Graveyard garage? After months away due to work and family reasons, i've decided now it's time to update this section. So what has happened for the last 148 days? Not much tbh, at least car wise, i've been saving up a lot of money to throw in some new stuff that will come soon... Other than that i moved to a new house in Osaka. I'm currently in Tokyo at the auctions looking for another car, i already have something in mind, but i'll only get it if i find the right one. And my current cars? Well here they are: The 180 i haven't touched since a drift event that happened about 6 months ago, it's been collecting dust ever since, aero is mostly off the car and by the time i took this pic i was working on my SR, since i tried to start it and keeps stalling, so i'm trying to solve that. The S2000 i drive it every now and then, but i mostly daily the company cars so it stays in the garage often, it's on jackstands because i was doing an oil change and went to change tyres on the wheels. I also had an Silvia if some of you remember that i crashed at a drift matsuri... If you don't click the spoiler! I decided to part ways with it due to frame damage and i sold the shell for 1k V$, i still have a few parts in case anyone's intersted hit me up. So this is it for now, i'll have more news soon about future projects. Finances: 28592 + 20297 (148 days without updating V$) + 1000 (sold silvia shell) = 49889 V$ |

# Ward : Nice to have you back fam! Oh yea, drop by anytime to do rad shit! # Lagano : Can't wait for that "new stuff" What parts do you have from that S14? Well good news! I've just got the new stuff i was talking about, in more detail a new car! (From the S14 i still got the SR20DE with drivetrain, OEM seats, door cards, wheel, rear bumper (sold the valances already) and tailights) "New" car smellLike i've mencioned in my last update, i've been in tokyo for a few days, both in work purposes but also looking for something i couldn't find back home (believe me i tried). So i came all the way from Osaka to Minamiazabu, Tokyo to look for the cleanest S15 i could find, since i've been wanting one for the longest time, and this is what i end up finding: One of the cleanest S15 Spec-R Aero i've ever seen! Car is pretty much fully OEM, has the JDM Aero Package, painted in factory Black Obsidian (KH3) with only 581 known Spec-R Aero S15s coming with this color It only has 66.000 KM done on it, which is hella nice for a 2001 car, it counts with a aftermarket REMUS exhaust. Paint is pretty good, has a few surface scratches here and there, but most should come out when polished. It's rated as a grade 4 vehicle at the auction list. Buying this car has set me back in 995,605¥ (9k V$), which is a fair price to pay. I'm so excited to start a new project with this car, since my 180sx is going to take a turn... I'm aiming to participate in the D1SL (D1 Street Legal) so i've been ordering a shit ton of parts for it, but more on that soon :D Finances: 49889 - 9000V$ (S15 Spec-R Aero bought in auction) = 40889 V$ |

# Dr. Zoom : Damn, that S15 looking rare beast. # skip : Woah..that's pretty clean. Be cool to see your car once it's all done and in D1SL. Thanks guys, yeah its a very clean car About the D1SL stuff im now working on the remake... NEWAEROBOISo... I've gotten in touch with Origin Labo, which most of you might know is one of the biggest aero manufacturers in Japan and known worldwide, and i've bought some goodies from them. Like this: Brand new Origin Racing Line body kit for my 180SX, decided to leave the same fenders since they're still in decent shape (i've started ripping off my old livery because i'm working with RYO Japan on a new design for my D1SL debut). Full kit costed me: - 28188¥ (255V$) for the side skirts - 32400¥ (293V$) for the front bumper - 32400¥ (293V$) for the rear bumper w/racing line diffuser - 17388¥ (173V$) for the front splitter and canards setup Quality overall is super nice, but i've ordered front bumper guides from auto collect storm all the way back in the US in order to acheive perfect bumper fitment After this im gonna send the car to the paint shop to get it fully resprayed since i'm going with a new color! New wheels should arrive soon too for my D1 setup as well as some other goods. As for the S15, i've spoken to the man, Mitsuru Haruguchi and ordered a custom set of my go to suspension (326 power chakuriki coilovers) and he's working on hooking me up with a set, but more updates on that soon! Finances: 40889 - 1014V$ (ORIGIN LABO full aero kit) + 960 (monday update) = 40835 V$ |

# MACKAY : Would be interesting to see how your car would look like with URAS kit, as I been looking for one for my ex 180sx, but went with another kit. That thing will be hot af man, keep us updated. I thought about going for a URAS GT kit, but it was sold the day before i contacted the person, so i went origin instead # skip : Always changing bodykits for the better lmao. Must've been hard to strike a sponsor with Origin, right? Thanks I wish it was a sponsor, it's more of a you break you pay type deal lmaoo # Soju : Mmmm looking so good! Also you said you still have your S14's wheels, if you mean those F40 wheels i'll take them! This car has had so many colors hahaha it's going to the shop maybe tomorrow or the day after I've sold the modenas already sorry, i've got a pair of SSR mesh and the Q's oem wheels (teardrop style) New shoes!I went to the Work Wheels HQ in 4 Chome-1-13 Nagatanishi, Osaka to pick up my new set of wheels for the 180SX, for once i'm going for monoblock wheels from as long as i can remember i've been running 3p wheels. So this time i decided to switch things up and grab a set of Work Emotion T7R 17x9.0 +38 5x114.3 in gloss white. (Here's a test fit shot, i'm running a 25mm spacer so they sit flush with the fender)
They set me back 1,200V$, roughly 132.758¥, tyre wise i mounted the Advan Neova AD08 tyres in a 215/40 i had in my old AVS Model 5's (back when my car was yellow) They are a bit worn out and im gonna have to buy new ones soon anyway but i'm gonna shred these as far as i can. Car is going to paint shop tomorrow or the day after, and livery is almost ready as well, i'm hyped up to see this car done!! Finances: 40835 - 1200V$ (Work Emotion T7R) = 39635 V$ |

# RocketBunnyS13 : Uhhh T7Rs are just about my favorite new S-Chassis Wheel. Car is definitely in the right direction, especially the new ORL Aero. Keep going, Thanks my dude You should drop by the garage sometime! Added 44 minutes later: Paint time!I dropped my car in for paint at my boss's new shop, he has decided to expand business by getting a bigger shop with better working conditions and brand new tools to work with. I called in a friend who's a fabricator to build me a roll cage (in order to meet the D1SL regulations) so we removed every interior part and stripped the car to the shell in order to make the work easier. Here's some shots of the car in the paint booth: This time i decided, with the help of House of Kolor Japan, to go for a custom dark purple color, called Tyrian Purple and i must say that fits the car like a dream! I've had the car about 6 or 7 different colors but this one so far is taking the cake. My boss being a professional painter and a close friend he did the job for free, i just had to buy the materials (primer, paint,...) and sand down the panels so the paint sticks smooth. The materials set me back around 800V$ And here's a pic with the cage on after rolling the car out of the booth: All there's left to do is put the SR back on, fit all the aero again and apply the livery ( RYO Japan couldn't complete my design because they are pretty much stacked up on orders for this D1SL season, but they hooked me up with a connection to Parts Shop TAKA and they rendered the new design for my car and it looks i n s a n e ) but more on that soon! Finances: 40835 - 800V$ (Paint and materials) + 960 V$ (monday update) = 40995 V$ This post was edited by ramalhinho07 (2018-07-10 16:27, ago) |

Thanks, yeah you're right, i thought a 4 point cage would be enough, but i've double checked the regulations and it has to be a 6 point, my friend is working on it already, good thing that the interior isn't mounted yet otherwise would have been a bigger pain! Am I still alive? Going D1SL?Long time no see huh? Yeah, i've been out of the country for a while visiting my family and friends back in Portugal, but now i'm back to Japan and more inspired than i've ever been! So where did we left off last time? Now that we're all caught up, here goes... My 180sx has been put back together by me and a few friends, all the aero bits are now on, including the comeback of my old d-max type 3 spoiler, that i decided to go with instead of a bigger wing. But the best part is... The new motherfucking livery!!! This time around i decided to go all out D1GP style, and with the help of PS TAKA the dream came true, this is the best stage of this car ever to my opinion now being more track oriented, a bit of the "meihan spec" style. I wanna focus more on working on my drifting skill and go balls out with the car so it's gonna be dialed in suspension wise in order to break less shit, even though the low drift style is gonna live forever in my heart i wanna be able to enjoy this car at it's best: Here's a couple shots of the progress: (This livery was the toughest shit to apply, never had to deal with so much detail, ever!)
And the final result: I'm still waiting on some interior parts to finish it up and still need an alignment but this is the rough look it's gonna have for this season, i have to thank a lot to Vstanced garage for keeping my shit there for such a long time, they really pulled up for me when i needed the most, it's almost ready to hit the track and the hype is r.e.a.l ! ! ! As for my other cars everything has pretty much stayed the same... Well i borrowed some wheels to run on my S2000... Temporarily? Definitive? Who knows... They're just there because i slammed the shit out of one of my CST's into a curbed and it's being rebuilt... So i kindly "stole" these wheels from my friend Marcus (hope he doesn't mind ) Here's a shot i took of it: I'm kinda down to keep them if he doesn't have plans for them, and the Cerbs I with the Cerbs II mix is hella nice tbh
But for now that's all, i'll have more news on my cars soon... I still have that spec-r s15 don't you worry i got plans for that as well haha Finances: 40995 + (960V$ x 17 weeks w/o updating) = 57315 V$ |
