I'd be down!
I ended up buying the Supra a few days ago. The guy selling the R34 wanted another 200,000yen and for a car that only has shakken until March, I'd rather buy the Supra. So we did a full inspection on it and I transferred the money over. It's a fantastic car. 2JZ-GTE mated to a V160 with a brand new Exedy clutch and lightweight flywheel. The motor is running on a standalone Power FC with a little more boost than stock on the CT12 twins. It's got Tein coilovers and extended OEM steering knuckles and it's got a good amount of steering angle. In my eyes, this is a slightly better deal than the R34 - more platform mods done, and lower mileage. That's not to say I still don't want an R34 badly though.. Dropped the car way down on these coilovers, they go a lot lower than I thought and I am pleasantly surprised! Also I pick up the FR-S soon! |

thanks!
I may have fucked up slightly..even though I just bought new wheels for the damn car.. I was street drifting at the docks when under a heavy transition, my front left OEM tie rod snapped and sent me into a curb while dragging on the ground. Messed up the lower control arm pretty good, but when I tore the car apart this morning it was straight, and the frame rails are okay as well. Bit of a scare though! |

I am sure that you will get back on the road in no time my man. A lot of Supras coming up lately, it's interesting what you will do with yours, will keep an eye open for your updates.

thanks guys! Appreciate the comments about the new car and the S15.
I realize I should probably start cutting down on my cars as storage space is getting a little tight Insurance is not a big deal as three of my cars are currently not on the road, thus am not paying anything to keep them at the moment. A fellow Supra owner offered to trade me his old school TE37's for my BIM Driftmasters which came on my car, with 80,000yen on top of my side. I gladly accepted because older TE's are incredibly hard to come by in this spec, 18x9.5 +25j Rear is a more conservative +35j, but a little slip on spacer will fix that. Some updates for my PS13 as well. I pulled my AVS Model 6's off the car, and bought two pairs of SSR's for a total of 80,000yen which is a fucking steal for 15x9 -7j MK1's and 15x8 -9j MK3's. Looks so good. I'll be posting my VS6's for sale soon. Also I pick up the FRS later today! Finances $58,005 + $2200 = $60,205 $58,005 - $22000 (Supra cost) = $36,205 $36,205 - $800 (Cash on top for TE37 trade) = $35,405 $35,405 - $800 (SSR's) = $34,605 |

thanks dudes!!
So I finally picked up my FRS and put it all back together.. This is what it looked like 10 months ago, when I picked it up after TAS 2017.. And here it is now. Resprayed a full WRC blue, colour off a GD model Impreza. 1JZ swap fully completed and tuned, need to run on a dyno but I'm guessing a solid 350whp with the bolt on's. S14 BN Sports Type I skirts, Varis front and rear, custom BN style vented hood fibeglassed by yours truly, sitting on stiff 20k 326power springs. Can't wait to hit the track in this car. Best part is, its still road legal! One of the three cars I can legally drive on the road in my garage (JZA80, S15, and this). |

thanks guys! I love the car a ton. Can't wait to take it out to the first track day this year.
Nothing new from me today, but my boy Morje came by with his brand new (to him) UCF10 Celsior. What a clean example that he's definitely going to fuck up. Towers over my Y33, but I can't wait to see where he takes this car. |

Not going to elaborate on the 180SX just yet as I've been busy fixing my S15 as its my most comfortable daily driver.
Replaced everything with fresh Parts Shop Max and Heatmaker parts and got it aligned. Friend of mine wanted my 18/17 TE's so I traded him for a full set of mint Panasport G7C5 (18x10 +16J), and I've always wanted chrome lips so I jumped for it. 18's wouldn't fit under the front fenders well anymore so I rolled the living shit out of them, but when it wasn't enough I just decided to widen them slightly and it worked out good. Now I just need to sand it down and paint match it. Might do some motor work to this car next, keeping it simple with bolt on stuff though. |

crazily enough, through all this downtime with my daily driver S15, the PS13 and Y33 have been serving daily duty and without a hitch (well, the S13 is far more comfortable). So I swooped a Type X style rear valance and Type X skirts for 45,000yen today.
Also took the headlights out of my 180SX and put them here. Added 33 seconds later: # Crazy Eighty Eight :it definitely won't be the first time Added 11 seconds later: # Ward : S15 looking sexy famthanks bb <3 Added 20 seconds later: # skip : Just remove the fenders. welp, finally sold the Y33 for 450,000yen, and the suspension for 225,000yen. Lasted about a month before I ruined it and realized I couldn't keep it because an automatic boat is just not fun enough for me. Back to dailying the JZA80 and S15!
But in my constant search for a car that I can comfortably drive, I hit the auctions looking and of course, something that I wanted BADLY came up. Plus i just got a raise at work..so.. 2007 Nissan Fairlady Z Nismo, fully stock except for Swift lowering springs. Late model car, so VQ35HR instead of DE, 83,000km, and Nismo suspension makes this thing a hell of a lot more fun than a normal Z. These things are super cool because they come with staggered wheel fitment from stock, and well, its a Nismo Z. Starting bid was around 1,100,000yen, which was VERY low for what it is, but I decided to fucking jump on it. Couple minutes later, it's in my possession for 1,550,000yen ($15,500), which is a steal for a genuine Nismo Z. Did all the insurance work, passed the shakken and now its road legal till next February! |
