that told me about this car recommended them. He has a set on his e30 and i love how low it is, so i had to get a set for myself.

(Pay no mind to the expired tags)
The fitment is weak. I knew the Volvos wouldn't fit the way i wanted them to, so faced with the moral dilemma of new wheels or spacers i decided i would become a total wheel whore and get a couple sets for the build process. I already have the next set payed for, they're from the dude i mentioned e30. I've seen his fitment with the same coils and its exactly what I'm looking for. So now I'm just waiting for him to start his 5 lug conversion and I'll have my new wheels. Mean while I'm gonna start converting this chromeline to a shadowline.

New Wheels, Who Dis?

Got everything fitted today.
-16" rebarreled Volkswagen Pirelli p-slots
-Ebay "Deutsche" shadowline grill
-Plasti-dipped bumpers
-Plasti-dipped window trim
-Typical "e30 bro" tape on lights

-Ebay roof wing

The fitment is straight nuckin' futs on this thing, the rub is real too.
Also, i forgot to mention that i had to cut the exhaust off when i lowered it. I mangled it so bad when getting the springs to settle that it wasn't worth it getting torn off at speed.

Yea your bumpers/lips may hang low but my floorpan is only a couple inches above the ground (oil pan is closer)

There's still some rather small things that i want to do (mainly head and taillights), eventually im going to post '88 bumpers (luckily i got an '87 so they'll bolt up) and I'll probably go for a more "clean" look. But for now it euro-douche.

Back To My Roots

(sorta)

So last week i was browsing my local CL when i found this '94 Civic Coupe down in Chinatown. Looks like the dude hit something on the left because the hood and fender are matte white and the front bumper is off a black sedan.

Scrolled a little further and found out why, somebody converted it to RHD. Anybody that has read my last page knows my first car was an RHD EH2. When i found this i knew i had to have it and luckily dude was interested in a 240 and i don't really want mine anymore so i asked for a some cash on top and took the drive down to Chinatown to pick it up.

Already lowered on H&R ultra lows (would've been my first step) and some ebay meshes.

Some Progress

I haven't had a lot of time to update, but on Monday i decided to take the day off and head 2 hours south to the third smallest town i think I've ever been in in order to pick up some parts. It was a little creepy, like the entire time i was there the only people i saw were the ones i meet up with.

It was so dead i was able to hop out at the intersection in front of what i thought to be town square and grab a pic.

I stopped to get something to eat but even the dinner was closed. You know what? i take it back, this place was really fucking creepy.

I book it out of there as fast as i could before becoming an exhibit in a wax museum. I felt like i was doing 120 then i looked at my speedo and was only doing 85. This one reason i love Civics, they feel like you're going way faster than you are.

After i got back i didn't have time to fit my new side moldings and dc2 wing. But a couple packages arrived Wednesday and i knew one was my new roof wing. So i decided I'd have to make time Friday to fit them ((i work 6 days a week so today feels like Friday to me)).

After i got everything fitted i heard a rumor from a local there's an abandoned factory that's great for photos so i decided to investigate.

Oh and you know your boy has got to get his euro-douche groove on.

Got some rattle can taillight smoke and sprayed the blinkers and tails. Then up front i had to use a trick i learned with the Evolvo and used yellow tint on the heads

Added 4 minutes later:

Oh fuck, i forgot to mention the exhaust on the e30. So i accidentally torn the old system off and had to put a new one on. Had some welding buddies come over and "help" me put it on. Straight pipe from the cat back.

The EJ1 is definitely still a shitbox but the E30 is getting there. I definitely have to get the Civic painted, so that'll come before the new engine.

In Search Of Power And Style

So my new(ish) k24a2 is on it's way with everything I'll need to drop it in the EJ1 so in the meantime I'm sending the EJ1 to Vstanced Garage of SLC for paint.
We pulled the single cam since it'll be easier to spray the engine bay without it. I think i just might miss the single life.

As for the E30.
Like i said want to be a true wheel slut with this, so i had to pick up this set of 15" Equip 40s when i saw them for sale. Paired with the new fender mirrors and i think this is starting to go somewhere.
The interior got some love too. A second-hand Nardi wheel and thankfully not second-hand chrome dildo shift nob.

Bloody Mary

Got the Civic back from paint the other and have been working on getting the k24 dropped in. Also got the EKs from AJ fitted.

Turns out the engine didn't come with a tranny so i'll probably try and get one from a junkyard.

((Shortly after my last update my build got corrupt and in an attempt to fix it i accidentally lost all my saves and parts so i wasn't able to continue on my current RP but i don't want to completely start it over))

Game Changes

So sorta big news, last month i graduated my automotive program and flew home to the great city of Portland. Unfortunately i had to sell everything i owned instead of driving 3 cars 12 hours through the mountains.

I thought i'd start off with this.
No unfortunately it's not my new car. It actually is owned by my homie Bums. The OGs of these pages might remember that i bought my best friends first car, "The Dirty 36" which i had until i left for school. Well this is Bums' first car, in fact the front bash bar was made in the welding shop in our high school. I'm showing you this because (not only because it's super dope) is because i'll be buying Bums' other car.

Oh, and isn't it amazing what you can find in storage?

New-ish Beginnings

So here's the car. Bums bought this a couple years ago to build as a clean daily but when he heard i was coming home and needed a new car he offered to sell it to me in order to help out.

It's been lowered with Tein Super Drift coils. Converted to Z33 hubs and brakes with 5 lug s14 wheels. The blinkers have already been whited out (Thanks Bums!). Sleepy Eyez because of course.

OEM wing has been removed and Kouki lights installed.

He dropped in the old bone stock Redtop from his Vert after getting his Bluetop. It looks pretty healthy but it has been beat on for almost a decade, so i feel like i have a live grenade in my engine bay.

I'm pretty stoked to have an S13, this is my third and so far all i've done to one is coils. I'm planning on changing up the tails because for some reason i'm just not feeling the Koukis. Oh and fun fact: this is the first car i've ever had registered in Oregon despite living here most of my life.
I need to get a new set of wheels and tires for this since i need the S14s for an old friend.

It better represent the numbers from license plate in the end, I see potential in this build man, not a lot of such condition S'es, also I am sure that that SR' will be alright, we beat on BMW' engines for almost twenty years and they are still bulletproof to this day, so rip it and enjoy haha. :))

I think you'll like what i have coming next then.

I went to a local wheel shop to see if they had any Hella JDM Wheelz, but alas all i could find is a set of 17" RPF1's. Would've preferred 16's but they didn't have anything good in that size. Luckily they had someone in that could stretch a set of tires for me, but even with that their rubbing like crazy so i'm going to have to raise it a little.

An old friend is returning.

What are you going to do with the SR? I mean of course we don't want it to turn into a box of molotovs all in a sudden.

My Evo in the RP retained it's 4G63 for years and still running well, but I recently found a good website providing a fresh block. No money for it tho :(

These are the skinniest i would get at the shop. The wheels i plan on getting for this will be 17s but I'll need over fenders before i can fit them.

I thought about turboing it and sending it out in a flaming ball of fury. I'll be keeping it stock for now.
